So Korean/Chinese cuisine is not very broad in Vegas. There are a few places that are known for this type of cuisine but I can count them with less than 3 fingers. Jjajangmyun is near and dear to my heart and I actually make my own version at home. With that said, its always good to have the options for this especially when we are thinking of other dishes including tangsuyuk which is harder to make at home. This place is located in a plaza mall with a Chinese marketplace and is on the 2nd floor tucked away in the corner. Parking is plentiful so no worries here and the service here is super friendly/efficient with the décor also being clean and modern. The menu is standard with black bean noodles, a spicy version, seafood soups, sweet and sour pork, chicken dishes, etc. For the visit, I tried out their spicy jjajangmyun, their regular and then their tangsuyuk. I will say the a couple of things... I typically use pork belly for my jjangjamyun as the pork belly fat adds this nice taste to the sauce and then its always a treat to find that chewy bite while eating a bunch of noodles. These folks seem to put in beef which was also really solid but just noticed it as a different touch. The tangsuyuk was definitely the best in the vegas market so don't sleep on it..... and bring a friend to finish it. The spicy version was OK... but it took a bit away from what im used to as a more mellow -ness of jjajangmyun. Ive actually been here a few times and I also noticed that the regular jjajangmyun sauce is sometimes sweeter vs not at other moments so a bit of a roulette game. With all this said, this is the spot if you are looking for Korean/Chinese cuisine in vegas. It definitely holds the throne in my mind for quality of food and taste so I will be adding it as an ongoing place to check out when I get these cravings. read more

Jajangmyeon craving cured!!!!!!!! I came here because I saw an Instagram reel of this restaurant and as soon as I saw that they had Jajangmyeon I could not stop thinking about it. I had to stop by ! The restaurant is located on Spring Mountain on the second floor of the plaza. There is plenty of parking in front as well as a parking garage. We came for late lunch and we're seated as soon as we got in. The servers were friendly and helpful. The restaurant serves Chinese and Korean dishes. Spicy Jajangmyeon 5/5: I'm a noodle lover and this was top tier. It has a savory black bean flavor with lots of onions and chewy noodles. This serving is good for 2-3. We got the spicy but they also serve non-spicy. Spicy Seafood Noodle Soup:5/5 this was delicious too. The broth was rich and spicy with seafood flavor. The soup contained mussels and squid too. The noodles were perfectly chewy and I think they are the same noodles used in the Jajangmyeon. Gyoza:5/5 good ol' solid gyoza. Cooked to crispy perfection. Ambiance was comfortable and had modern interior design and was clean. Their serving sizes were larger and priced well in my opinion around $20 for each dish. I was craving Korean Chinese food for couple weeks, and I couldn't stop thinking about Jin Jin. Finally, my hubby and me went to the restaurant for a second time. This time we tried different items on the menu. Black bean noodles: noodle is very fresh, and it has a good texture since it is hand pulled noodle. In addition, there is so much ground pork. I am sure if I eat with white rice with leftover black bean sauce, it will be great! Sweet and sour pork: omg! This is the best tangsuyuk in Vegas!!! Batter is super crunch. The sauce was kinda sweet, but since I requested sauce on the side, I could control amount of the sauce. Spicy beef soup: same as other noodle dish, the noodle is hand pulled, so it has amazing texture. Even though it is in the soup, the noodles didn't get mushy. Btw it is not spicy at all, so I wish I could choose the level of spiciness Next time, I want to try scorched rice soup and spicy black bean noodles with cheese. Service was very good and attentive. We ordered the jjajangmyeon and one spicy, but the spicy wasn't spicy for me, but you can add gochugaru powder to it. Taste of the jjajangmyeon's was decent. The tangsu was okay. It was crispy but it seemed like it needed a bit more salt or seasoning. We all agreed it was a bit bland. The spicy chicken was the best of all the dishes we got. I have been dreaming of eating tangsuyuk and jjajangmyeon since leaving the Bay Area a few months ago. It also doesn't help that I'm watching my beloved kdramas and they're telling me that I MUST eat jjajang after moving in to a new place! Unfortunately, instant noodles just doesn't quite cut it. Fortunately, a TikTok video popped up of someone reviewing Jin Jin and I immediately knew I had to make the 30 min trek to Chinatown to get my fix. Nothing could stop me, even my anxiety over driving through traffic had no power! Anyway, fast forward the day after seeing said TikTok video, we set out for our journey to Jin Jin and I was so excited. We were greeted by the friendly staff and ordered right away. We got the spicy jjajangmyeon and tangsuyuk with sauce on the side. For me, the star of the show was the tangsuyuk but I had been craving that more than the jjajangmyeon at the time. The fried pork was deliciously crispy and the sauce had the perfect amount of sweet and tangy. The jjajang was also tasty and spicy but I felt that they could have added more noodles, but that's just me. Also, I wish they brought out both dishes together. Out of all the dishes ordered my favorite was the seafood noodle soup. I felt as though the black bean noodle was lacking in depth in taste and the pork had too much batter and very little meat to itself. 5/5 for the seafood noodle soup, but a 3/5 for the pork and black bean noodles. I have been coming here since they opened. Probably changed the main cook a few times because the food taste is different. Also just recently we had a gathering of about 40 people and the food was not as it should have been. Probably can't handle a crowded bunch. Anyway went there yesterday with my wife and son and ordered the usual but noticed that the quantity of the food had noticeably decreased. We would usually come home with some leftovers but that was not the case yesterday. We were actually still pretty hungry after the meal. I had mentioned it to one of the servers and they also said that they noticed this as well. On another note they are gradually raising the price of most of their dishes unnoticeably. Keeping the favorite dish at $4.99 so that nobody will notice or complain about the price rise. Oh well guess won't be coming here as often but then today I go online to check my credit card and they charged me 2 times. WTF. This is unacceptable. They probably did this several times in the past but who really checks their credit card transactions every time they use it, right? Well this was a prepaid card that I needed to use so I have to check the balance to make sure that I have enough for the next transaction. There I found out that they charged me twice. Everyone check your credit card transactions after you have dined here. The owner said that it was a hold but I never got the credit back. I used a visa gift card and was all used up so I will never know if it got back or not. Anyways I am out double the cost of the meal. read more

I visited with high expectations, but unfortunately, the experience left me feeling underwhelmed. The food, while okay, didn't quite live up to the anticipation. Gochoo japchae (stir fried beef and pepper) was overly oily and not spicy at all, which was disappointing... Jja Jang meyon (black bean noodle) was a bit salty for my taste and nothing spectacular. parking is hectic here!...circling and circling the strip mall for parking...after a few laps, finally squeezing into a space...jin jin is upstairs from the market so go up the stairs from the outside next to the market...the space is large and busy...short wait and seated...browsing menu and taking the basics first...standard jjajangmyeon $10.99...simple and tasty at a great price...make it spicy with a spicy jjajangmyeon which adds serrano pepper slices $12.99...beware of the heat level...it is quite spicy...seafood jjamppong $14.99...hearty and loaded with just enough spice in the red broth...if you prefer meat, brisket jjamppong $16.99 is an alternative choice with same good flavors in the noodle soup...moving to the more expensive choices...nurungi tang (sizzling rice soup) $38.99...rice sizzle and broth is extremely thick...elevated price reflects the amount of seafood loaded into this pot...flavors are excellent, but little too thick for my tastes....chicken you rin gi $28.99 is the next large sharing dish ordered...plain fried boneless, flattened and battered chicken on top of mild sauce loaded with just raw minced garlic and sliced serrano peppers...it was bit too much for me...spice levels are quite high and a mouthful of raw minced garlic in every bite...guess it's a preferred taste...would come back, but probably stick to the basic noodles and korean sweet & sour pork next time... read more

I appreciate the fact that the menu is easy to read. I assume they have some special seasonal items but we just ordered from the menu itself. Starters of spicy garlic chicken! Good amount and the quality was on point, crunchy and spicy. Not so sure if they have a level of spice but this dish was HOT! So I warn you, they don't play with their spices lol. Black noodles is delicious and pleasing to the eyes, beautifully garnished of julienned cucumber. Cold Chinese noodles! Excellent for summertime comes with the variety of cold beef broth and a side of peanut butter sauce. It was a pleasant experience. Be sure to mix those sauces well. The experience was wonderful. Saw this on Instagram and was drawn by the cheese Jajangmyeon. Walking in it was an open restaurant with a lot of seats. We were seated quickly, and the ladies serving us were very accommodating because we wanted to sit in the shade, so they moved us. The menu is very self-explanatory with lots of pictures. We order cold noodles, sweet and sour pork, jajangmyeon, and spicy cheese jajangmyeon. They first brought out the side dishes, which were just onions and pickled radish. Then, everything came out at once. The star dish was the spicy cheese Jajangmyeon but the cold noodles and sweet and sour pork. The cold noodles were so freshing and flavorful with the added garnish, and their sweet and sour pork was crunchy yet chewy. The sauce for it was the perfect sweetness. The spicy cheese Jajangmyeon was good, but the cheese did get stuck on the pan and melted on the side of the noodles inside of on top of it. The way the cheese was placed on the pan made it look pretty, but it wasn't partial. If they put it on the top, it would have made it easier to mix. I am from Orange County California, and my family loves to spend their vacation at Las Vegas. I am glad that I discovered the best Korean-Chinese restaurant at Las Vegas area. I had an early lunch here with my family on Monday. We ordered seafood jjamphong(spicy seafood noodle soup), and tanksuyuk(sweet & sour pork). The jjamphong had good amount of seafood, noodles were soft, and broth was thick and tasty. Tanksuyuk had crispy fried batter on outside and meat was soft inside. The sauce which goes with tanksuyuk was sweet and flavorful. The restaurant has nice and clean interior with very comfortable dining tables. The staffs were attentive, so my table had outstanding service too. In my opinion, Jin Jin is better than any other Korean-Chinese restaurants those are located at Orange County. There was 7 of us, we were greeted and seated immediately with a smile, we were checked on by multiple Jin Jin team members often, and the food came timely and was phenomenal!
