This complaint was submitted to the company about my experience : I am writing to share a disappointing experience my cousins and I recently had at one of your franchise locations. When we arrived, the restaurant was empty, and we began placing our order. The older gentleman who appeared to be the owner or manager seemed visibly irritated as we requested a few simple modifications to our corn dogs. Rather than responding professionally, he sighed, appeared frustrated, and made us feel as though our order was an inconvenience. It immediately made us feel uncomfortable. We requested our order to be packaged to go, but after picking it up, we decided we would like to sit inside the restaurant to eat since there were no other customers. While the gentleman was in the middle of assisting another customer, he stopped what he was doing to come over and tell us that we could not sit inside and instructed us to leave. We had just purchased food from the establishment, and being told to leave instead of being allowed to enjoy the meal we had just paid for was both surprising and disrespectful. I understand that individual franchise owners may have certain policies, but regardless of ownership, they are representing your brand. Customer service should always reflect the values of the company, and this interaction fell far below what I would expect as a paying customer. After leaving, I looked at the location's Yelp reviews and was disappointed to see that our experience was not an isolated incident. Multiple customers described similar interactions with what appears to be the same gentleman, mentioning rude behavior, being spoken to harshly, feeling unwelcome, or being treated impatiently. Seeing a consistent pattern of complaints makes this seem like an ongoing issue rather than a misunderstanding. I'm not writing simply because of one unpleasant interaction. I'm writing because I believe no customer should be made to feel unwelcome after choosing to support your business. I hope this feedback is taken seriously and that the customer experience at this location is reviewed. A welcoming and respectful environment is just as important as the quality of the food. It's been awhile since I've had Korean corn dog. This was a nice stop for a quick fix. I really enjoyed the flavors and the customization of the corn dogs. I got the spicy dog, potato dog, and crispy rice dog. Had half of mozzarella and sausage and also tried the spicy beef sausage too. I also got a side of the kimchi fries and dirty fries. My favorite was the crispy rice because I like the texture a lot. All the corn dogs came out flavorful and crunchy. I love mozzarella and I always enjoy a good cheese pull. The fries was also tasty. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I went in on a Saturday morning, excited to try this place for the first time, and instead walked out completely disappointed. Don't recommend ordering online to pick up because they don't fulfill orders and cancel them using the excuse that they run out of batter cause they only get 16lbs a day apparently but dont close the shop then they change the excuse saying they actually cancelled the order due to a small rush they had.
