As someone who likes stir fry, I was delighted to discover this restaurant at the mall. The menu is easy to understand and staff were friendly. Be aware the there is a .99 charge for extra rice and $1.99 charge for extra noodles. I appreciate that staff provide customers with gloves to use while gathering items to create their own meal bowl. I enjoyed the variety of fresh ingredients such as carrots, spinach, onions, mushrooms, green onions, green peppers and others available to create your own culinary masterpiece. I was pleasantly surprised to see tofu as a ingredient choice! After gathering my ingredients to create my meal bowl, I watched as an employee cooked my ingredients on a giant cooktop. During the cooking process, other employees asked did I want any additional ingredients added to me bowl such as teriyaki sauce, garlic, or ginger. Once my food was ready, the employee asked if I wanted the noodles topped with sesame seeds to which I replied yes. As with previous visits to this restaurant, the food was hot and delicious. If you're someone who enjoys stir fry, I'd definitely recommend you give this place a visit.

I ordered two bowls. Two. I walked away to help my son buy food from another restaurant and I came back to one bowl. I told then young gentleman that I had two bowls and he basically said he must've mixed it together and then put the food in the bag and walked away. Since I didn't feel like causing a scene, I just ordered pizza from Sbarro. It did taste good. I'll probably give them another try.

LOVE coming to Jochi!! Hands down the best Mongolian BBQ spot I have ever been to. Most places are rude and stingy. At Jochi we are always greeted by friendly staff. I don't feel rushed at all or like I'm being watched while I prep my bowl. I love that they even provide a glove meaning you can pack your food down! Most Mongolian BBQ spots don't let you do that. They are also fair with the amount of noodles you get! Jochi is always clean and stocked as well. Overall 10/10. We will continue to drive from the Coachella valley to support this business.

I was highly skeptical of a Mongolian BBQ at the mall but I was hungry and it looked better than the other spots. I decided to spilt a bowl with my wife and I'm sure glad I did as it was a lot of food. My definitely wouldn't have finished hers and I would have but would have had to take a nap afterwards from being full! The sauces were great and it was cooked perfectly. I'm glad I came.

Initial service a bit slow. Required cashier to explain some detail about restaurant. Food was average on flavor , having served in Okinawa and Korea my husband and I are extremely familiar with the flavors and the meals we ordered were unfortunately lacking.

There are no other locations beside this one and it's an experience. Difference between people asking what you would like on your food and them plating it and then you doing it yourself, is a nice change of pace. You pick the meats that you want yourself ( literally, of course they provide the protection of a glass shield and gloves for you to get the food ) Then veggies ( a lot of options ) and then you can ask the cook what sauces they would recommend. You get rice with your food and have the option of adding it to your food while cooking and of course noodles as well! What a deal for only about $12 ! Honestly, I couldn't even finish it by myself. Good enough for two ppl to eat. Good price/good meat/good veggies/good sauce I just wished the noddles had a bit more flavor but I think it's has to do with the person choosing the ingredients. Depending on what you are choosing the foods gonna come out different. And that to me is pretty cool.

What a day this was. You make your own meal then they cook it right in front of you, the employees are even better than the food very lovely people, I will be sure to to come very often and give them my business, amazing. (Picture of me and one of the caring employees)

My ordered double dipped Big Beef Sandwich with Sweet Bell Peppers, melted Mozzarella Cheese, and Giardiniera was enormous, and after initially having my breath knocked away by the Giardiniera's overwhelming spiciness, my intestines soon settled down and I greatly enjoyed the melting concoction. The hoagie roll supporting this mammoth edifice of tender roast beef and embellishments nicely sopped up the au jus, and sank under the heat. The Chicago Dog that accompanied the Big Beef was a classic all-beef Hot Dog with a snap, rounded out with Emerald Green Relish, White Onions, Sport Peppers, and Yellow Mustard. For purists no ketchup is allowed on Chicago Dogs! Crinkle-cut French Fries added to my enjoyment of the meal. Diane liked her Fish Sandwich with a slice of American Cheese, and was especially fond of the Cheese Sauce into which she dipped her Fries.

Unfortunately, the food didn't live up to the atmosphere. I ordered the chili dog and fries, and for the price, I expected much better. The chili was thin and watery, lacking the hearty, meaty flavor you'd expect. It tasted more like a budget canned chili than something made fresh in-house. The hot dog itself was just okay--nothing memorable and certainly not something I would return for. Given my experience, I'm surprised by the current four-star rating. The restaurant looks great, but the food didn't match the presentation or the hype. I would recommend managing expectations before visiting. In my opinion, it's simply not as good as it looks.

I was pressed for time and wanted to pick up a quick non-meat item, so I went to the drive-thru and picked up a Tuna Melt. It was delicious! Not too oily and it tasted homemade. I'd definitely come back and order that again. I've come here on a previous visit but only to try their fries. The fries were okay but I did love their ranch dressing. Definitely worth the extra fee to dip the fries in ranch. They have a large menu so I hope to check them out again in the future.

The first visit was because they offer a discount for county employees, and it's very close to the Registrar of Voters. I sort of relived my first experience recently, in the sense that their onion rings, while very good, are much too much. Especially as an add-on. For me the portion isn't a good value. Fortunately their burgers are really good during daytime hours. I noticed, at least at the University location they reheat pre-cooked burgers in the evening and they taste burnt, consequently. I'm not suggesting that occurs here, but it has curbed my after 8pm dining habits. I do, however, like the large clean dining area, and more than ample parking. The bathrooms are also always clean, so props there. A good small local chain, there's definitely variation between locations, but this one is well managed. Only 3 stars? It's more about QPR with burgers and sandwiches. I imagine their breakfast is as good as other restaurants in the area.
