I like the food. I mean, it's your standard Jollibee in Vegas - ok but good enough for that Jollibee craving. On the plus side, great location for UNLV students. But I have a few issues for this Jollibee: * Service can be a hit or miss - sometimes I have waited ~3 min sometimes ~15 for a small order. * The chicken can also be a hit or miss in how well-cooked they were. I couldn't even finish a drumstick after seeing a few purple-brown strands. * And last but most importantly: As much as I enjoy that Peach Mango Pie, but the delicious little thing is a safety hazard! As I took my first bite, that hot gooey peach mango goodness burnt my lip! I became more concerned with not getting burnt than actually enjoying my little pie. I eventually had to squeeze the orange goop out of the pie so I can enjoy the crust. Anyway, this Jollibee is okay. Just be forewarned! read more

So if you're Filipino, you love this place. If you have never been here, you probably think it's just aite. Their signature dishes are the filipino spaghetti and the chicken joy with gravy and rice. The spaghetti definitely reminds me of my childhood. Slightly sweet tomato sauce with ground meat and hot dogs. The chicken is awesome also. Probably a safe bet to have your non-Filipinos try. Skin is crisp and pairs well with the gravy. And of course, like in true Filipino nature, you must eat it with the white rice. This location is in the Filipino grocery store mecca and surrounded by other Filipino stores. So there's tons of Filipinos. So Filipino transplants who've been deprived of this fast food will love it here. This is the McDonalds of the Filipinos. So if they are lucky enough to find a location, they/we definitely take advantage so we can get our fix. Imagine if they took away McDonalds from your country. 5 stars go to the mango peach pies. Crispy skin and not too sweet filling with the aroma of peach/mango. Fried chicken were not salty just perfect and not oily is the most important. Very fast reasonable prices and this fast food chain is connected to the bakery right next door This fast food restaurant is right inside Seafood City , another very popular place to shop for groceries of Filipino culture. They have fried chicken that you can get in dinner buckets for a family or in a small portion size for one. They have a spaghetti dish as well, and and a shrimp dish that looked really good too. mmm! halo halo :) Came to this area on the Eastside one evening at Maryland Pkwy looking for a boba place. When I saw Jollibee I knew I wanted halo-halo instead! what? can't a girl change her mind? LoL! For those unfamiliar with the Jollibee restaurants they are a Philippines-based chain known for its burgers, fried chicken, spaghetti & Filipino dishes. But we didn't have any of that I mentioned, instead, we had halo-halo and it was delicious! Not all halo-halo are made equally... some do not taste as good. The fast food restaurant is right next to the Seafood City grocery market with the 'bee' greeting you at that entrance but it also has its own entrance from outside. Just like any fast food place you walk up to the counter and place your order and your receipt # will be called when food is ready. The staff was friendly and someone kept the dining area clean at all times. We came on Thanksgiving evening... it was around 9:00p and the place was packed, young and old! wth... no one cooked turkey that day and decided to eat at Jollibee? I've been reading about Jollibee on a website that is read by people all over the world and was excited to try it when I saw in Las Vegas. I'm glad I tried it, but honestly probably would not go back. I ordered a 2 piece combo with a thigh and leg plus an order of spaghetti. That comes with a drink for $8.88. I also added a peach/mango pie after reading online that it's worth trying. I fully agree on the pie. The filling was sweet with lots of chopped up peaches and the flavor of mango. Crust is very flaky. Sort of like McDonald's pies but a bit larger with triple the fruit. $1.99 and a good deal. As for the chicken, I asked to try one spicy and one regular piece. I also asked for no legs; both thighs. They said okay. Nothing was quite right with the chicken. Both pieces were spicy (twice as hot as Popeye's) and there was a leg and thigh. Plus it was just lukewarm. It comes with gravy which is hard to dip the pieces into. The spaghetti was sweet as others mentioned--not bad but like chef boy ar dee with small hot dog bites and a tiny smidge of cheddar on top. Perhaps you need to grow up eating it. Chicken was greasy maybe fresh and hot would be better. Diet Pepsi hit the spot 106 degrees F. today. After repetitive begging from my daughter's, took the trip here to see what all the hubbub was about. Ordered fried chicken, spaghetti, hot dogs, and beef steak and rice. This place is super busy, and they do fairly well moving people and food around. It's an obvious favorite of the Filipino community as this is apparently a staple for them back home. One of 2 locations in Vegas, this Jollibee is located inside the Seafood City on Maryland Parkway, just south of the Boulevard Mall. If I come here, it's usually because I already happen to be in the area and it's only for their fried chicken, or ChickenJoy as they call it. Everything else is meh. The sides that come with the entrees are usually meh too...they don't look every appetizing because they're probably just frozen or canned foods. I mean I doubt they're making fresh corn or mashed potatoes here. Prices are mediocre for a fast food joint and really depends on what you get. The chicken seems a little pricey but most everything else is cheap unless you're getting some type of new or specially featured item that isn't on the regular menu. How can you go wrong with Filipino fast food? As someone who lives in Texas and rarely gets the chance to eat Jollibee unless I make a road trip to Houston, I always make an effort to go to Jollibee during a trip. What can we do - everyone wants to get some Chicken Joy and not cook for dinner. Some of the staff might seem not friendly, but they were never rude and always get our orders right. Although there's this one time that they gave us extra Mango pie and extra chickens. We didn't find out until we got home. Their spaghetti is my favorite and pretty consistent every time I order it. I was so excited to go to this Jollibee as the Jollibee in my city just opened and the line to get in is still too long. Service too slow. From taking your order to getting your food. Everything took time. Fountain drinks tasted just like soda water. It was reported many times by other customers but nothing has been done the whole time we were there. And the most terrible thing, my chicken/spaghetti meal had two strands of hair on top. I returned it to get another one, getting the replacement took time too. Chickenjoy tasted like it has been refried. Fries tasted rancid. I ordered the 10 pc chicken joy bucket to go - half original half spicy. The waiting time at this location for order or pick up is rather long. I would say that their front facing service need a little more fine tuning. Otherwise, my friends and I finished the entire bucket of fried chicken, it was finger lick'n good! It is one of the most famous fast food joints that most Filipinos frequent to get a taste of missed Filipino dishes. The fried chicken are so crispy, you can eat the bones without problems. The Spaghetti tastes just how my grandma made it when we were in the Philippines. The dishes that come out from this joint's kitchen definitely gives fond memories that have long laid dormant in one's mind. I know it jolted me during my most recent visit. It reminded me of my Lola. It is located inside of a grocery store, Seafood City and the place is buzzing with energy no matter what time you arrive. It is right before the entrance to Seafood City (a Filipino supermarket) and other Filipino food chains. The workers are all nice (and mostly, if not all Filipino).
