If I could give zero stars I would. This was by far one of the most unprofessional dealership…read moreexperiences I've ever dealt with. I was actively in the process of purchasing an Outer Banks Bronco from this dealership and was specifically told by Michelle and Emily that the deal was moving forward and because of that, I started preparing for delivery. I had already begun looking into shipping options, speaking with transport companies, and coordinating logistics on my end because I was repeatedly reassured the vehicle was secured for me, and Emily specifically told me that because I had started the paperwork/process, the vehicle was "mine." I even asked if a down payment was necessary, and she told me no because since I had already started the process, the vehicle was basically mine. Based on those statements, I moved forward believing the Bronco was secured. The next morning, I was suddenly told the vehicle had been sold to someone else even though I finished the paperwork from the night before. The excuse given was that it "wasn't communicated to other employees" that the Bronco was in the process of being sold. That level of disorganization and lack of communication is completely unacceptable, especially for a purchase this large. On top of that, many of the employees I dealt with seemed poorly informed, and simple questions were often met with "I'm not sure" instead of clear answers. It made me have the impression they are too incompetent to do their job. It made the entire experience even more frustrating and unprofessional. The entire situation wasted my time, created unnecessary stress, and showed a complete lack of professionalism and accountability. If a vehicle is still available to the public, customers should be clearly told that instead of being reassured it is "theirs." The apologies afterward felt more performative than sincere and the follow-up message I received afterward honestly felt more like damage control than a sincere attempt to make things right. Saying they'd be happy to help me find another Bronco "without taking up too much of my time" came across as dismissive considering how much time had already been wasted because of their mistakes. They also tried to sell me a significantly downgraded Bronco after everything that happened and acted like they could get "close to the number" we had discussed before, but it wasn't even remotely close. At that point, it just felt like a complete waste of my time. They would also give me specific times they said they would call me back, but I would end up having to call them myself (after of waiting for over an hour multiple times btw) because they never followed through. I would strongly caution future buyers to get EVERYTHING in writing and not rely on verbal assurances from this dealership.

I was also told that I wouldn't have any issues driving with the check engine light on. Once I finally got it in the shop on Jan 20 I had to pay for a "diagnostic fee" even though it was warranty work and was not given a loaner. Once they diagnosed my vehicle I was informed I need to service a part 100,000 miles before GMs recommendation. I asked them why that wouldn't be covered if the part was failing to make it to the 200,000 miles that GM claims. It was then that Marvin told me that they looked up my vehicle specifics and that I was correct that it didn't need service until 200,000 miles. So now I'm confused, what vehicle were they looking at prior when I was told it would cost me 4700.00 for service?? Quickly after it was brushed off as a sensor replacement and that my vehicle would be ready Jan 22. I picked up my vehicle it was still driving the same and making the same noise as before so I didn't feel like it was repaired correctly. Turns out it was not repaired correctly and I was back in the shop on feb 23 for the check engine light. The service advisor checked the code (same code as before)and told me that I needed to leave my truck at the shop to repair, that it wasn't good to drive on, after the first advisor Marvin told me that it was safe to drive with that code. They had my truck for 2 weeks diagnosing the issue while I was left without a loaner again. During this time I reached out asking for updates and would not receive any responses. I believe on march 10 or 11 I had to call and finally was told that they would have to replace the timing chain on my vehicle and it would be 2 to 4 weeks and they would not be issuing me a loaner. Terrible communication if any during this time period. My vehicle was finally ready for pick up on April 1. When I picked up my vehicle, no one took the time to explain the repairs that had been done since this was a major repair. They handed me my keys, I walked out to my vehicle and they left me on the low fuel light!!! I immediately had to drive to the gas station and then I noticed that my electric steps where not working correctly so I had to drive it right back to the shop. I spent about 3 or so hours there before Marvin came and told me that they had no idea how to fix the steps and did not offer a solution or compensation to take to another shop to fix their mistake. HOW IS THAT OK??? I get home that night and my check engine light returned!!! I took it back to the shop on April 2 at 7:30 am for them to check. It was there for the majority of the day and I received a Call stating that my shutters on the grill didn't work correctly because my truck was in the shop for the last 2-3 weeks and they are working fine now. At this point why would I believe that because they have yet to fully fix my vehicle or communicate at all during the entire process. This was a 6 week process that they left me without a vehicle and did not communicate about the repair process or any ETAs. This is by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The service manager does not reach out or respond to emails. They refuses to give anyones contact information out but I'm starting to see why. PLEASE DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE!!!!!!! THIS IS THE WORST CHEVROLET DEALERSHIP! WHAT HAPPENED TO TAKING CARE OF YOUR CUSTOMERS.

If the accident was minor or moderate but fixable the title may not be affected. This will vary state by state, possibly county by county, and insurance company by insurance company. As to the 2014 review I know this company does deal with clean, salvage, and "rebuilt" titles. Perhaps they were trying to mislead, or perhaps they honestly forgot which title applied to the vehicle until the paperwork was being processed. We all have "brain farts". The Accord we bought had been in an accident and was sold by an insurance company via auto auction with a clean title. The CARFAX report does separately indicate an accident report but confirms and supposedly CARFAX guarantees the "clean" title status. The vehicle was repaired and offered for sale. The folks we worked with at OCS motors showed us the "before" photos and we checked over the car carefully. No auto body shop is perfect, no repair job is perfect, and there were a couple minor paint flaws at the edges of the bumper but overall it was a great repair job and we decided the price asked was a very fair price for a repaired vehicle with clean Texas title. The vehicle drove and handled like a brand new car, so we're very happy with the price paid for a good vehicle with some cosmetic blemishes.

I had a terrible experience with AutoSavvy in Duncanville and would not recommend buying a vehicle…read morehere. I purchased a 2022 Honda Odyssey expecting it had been properly repaired and inspected. However, at just 30,000 miles, the transmission completely failed. That is not normal wear and tear and raises serious concerns about the quality of the prior repairs done before the vehicle was sold. At the time of purchase, I was also sold an extended warranty through Endurance Warranty Services, which gave me a sense of security. When the transmission failed, the claim was denied leaving me responsible for a major repair out of pocket. So the reality ended up being: A branded title vehicle with a major mechanical failure, combined with a warranty that did not cover the issue when it mattered most. This has been stressful, time-consuming, and expensive, and it completely changed the value of what I thought I was purchasing. My advice: Do not rely on the warranty alone, and do not assume these vehicles have been repaired to a reliable standard. Get an independent inspection and ask very detailed questions before buying. I regret this purchase and would not buy from here again.

Ask HOW they came to those estimates. 4- Be sure you have license plate holders in the front AND back... in Texas you have to have these.
