For fast Chinese and open late, 1:30am? This spot hits, known for their SnP wings. They arrrrre good, the Pok Chops too... it's a take out joint so there's only one table for 4 there. If you're craving Chinese and it's late, this is one of the only spots open in the Rich!

Amazing and reasonable priced! My pork fried rice was $15 and I got 3 meals out of it. Very very small seating area so mostly takeout. Street parking only. Food was ready in less than 5 mins.

    Tofu with beef

Ordered the tofu beef. Too much liquid. I felt I had to strain the tofu and meat from the sauce. The beef broccoli is ok. I don't like how they prepare the meat. I use to order from Chang's Kitchen often, but it closed because the upstairs tenant caused a fire, which damaged the building.

Weekends are much different with a likely wait for a table of four. Challenge is finding a parking space in the busy Westlake District. We had: - Fish Congee with Fried Doughnut, their version is good but expensive compared to what we've had elsewhere - Sui Mai or Pork/Shrimp Dumpling, a tasty version of four dumplings - Hom Sei Gok or Fried Meat Dumpling, a tasty version that could use more meat filling - Shrimp Noodle Roll, three rolls with two whole shrimp per roll - French Style BBQ Bun, good version with a nice crunchy top, this is a popular dish - Black Sesame Roll, a good sweet dessert to close out the lunch Overall: Good quality Dim Sum, the congee is expensive. Interesting and tasty but a little bit too oily for my taste. The congee rice was bland which is the way I like it. It had lots of bits of chicken, egg, and mushroom for contrasting flavor. Good but a small portion. The three large deep fried shrimp balls had a generous crispy coating. Enjoyable. Overall good meal...

There's only 8-10 tables, with one large table. I was told this place only has one waiter/ cashier. So you need to bring your patience when you eat at Suily's Cafe. I spotted something on the menu I just had to try......"Hong Tao Yee Won Ton Soup." It is rare to find this style of Won Ton Soup in a Chinese restaurant. But Suily's Cafe has a unique way to serve it. They serve the hot soup and the deep fried won ton dumplings separately. You add them as you eat, and they stay crispy. The thick soup was loaded with egg, tofu, cilantro, mushrooms, and green onion. OMG, the soup was boiling HOT! I had to gently sip it. Then gradually I added the crispy won tons. Wow, the ten dumplings loaded the bowl. These plump won tons and the thick soup made for a satisfying meal. Price: $12.00, serves 1-2 ppl. Yes, I would definitely return if I was in the area. Note: The restroom is way in the back, pass the kitchen. Meter parking on the street. There's a Walgreen's shopping plaza across the street. This small restaurant gets busy between walk in and to go orders and the man working the floor did a great job managing it. The price points were less expensive than other Chinese restaurants and they do give a filling amount of food. That said, we ordered the beef chow fun which just had a soy sauce flavor. My brother had a chicken over rice dish but the chicken was a bit dry. We also tried the salt and pepper chicken wings. The oil tasted odd and there wasn't any visible signs of pepper. Looking for to trying more restaurants in Daly City.

Another guest was waiting for their take-out order. One server working the front of the house. Service was minimal but efficient at the same time. She brought us everything we asked for immediately. The menu is fairly large, but we still managed to order variations of dishes not listed on the menu. Most Chinese restaurants will accommodate a guest request so long as they have the ingredients and they know how to compose the dish. How they work out the pricing may be something else. At the table immediately behind my mom, I heard the guest ordering a Hot & Sour Soup, add Won Ton. One of my favorite mash-ups! We ended up having a very nice conversation over lunch. Of course, we ordered the same soup and the price they charged was a reasonable $16.95. I've had some places try to charge me for two soups which I think is ridiculous. We also ordered a Seafood Chow Mein and a Chicken Dry Fried Chow Fun with Yau Chow Sum. All three dishes came out nice and hot. The flavors were on point very satisfying. I goofed and didn't a picture of the Chow Fun because it came out last and I was already tucking into my Chow Mein. Mom enjoyed it so we'll be back!

No water, just pure concentrated flavor. The restaurant gets its name from simmering, one of the essential Chinese cooking techniques, and you can taste that philosophy across the whole menu. The Dry Pot lived up to the hype, but the real surprise was the skewers. Beef, lamb, and chicken, intensely flavorful and rich. I can't stop thinking about them. The potstickers were also way better than expected. Usually a throwaway order at most places, but here they were juicy and packed with flavor. The beef pancakes were fantastic. Golden and crispy on the outside, juicy flavor bomb on thes inside. Both crunchy and a little chewy (in the good way). Came back a few weeks later with friends and ordered the whole grilled fish, which I'd been eyeing since my first visit. It looked magnificent, but it didn't really pop the way the other dishes did. If you love fish it's worth trying, but the dry pot, skewers, beef pancakes, and dumplings are the stars here. We also got a few veggie dishes which were all great accompaniments...but nobody is here for the veggies. A few practical notes. They have a beer tap but it doesn't work, so if you're into beer, they've got a few options by the bottle. Parking is easy since it's in the Serramonte Center, and you can combine it with a trip to Jagalchi, Target, or whatever else you need. Both times I came there was plenty of seating. I'll be back soon, and next time I'm getting the dry pot with their handmade noodles.

They are located in a strip mall near several different food places, bakery, and a bowling alley. This is a solid dim sum place, with no frills and reasonable prices. You order off a printed menu that's in Chinese with tiny English subtitles. You can also order off their regular menu if you want to supplement the dim sum dishes. Their food is very good, and some dishes were excellent. The service was pretty quick, and before we knew it, all our dishes were out with almost no room on the lazy Susan. The standouts for me were: + Steamed custard buns (piggy buns) - I ordered these for the kiddies, but dang they are so good. The custard filling is so velvety, it's almost like pudding. I think I detected a hint of coconut too - yum. + Beef chow fun - this had a really good wok flavor and the noodles were less wide than most. The noodles didn't clump either, and the bean sprouts were still crispy. + Roasted pork belly - the skin was so crispy and the pork was juicy. We ordered most of the basic dishes like har gaw, sui mai, noodle rolls, turnip cake, stuffed eggplant, chicken feet, etc. and they were all above average. My only complaint is if you don't read Chinese, the menu is a little hard to navigate. The English subtitles are so small that if you're looking for something, you have to scan the front and back of the menu trying to find the item. I was looking for sticky rice in lotus leaf, but found sticky rice roll and thought it was the same thing. It wasn't. The sticky rice roll was not bad, but I found the rice drier than when it's in lotus leaf. We ordered a few things by mistake because the English subtitles were not that descriptive. Overall, a great alternative to more popular places like Koi Palace. The menu may not be as creative as Koi, but you don't have to deal with the lines and you still get great food.

We tried the BBQ Pork pastry, and it was flaky, flavorful, and just the right amount of sweet and savory--definitely recommend that one. Overall, we enjoyed almost everything we ordered. The only miss for us was one of the fried fish dishes and the green onion mantou, which was just okay. Would we come back? Absolutely.
