I know some people either love it or hate it. I love it. The chicken here is always crunchy on the outside yet tender and juicy on the inside. It's easy to fill up on chicken & sides, but ya gotta save room for the pie. It's good most of the time. On a rare occasion, the dough is on the undercooked side. Try their unique drinks. [[HIGHLIGHT]]There's limited seating inside. You'll have an easier time finding seating outside in the general food court.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

I placed an order through the app for pickup. I forgot to order the chicken as spicy, so I ended up with original. We also ordered the KBBQ chicken, spaghetti, and the Palabok fiesta. Order was due to be ready at 7:30pm on a busy Friday night. Order was ready at 7:32pm and they sent me a text message letting me know my order would be ready 2 minutes late. When we arrived at the restaurant, we stood outside for a few minutes, then we got in the order pickup line. The staff were efficient and super pleasant. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was clean and tidy despite the number of customers.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The original chicken wasn't as crispy as the spicy chicken I've had from a different location before. It was still tasty. The KBBQ chicken was really good; I liked the sauce. My kiddos love the spaghetti and another of my kiddos said the Palabok fiesta was "okay". [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant was packed, so I suggest ordering ahead in the app.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] You'll accrue points that you can redeem and you will also get coupons.

Spicy chicken joy with pancit palabok

I was craving for some fried chicken so I hopped over to Jollibee. I got the 2 pcs chicken joy (spicy) with Palabok (Filipino rice noodles with ground meat and egg). I also got an angus burger since I've never had one and wanted a pineapple in my sandwich. $28.00 with tax. The chicken is always crunchy but really tender inside. The palabok is salty & savory but wished it had shrimp. The burger is okay. It's nothing special or write home about. It's just like any other burger. Service was fast when I went. [[HIGHLIGHT]]And ambience is like any fast food place in a mall.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Why can I say about Jollibee that hasn't been said already. It is crispy, delicious, and wonderfully spiced fried chicken. I guess I could also say that my expectations were sky high and it still met what I wanted fully. I am a white American who loves fried chicken of all kind and can fully state that this fast food fried chicken is better than any other option. Bojangles, KFC, Popeyes, etc. None of them hold a candle to Jollibee. One thing I was thoroughly impressed by was the Jolly Spaghetti. I had heard that some people not used to this type of spaghetti wouldn't like it but I loved it. It was sweet but the pasta had a great taste when combined with every bite. I don't mean this in a negative way but it tasted like a gourmet version of spaghetti-Os with hot dogs in it. I also tried the burger steak which was a good option if you go and don't want chicken or jolly spaghetti...not sure why you would want that but it was good. The mashed potatoes and gravy were divine and you have to get a side of gravy with your chicken to dip the chicken in. It's incredible. Ended the meal with the ube pie and peach mango pie. Ube pie was good but nothing special. Get the peach mango pie. Do not skip the peach mango pie. Perfectly sweet and man that crispy shell is something magical. Please bring Jollibee to Denver so I can eat it monthly. [[HIGHLIGHT]]I love that little Red Bee and seeing their face by the entrance.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

Chickenjoy - bucket combo (10pc chicken with 3 sides)
    Gordon L.

Juicy and crispy chicken at an affordable price (~$12/person), a great spot for a quick and filling comfort food meal! First time trying Jollibee with my family and it absolutely exceeded my expectations: Chicken: incredibly tender, juicy meat on the inside, crispy and well-seasoned on the outside, best eaten hot -if you dip it in the complementary sauce that comes with the bucket combo, it adds even more flavor (but the sauce by itself is quite salty) Sides: -French fries: the fries were average, not the best, not the worst -Mashed potatoes w/ gravy: it's good, nothing special, smooth consistency and good savory taste -Spaghetti: surprisingly good, the spaghetti sauce is sweet and pairs well with the spaghetti Overall, we paid ~$37 for this 10pc chicken + 3 side combo [[HIGHLIGHT]]Would come here again for a quick and filling meal, place is very busy so don't expect a seat, but they do give you plates, napkins, and wooden utensils[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] If possible, I'd love if this place offered plastic gloves to customers for them to eat chicken with their hands!

I've heard so much about jollibees from friends growing up (at least for fast food) so I was so excited to see what the hype was about. Unfortunately I don't think it lived to the hype. The chicken was crispy was inside it was incredibly dry. I know it's supposed to be dipped in the gravy but I still don't think that rescued the dryness of the chicken. I also ordered the palabok with it, and I thought it was ok. The plus is that if you're in a rush, food comes out fast and the people here seem friendly.

    Peach Mango Pie!!!!

Ahhhhh. How I love fried chicken! Went to the mall the other day with the hubs and saw they had a deal on fried chicken. Ten pieces and 3 pies! It doesn't get much better than that! Went there the next day with my SIL and did we feast! The counter person was nice and told us for an extra dollar we could get 3 sides instead of the pies. Tempting to get for mac and cheese but I have to say, I LOVE those pies. But I'll get to that later. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The restaurant is decently sized in the food court so you can eat in the restaurant where there are a few tables or take your food to go to eat at the food court. If you want it quieter and less hectic, eat inside. If you don't mind the hustle and bustle, eat outside[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. The chicken was a bit small but not as tiny as some other fast food place which shall remain nameless...love the crunch of the skin and was happily surprised to see mainly thighs and drums cuz I hate it when they put in dry backs and whatnot. I am not a gravy dunker even though they give you 2 containers but I do put honey on my chicken and they were generous with the honey when I asked. The chicken was crisp and moist which is already and 8/10 for me. The flavoring of the skin was okay, nothing special but that's okay since I put honey on my chicken. Why the 4 stars? Cuz the pies put them over the top. They used to fry them better where they were crisp like the good old days of Mickey D's apple pies. Now it's partly crisp and partly baked. The mango and peach combo can't be beat and that makes the trip to get fried chicken from them worth it. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The only minor setback was that it seems no one wipes down the tables. I think I need to carry wipes for all fast food tables now[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. But it wasn't a big deal. Go get some chicken and pies!

    Inside of chicken tenders

Jollibee is a Filipino fried chicken chain but from the fried chicken perspective you probably won't be able to tell it's Filipino except the they offer chicken with gravy. It's usually really good fried chicken that's crispy and I do like the dark meat. However this time I'm reviewing the new chicken tenders. I had cravings for Raising Cane's but the new one closeby is not opened yet so I decided to try the new tenders offered by Jollibee. I think the tenders are delicious and very tender inside but I do wish they offer better sauces such as the ones offered by Chick-fil-A or Raising Cane's. So my tip is to bring your own sauce (leftover from Chick-fil-A r Raising Cane's). In general I'd recommend the regular legs/thighs but the tenders are not bad. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The place itself is in the mall food court so it's usually crowded and the in-store seating is extremely limited and the food court itself can be crowded too.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] The line can be long but they move fast and the orders are distributed fairly efficiently. The parking for the place is also difficult to find but you'll eventually find a spot because it's a mall albeit you might have to find further away.

    Palabok Fiesta
    Mark T.

I went to the Jollibee inside the food court at Serramonte Mall and was really disappointed with the palabok. It had no shrimp, no parsley, and the flavor was very bland. This is not the quality I expect from Jollibee. Definitely not worth it this time.

    Guava Freeze
    Ashley H.

This is one of the fav placed when a chicken strip craving hits. The guava freeze is SO good. Everyone seemed to be drinking the pineapple drink as well so it's on my list for next time. Service is pretty fast and [[HIGHLIGHT]]there's plenty of spots to sit and eat inside or in the food court.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]

[[HIGHLIGHT]]The location was nice even if the space is a little small.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]I'm from Southern California and was there in the Daly City for work. The Korean Chicken Burger somehow satisfied my cravings for Jollibee.I was just curious about this for limited only Korean Chicken.

Saw this and had to give it a try. Well deserved 7/22/24
    Elaine Y.

Jollibee was voted the best Fried chicken in the nation, so I had to give them a try. We ordered a 10 pc which came with 2 gravy for $25.99 and 2 pies, mango peach and ube @ 2.99 each. The Chicken was indeed crispy and juicy, just like it said on the lid. I loved that they were piping hot when they came out, even after 10 min drive home, the chicken was still hot and crispy. The pies were delicious with ice cream or fresh cream. Overall, this was a satisfying lunch and well deserving of being the best in the nation. Staff were quick and efficient. Saw a soft drink fountain and a few tables to dine in. Will be back soon.

It appears my food was never made and was somehow lost, despite there only being three or four dine-in customers at the time. After my friend received his meal and another customer who ordered after me was served, it became clear that my order had been overlooked. The lady employee was apologetic and searched for my order, which I appreciated. However, after already waiting so long, I didn't want to wait for my meal to be remade, so I requested a refund. I was given a receipt and told the order had been voided, but the refund process wasn't clearly explained, so I'm hoping it is processed without any issues. One additional area for improvement would be the restaurant environment. There was a noticeable mildew or mold-like odor, and the bathroom lighting was extremely dim. I understand that mistakes can happen, but better order tracking, clearer communication about refunds, and improvements to the facility would make for a much better customer experience.

Ordering is super easy since everything is done through a kiosk, and my order was ready in about 10 minutes, which wasn't bad at all. I ordered the original Korean fresh corn dog with a few sauces, and it was really good. I didn't realize the sauces would be added directly onto the corn dog rather than served on the side, so the flavor combo I picked didn't quite work together the way I expected. That said, it was still tasty overall and not a deal-breaker. I also got the sweet chili K-popcorn chicken, which was juicy, flavorful, and probably my favorite item. Overall, it's a solid spot to grab a quick snack. My only wish is that there was an option at the kiosk to request sauces on the side, which would make customizing orders a lot easier.

The main event was ehhhh - the 5 pc head-on shrimp was overcooked and dry, while the sausage turned out to be sliced hot dogs. À la carte, the shrimp is $19.98/lb; IMO, overpriced for the size and quality. I think they may use their Nashville chicken spice mix for the Cajun sauce. It's savory, very oily, and mild for "hot". I wish they added fresh garlic to boost the overall flavor. Since you have to drive to Man Jose for good Cajun seafood boils, Burnin' Mouth is worth a try if you're in the area. BON BON CHICKEN: SFO-NY-SFO in 15 minutes!!!…read more Ever since my first experience with Bon Bon Chicken (Korean Fried Chicken) in NYC two years ago, I became obsessed with chicken wings. If wings were on the menu, I had to order it. It was so bad that I had one of my friends be my D.W.S aka Designated Wing Stopper on the weekends to avoid drunk eating. When I was grocery shopping in Kukje Supermarket yesterday, I noticed that there was new Bon Bon chicken stand inside called, Only Chicken. Of course, it was calling my name... :X Only Chicken makes your wings-to-order which takes 10-15 minutes. They also have packaged ones sitting under the heat lamp. Order your wings-to-order, TRUST ME. MENU: http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/vQPe9CHILZ8OBZkQGNjJnw?select=FDzFQzuvWISgnq9wiiU4Ew FRIED CHICKEN *Choose from Wings, Drumettes or Boneless Strips (5 pieces - $4.99), Whole Chicken ($7.99), Leg or Thigh (4 pieces-$4.99) *6 Flavors (Mix & Match): Original Spicy Mild, Original Spicy Hot, Pepper with Salt, Teriyaki, BBQ Sauce, Honey Mustard, Sweet & Sour, and Garlic Parmesan SPICY CHICKEN *Choose from Wings, Drumettes, or Boneless Strips (6 piece - $5.99, 12 piece - $9.99, 24 pieces - $18.99) *4 Flavors (Mix & Match): Hot Spicy, Mild Spicy, Soy Sauce Spicy, and Garlic Parmesan Hot Spicy With the owner's recommendation, I decided to order the Spicy Wings - Hot Spicy as he said it was the Korean Style Bon Bon chicken. For those who are familiar with CocoBang's Chicken Wings, the Spicy Wings - Hot Spicy is very similar except these wings are much BETTER! If you're not, then you're probably familiar with San Tung's famous "crack" wings. They are similarly fried, but instead of being tossed in a glaze, the "Hot Spicy" wings are tossed in a thick korean hot sauce. http://www.yelp.com/biz_photos/vQPe9CHILZ8OBZkQGNjJnw?select=mdAu2SdM91KNX8d7aEWpMw The MOUTH-WATERING Spicy Wings - Hot Spicy are the closest chicken wings to the Bon Bon Chicken Wings I've had in NYC. The huge wings are fried to a crunchy crisp (non-greasy) and tossed in a rich, tangy, and spicy sauce with a slight garlicky sweetness. They're so incredibly tender and succulent that juices oozed out of the wings as I took each bite! I'm spicy food lover, and the "Hot Spicy" was more like a mild medium to me. As you take a bite, you can feel a slight tingle of heat hit your palate, but it quickly dissapates after several seconds. The only drawback is once the wings start to cool, they absorb the hotsauce and loses its crispiness. So make sure to devour them piping hot! Being able to get my Bon Bon Chicken FIX with a quick 10 min drive to Daly City? Very, very dangerous...
