Super impressed bc he asked if I was able to reset the garbage disposal and explained to me the Allen wrench trick to see if I could get the disposal working. He was very patient in guiding me on what to do. Sadly, both tricks didn't work and we needed a new disposal. He gave me a prelim quote for all 3 jobs and it was a fair price. After completing, he showed me how he tested for leaks after doing the repairs -- and all were leak free!
