4/19/26 went to this store to order 2 buckets of 12pcs chicken each original flavor. It was pretty busy inside the store, but after a few minutes they called my number and handed the bag to me. I left and went straight to the party about 6miles away. When I got to my cousin's place, I found out that the 2 buckets only had 6pcs of chicken in each! I called right away and asked for someone to deliver the chicken because all our kids were already in the pool and none of the parents wanted to leave to pick up the chicken. Manager (Claire) said they dont have that service and the only thing they could do is refund or if someone can pick up, she'll add and extra 12pc. I insisted that they needed to find a way to deliver the chicken (I could care less about the freebies) because we were at a party and kids are already in the pool Plus no one was willing to drive another 30 mins just to get them. Refund and extra stuff are just a quick fix to their negligence. But, again, Claire (the manager) said there's no other option. So, then I said I'll try to get someone to pick up. We ended up ordering doordash for our kids. Few hours later, I called again and this time I talked to Donna and I told her I will just go for the refund. She said that she will process the refund and it should take about 3-5 days before it reflects on my account. It's been over a week and no refund. Frustrating and probably the worst customer service. I experienced the same thing with Costco few years back when they accidentally gave us the wrong pizza order at pick up. Costco obviously does not have any delivery services either, BUT the manager went out of his way to deliver the correct pizzas and some freebies to our school. Now that's called CUSTOMER SERVICE. For me personally, it has been YEARS I haven't eaten Jollibee. Hubs never tried it before so am here playing with my cards. This fried chicken has to be the greatest, has to crunch. KFC had disappointed us before so you can imagine how scared I was. So I drove and got here at the drive thru, as soon as I start ordering I get an apology that they ran out of their chicken but I will have to wait around 35 minutes if am still interested for chicken. In my mind, what in luck to get the freshest fried chicken ever to go home with me? So let's put it up to the test, let's see if it's true. The fresh made fried chicken crunch. So I did wait and got home in a jiff! That was the most beautiful bucket I've ever seen and smelled so delicious. I kid not, looked like a tv commercial. I made my hubby to take the first bite. Super hot and crunchy (original recipe none spicy) I was so happy, my drive to Anaheim was not a waste. The first time I had tried Jollibee was years ago and in a different location, my experience wasn't that great as in there was no crunch and just got small pieces, was still hungry after that meal but this one was far greater and was worth the wait. However when I went to their drive-thru I was told to park outside--yet they don't allow you to wait inside for your order. To be quite frank, it was a packed joint. I appreciate the cashier telling me what was available and unavailable at the location. They also told me my order would take 15-20 minutes estimating roughly compared to the half hour to an hour I was told at the front door of. However, taking 2 stars off for the experience despite feeling comfortable in a room full of other families and customers. I was stopped at the front door by an employee named Rafael from this location. Was told the maximum time for most of the orders they had observed and then was told "but you didn't hear from me so keep your mouth shut." then proceeds to do the "I'm watching you." hand gesture. When I went to go pick up my food, I got confronted by this employee again asking me if I spilt the beans on the wait time and of his interaction with me. I made a series visibly confused yet also frightened or upset faces after I asked if he was saying anything else since I couldn't hear with one air pod in and the crowd surrounding me. I hate ratting out unsavory individuals who made my experience unpleasant but I don't know if I'll come back again. I felt unsafe in a room of that atmosphere. I love this place so much that I literally ordered twice within 24 hours. To start off, service is probably going to be 2 stars at best here but it is a fast food spot so I'm not expecting much. What I do love, is their Jollibee spaghetti. Everytime I get it, it's always consistently good. Filipino spaghetti is made to be sweet and savory, and the spaghetti noodles that it comes with just mesh perfectly with the sauce. I've also had their mash potatoes and fries as sides and they're both underwhelming. But the spaghetti is just so good and unique that I can't stop ordering from them. They offer a drive thru at this location or you can order online via delivery apps. There's also plenty of seating inside the place with some parking in the front of the store and more behind it. This location is extremely disorganized. There's clearly no system in place. When you order ahead through the app, they provide a pickup time -- but it's completely inaccurate. They mark your order as "ready" even when it's not, just so it doesn't show as late, and then you end up waiting all over again once you arrive. Drive-thru isn't any better. They constantly ask customers to pull into the parking lot, and the wait is still ridiculously long -- yet they also mark those orders as completed on time. I love Jollibee chicken it's absolutely my favorite fast food chicken joint. I have tried many menu items but I always come back and get the spicy chickenjoy it is better than the original but sadly it isn't very spicy. Oh boy this chicken brings me so much joy! This is the juiciest crunchiest fried chicken ever. So flavorful and delicious on its own and when dipped with the gravy it is chefs kiss. I also always get a family meal because I want to eat a whole bucket of chicken myself but also I love that I can chose sides and their adobo rice is very flavorful so I always get it as a side. When ranking the sides adobo rice comes in first place, then the mashed potatoes, then the fries (really not that special). The spicy chicken sandwich is good (better than Popeyes for sure). The cheese yumburger is just okay it is a pricey hamburger. The spaghetti is sweet not my cup of tea. The pineapple quencher is way too sweet of a drink. The only downside to this location is sometimes they don't have spicy chicken. At times, I have gone out of the way to drive here and they didn't have spicy chicken available. Then also when I try to order online spicy chicken is never available. Also once when I ordered in store they told me they had spicy chicken but it ended up being a 30 min wait for it. This review is for the service and unorganized manner that the store is run. Ordered online and yes it was Superbowl Sunday but this was no excuse for the unnecessary long wait time. The place was packed. There was a pick up mob for online orders at the far right and everyone there including me had text messages that their order was ready but NO orders seemed to be ready. We were all waiting for more chicken to come out and as soon as a tray came, they seemed to be serving the walk up customers and the drive through only. One hour went by and I was still waiting. They did not even seem to be placing the pick tickets in any chronological order. One guy next to me had been waiting 2 hours. Doordash and Uber Eats orders were getting cancelled. They should have really closed the drive through because they were sending some customers inside that ordered. None of us could belive the lack of organization. My boyfriend and I went through the drive thru here for a "light" lunch. This was my boyfriend's first time at Jollibee and he really wanted to try the spaghetti. I was excited to see him try it because it's not your traditional bowl of pasta, with hotdogs, sweet sauce and neon yellow cheese. The drive thru was kinda crowded, but it moved fast. The speaker was a little muffled and it was a little difficult to understand the employee at first. We got the family pack spaghetti and a pineapple quencher. We received our food quickly and it stayed hot on the way home. I loved their quencher, it was super refreshing and fruity. The spaghetti was delicious, both salty and sweet. My boyfriend really enjoyed it and he said it reminded him of Campbell's spaghetti o's in a good nostalgic way. It's pretty much a more homemade version of that.
