Make a reservation! (I don't care if you think it's gonna be a slower time, it won't be, it's so busy there) 39.99/each AYCE spot. Pros: the atmosphere was great. Lots of good selections for nigiri and sashimi. They're rolls (we got the spider rolls) were good too. MUST get their seared salmon nigiri - one of my favorite on the menu. Cons: they had a limit for their chutoro (like 4 per person) they also ran out of ebi, which we were looking forward to

Hands down the best AYCE sushi spot for the quality. The fish just melts in your mouth. I was so so surprised and am so excited to go back on day when I'm in the DFW area. The menu is not super big with a lot of variety, but if you mainly want fish, nigiri or sashimi, this place is the spot for good quality bang for your buck. It is very cute inside, but also dark. They do stick to their table time limit as well so beware. I recommend making a reservation beforehand.

I was excited to try this all you can eat sushi spot for the first time that is conveniently located near the SMU campus. There's ample free parking nearby in the garage and the restaurant is in a complex with a bunch of other stores! Walking in, I really love the ambience of the restaurant with its dim, lighting and cute decor spread throughout. We had an reservation and was promptly seated when a server came by to explain the rules of the all you can eat. It had the traditional 90 minute cutoff. But also featured some interesting rules, such as only 20 pieces of Nigiri per round and four orders of sashimi with each sashimi order coming with three slices. I will say the rules definitely made the experience a little bit harder since you're also filling this out on a piece of paper and since we were in a group of five, we had to strategically placed orders so that everyone would get pieces that they liked for each round. We managed to place three rounds and the quality was phenomenal. Each fish we tried definitely was fresh and our absolute favorites were the Yuzu flavored Nigiri pieces as well as the Crudo, which we ordered multiple plates of and that one you could order unlimited! A delightful surprise was their ribeye Teppanyaki, which we also ordered multiple rounds of :) As you can see from the photos, the presentation is also gorgeous. Overall, this was such a fun night and I definitely left with my belly feeling stuffed. I think if you have a smaller group than this place is definitely your vibe whereas larger groups it might be a bit harder to make the most of the all you can eat experience!

To start when you walk in the vibe of the restaurant sets the tone. everything if aesthetically decorated. Staff was helpful as it was our first time. Has to be the best seared salmon ive had in the DFW area for AYCE. This is now my favorite AYCE sushi location

Such a good all you can eat deal. The service is a little slow but everyone is really sweet. The food tastes fresh and lots of options to choose from. The inside is so cute feels like you stepped into a shop in Japan. Great ambiance.... Perfect if you're craving sushi on a budget.

I went to JingHe with some friends for lunch after seeing so many social posts about the restaurant. Overall for $40/person, it's a pretty good deal. The food was tasty. So how it works is you get 1.5hrs for "All You Can Eat". You mark on a piece of paper what dishes/items you want and they bring it out to the table. The catch is you only get 20 pieces of nigiri and 4 orders of sashimi per round. You can offset this by ordering other items such as noodles, chicken karaage, salad, etc... but who wants to do that?? The key is to order the next round as soon as possible once the nigiri/sashimi comes out. The reason for the suggestion of putting in the order for the next round right away is because the food kinda takes a little bit of time to come out... it makes me think they're doing it on purpose to keep the cost down? For our party of 6, we managed to get in 6 rounds of nigiri so 120 pieces total. The last round required us asking the staff if they can squeeze it in because they said our time was up... As I stated previously the food was good. We especially liked the seared salmon nigiri. If you have a large party, I recommend making a reservation.

All you can eat sushi for $40! What a great concept with quality sushi. We had concerns that with there being a time limit and AYCE, that the dinner may be slow paced but absolutely not. Once you turn in your first sheet the food comes flying out at a great pace. The ambiance for dinner is very nice, dark, mood lighting around and can accommodate groups for bigger outings as well. Everything we tried was amazing, especially the salmon truffle nigiri, chutoro, and all of the crudos. In my opinion I would prioritize the crudos, sashimi, nigiri, and the hibachi meats to get your money's worth. Can't wait to come back and try some other items from the menu.

There are a lot of ayce sushi spots around dallas for around the same price as here (around $40 pp) but for the value and selection of sushi, jinghe is probably #1!! It is located near SMU so its a bit of a drive for us but I'd say its worth it! The restaurant itself is super clean and i like the ambiance! Its honestly a great spot for a more upscale ayce sushi experience :p Our favorites were the yellowtail serrano, seared salmon, bluefin tuna, scallop, and yuzu jalepeno salmon I wish they had the amaebi to try when we went but honestly the selection of diff nigiri and hot food on the ayce menu was so good! I also liked their sides and hot food like the garlic noodles and the shishito peppers. I will say this place gets super busy and service does get a little hectic but its completely understandable given how busy they get. There have been times where we'd drive 50 mins there only to realize they wont seat you unless you have a reservation since they get that busy so you may want to either call in advance to be safe, or place a reservation before you go if you live far like us!! :"))) Overall, love this place for ayce and def will be back!

Definitely one of the better AYCE sushi establishments Will say quality over quantity at this place Selection is smaller in some ways but they have higher quality products. JingHe is on the pricier side at $39.99 but love that they offer chutoro (limit to 4 pieces/person) and snow crab nigiri. Feels like I get my money's worth lol. They do run out sometimes so get the chutoro early! They have the classic tuna tower and non raw rolls too. Nothing was really bad except maybe the cucumber salad. Needed vinegar and sugar. Definitely get the beef sukiyaki rice. Tasted like hibachi fried rice in a stone pot. No sukiyaki flavor (traditionally sweet) but it had a really good buttery soy flavor This place would be fun to go on a date night, super moody inside. I also appreciate the parking that mockingbird station offers! Service was good for us! The orders were placed fast and we received our food promptly. 90mins was plenty of time for us but maybe be harder for larger groups!

    Kally T.

JingHe offers great-quality food, especially the fish. It gets super busy, so I recommend making a reservation if you're dining with someone. They do serve a bit more rice than expected, but the overall quality makes up for it. Service was hectic at first, but once things slowed down, the bartender apologized for the wait. I'd definitely go back. *** Get the chutoro, scallop, seared salmon, ribeye. Their riceless rolls were ok.

Absolutely beautiful ambiance, low lights. Food tasted very fresh and high quality. Staff was amazing and explained the process to order. You have 90 mins to order which is reasonable. I love the concept that you pay for what you do not eat so you do t waste food or the time of people making the food. These are not their words, these are my words. Service was pretty fast and they check in with you often. Tables are a little close and it was hard to read the menu due to the lighting but not sure if that is an older people issue that I was having. Smile.

All you can eat is so good with growing boys. Quality of food is excellent and so is the taste. It is a monthly staple. Low light ambiance and very good service.

This place is hands down one of my favorites! We love coming here and bringing friends! From the friendliest staff, great quality ingredients, and price point, can't go wrong! Very rarely are they slow, recommend getting a reservation especially Thursday through Saturday. One of the chefs, Brandon, super sweet and made our first experience sitting at the sushi bar prior a great one!

The inside is tiny and there isn't even a proper "waiting" area. I've also tried coming here before, and there was also a long wait. I'm glad I decided to stick it out this time. We ordered the Wagyu sushi, Yakitori, Tonkotsu Miso Ramen, and the Tomato Ramen. The Wagyu sushi is torched right in front of you! The Wagyu was incredibly tender and the sauce was delicious. My only *nitpicky* critique is the rice was ever so slightly too moist, but that didn't stop me from inhaling the sushi. Next, the Yakitori was phenomenal. I've never had such tender chicken in my life. There was a nice layer of delicious sauce coating the skewer. Again, just a really nitpicky feedback I have was that I wish the Yakitori had the tiniest bit more char to it, but nevertheless was an incredible bite, and I'd 100% order again in a heartbeat. Onto the ramen - easily hands down one of the best ramen I've had in DFW. The broth is flavorful, and I love the noodles. I'm not sure if they're handmade from scratch, but they had the perfect thickness and chewiness. I also loved generous the portion of cha shu slices. Most other places only give you 1-2 thin slices, but that was not the case here. The pork was tender. The ajitama was solid too, although I prefer more of a soft-boiled egg. While the meat portion is more generous here, the tonkotsu didn't come with many vegetables. A lot of other ramen places I've been to will have corn, fried garlic, etc as default, but those are all additional cost add-ons here. The ramen was delicious without them though but just something to note. We also got the tomato ramen as it's the chef recommendation. The dish is very creative and the execution was great. Personally, I still prefer traditional ramens but it was certainly a nice culinary creation to try. Overall, I would definitely recommend this place and would come here again. Just be aware there may be a wait, and because they're so busy, you do have to proactively flag down staff. However, the staff are still really nice despite all the tasks they're juggling at once.

We got spicy gyoza to start, black pork tonkatsu w/ small curry rice bowl and a spicy dan dan. Gyoza came smothered in their sweet garlic chilli which defeats the purpose of a crispy gyoza skirt. It might be better to retain the crisp and crunch of the gyoza skin with the chilli sauce on the side? On to the ramen -- if you want to know if you're getting a quality bowl, look no further than the preparation of the egg. No respectable ramen shop would serve you well done boiled eggs which was the case here. The tonkatsu had heavy garlic flavor which is good but was unfortunately overshadowed by the abundance of burnt garlic bits. Not much to say about the Dan Dan. Bathroom clean but had a strong smelled. Would not go out of my way nor return with the amount of noodle options in dfw.

I went the day before Thanksgiving and the japanese chef was a one man show. He was the only one running the establishment because everyone else had left to go to Japan for the holiday. This time I got the spicy pork ramen (17), spicy garlic chicken ramen (18), and then got the spicy garlic pork ramen (19) togo. I will say it is a little bit salty, with the garlic ones being more salty than the non garlic ones. However the garlic ones do have more flavor. There's not that much meat/protein either just one piece of meat and an egg. The could be slightly better but it's still good. It also just has bamboo shoots but nothing else. A very simple bowl. Ambiance is nice, it feels upscale but also homey at the same time. They have an open kitchen concept which I like.

Not a problem since we enjoyed sitting on the patio and enjoying our drinks. The bartenders were great, fast and very friendly. I appreciate that before pouring my wine, the one bartender put in a lot of effort to buffing my glass. I ordered a plum wine to start, which is always delicious and sweet. We were seated a little earlier than 20 minutes, but unfortunately weren't greeted for a bit following that. They were super busy though. Our waiter was very nice and knowledgeable, and we stuck with splitting apps versus getting ramen. We ordered the shishito peppers, karaage, takoyaki, and edamame. To drink, we ordered and split the hot sake. The first plates came out pretty quickly, and were hot and delicious. Our hot sake took a while to be delivered, and we had to ask our waiter to double check it was still on the way. Then when it arrived, we had to fight off a bunch of gnats that kept landing on the bottle. I guess they wanted to party, too! The shishito peppers were definitely my favorite. They were perfectly coated in sauce and flavoring. The karaage was tender and tastes especially good when paired with the watermelon. takoyaki was served hot and it's a blast watching the Bonita flakes dance on the balls. The edamame, while good, needed to be stirred up because the salt distribution was heavy on certain pieces. We wished we could order dessert, but felt a bit rushed by the server. It was a little before 10pm, so we understand they're off at 11pm, but as a former server there's definitely better ways to keep up with the closing process that feels less intrusive to the patrons. Overall, we had a blast at Wabi house and the food was great. Maybe we went on an off night for service, but overall will definitely be back again!!
