BUT recently we feel like the Asian owner works more hours now and is very rude, if we want sauce on the side (that comes with the corn dog) he wants to charge more. Also he will try to give you the least possible. I ordered a spicy dog and it barely had any hot Cheetos on it and the spicy sauce was only on half the corn dog... twice he didn't bag our order he just gives you the bag which is weird cause he'll ask if it's for here or to go. It's been awhile since I've had Korean corn dog. This was a nice stop for a quick fix. I really enjoyed the flavors and the customization of the corn dogs. I got the spicy dog, potato dog, and crispy rice dog. Had half of mozzarella and sausage and also tried the spicy beef sausage too. I also got a side of the kimchi fries and dirty fries. My favorite was the crispy rice because I like the texture a lot. All the corn dogs came out flavorful and crunchy. I love mozzarella and I always enjoy a good cheese pull. The fries was also tasty. Honestly, this was one of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I went in on a Saturday morning, excited to try this place for the first time, and instead walked out completely disappointed. An older gentleman, possibly the owner or manager he was working alone and clearly overwhelmed, but that doesn't excuse how I was treated. I ordered a corn dog without the 2 Hands sauce and made that very clear multiple times because I don't like the sweetness. When he rang it up incorrectly, I politely clarified again, and his reaction was shocking. eye rolling, scoffing, and visible irritation, as if I was asking for something unreasonable. I placed a large order 5 corn dogs and 2 drinks, over $50 and was met with nothing but attitude. Instead of feeling welcomed as a first-time customer, I felt like I was inconveniencing him just by being there. It completely killed the excitement I had walking in. I have never been treated with such disrespect at any establishment. What should have been a fun first experience turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable one. When you order a classic dog, ( sugar, ketchup, & mustard) this location only, has a stand next to the register that you have to do the toppings yourself. So they make you order a plain dog. Everything was good although the hot dog meat inside is very small. The breading was too much, while the meat was tiny, so that's the downside of this place. It brings me to a happy place, the food is always hot and made to order. They're usually busy, so expect to wait about 20 minutes for your order to be made. The setup is very basic, which works because sometimes less is more. I do love the neon Orange they have to market the brand because it is an eye catcher. The menus are posted and very easy to read and understand. Not to mention at eye level so you can actually see what the food would look like before you order. Wow, creative little place to curve your appetite. The service was quick! I walked up, reviewed Potato Dog the menu, and opted for the potato-wrapped half cheese/ hotdog. Don't recommend ordering online to pick up because they don't fulfill orders and cancel them using the excuse that they run out of batter cause they only get 16lbs a day apparently but dont close the shop then they change the excuse saying they actually cancelled the order due to a small rush they had. Aside from that when you ask the employees they are dismissive and dont explain situations. After canceling the online order they accepted my in person order which wouldn't make sense to canceling the other order. It's be a bit more understandable if they it only happened once but this is the 2 time this week that they immediately cancel the order after its place and the 3rd time in the last 2 weeks. Worst customer service ever. Wasn't rude but completely disregarded my order. I ordered a combo and when my number was called I only received the corn dog by itself. Then he proceeds to say I didnt say which side or drink I wanted but he never even asked me. We then tell him we want the dirty fries and tells us they'll make it but waited another 30 min for us to go back up to the counter and check on our food which was a new employee assisting us, we then ask for a update on our fries then we were told there were no more dirty fries left. Service was nice & fast, and being my first time, I tried their half mozzarella and half sausage corn dog. For $10.25 (tax included) you get a corn dog, a side & drink. I got the kimchi fries, corn dog & drink. The fries were well seasoned, crunchy and delicious! The corn dog was good too, but it was a little too sweet.
