I'll give this place -1. I place an order via phone on a Saturday afternoon for 4 trays of spaghetti for a Sunday 2:00 pickup. They took my name, phone number and told me how much it's going to be and it will be ready when I come in the next day. I was there at 2:00pm Sunday and took my order again and I paid them $172 and they told me it will be ready in 20min because they have to prepare it. I told this guy Jaden who took my order why do they promise it will be ready and it's not. He said they have to prepare with a smirk in his face. It took them 30min before I got my order. This stupid kid didn't have the courtesy of apologizing for the delay instead gave this smirk after I start swearing. This is a Filipino custom that they brought from the old country. I never like this establishment but I did it for my grandkids birthday. I will never step inside this restaurant ever again. They have very nice food but they never update their hours, we come here for two days in a row. First night at 7pm and they said they are closed already, the second night at 6:20pm and they are closed and the manager said they close at 6pm. Besides the "rest room" issue that I can overlook, having a Jollibee in the Inland Empire is a definite plus for me. It would be great if Jollibee can consider opening a store in Murrieta or Temecula so we do not have to drive 55 miles to get our Jollibee fix. Food maintains the good quality standard across every store. Chicken Joy is tender, skin is crunchy, gravy is flavorful. I love the Pancit Palabok, sauce is delicious. Halo-halo is beautifully portioned. I can take one star off because of front staff service quality; but I'm sure i probably just ran into their bad day so I can overlook past the indifference. read more

I finally got to try this place. I love it. The menu mostly consists of chicken and spaghetti. However, they have sandwiches, breakfast items, desserts and drinks. I got the 2 piece chicken combo with spaghetti and drink. The chicken can either be original or spicy. I got the original and it was crispy and it comes with a nice brown gravy. One of my colleagues from work recommended for me to try this place. I was in the neighborhood and thought, why not?! When I saw how long the line was, I didn't want to wait, so I downloaded their app to order food, was an estimated 6min. So I decided to wait for a bit. As soon as I sat on the table, first thing I find is spit on the table. Not exactly a good thing to find; then when I wanted to wash my hands, I see that the bathrooms are closed for cleaning. Then I also took note that it seemed like one person was trying to fill orders while everyone else was in the back chatting and drinking outside drinks during lunch rush. Finally, it was to the point where the manager had to see my order on my phone and personally hand me my food. i love jollibee so much. their peach mango, halo halo, spaghetti, steak, mashed potatoes and gravy, sandwiches, and burgers are fantastic. however, this location hasn't had halo halo in a couple of years for whatever reason and it's $17 after tax for a 4pack of yumburgers. i love this place so much but i can't justify this kind of price gouging. you could get a fuller burger for less at in-n-out like i'd have to really wanna spoil myself to wanna come around here now and that makes me really sad. read more

Their Corporate office (626) 369-7118 was just as bad. The extensions they give are #2, 3, 5, 6 & 7 of which ALL MAILBOXES WERE FULL and there was NO ANSWER. This is SHIT SERVICE !!!!!!! This is my second time having jollibees, first time at this location here in Rancho Cucamonga. I ordered a variety from their new hot dog all the way to their chicken joy value plates. Out of everything I ate, the only delicious item on their menu was their peach mango pie and their steak burger with rice. I nearly inhaled these two down. So tasty. Everything else was just ok. Crispy chicken sandwich tasted like crazy bread from pizza joints, so that threw me off. If it wasn't for that, it would've been so much better. The fried chicken joy were extremely plain. That's why they give you a big tub of gravy for it. You dip it or pour the gravy on top of the chicken for taste. Again, it taste ok. Omg, I'm still burping up the garlic crazy bread flavor of the crispy chicken classic sandwich lol. Bleh. The spam sandwich was ok. Just a fried slice of spam with seasoned mayo that goes inside what looks like a giant Hawaiian roll. The hot dog was ok too but they added their own special sauce blend that really made it kinda gross. I only ate half of it and couldn't finish it. Definitely not 100% beef. More like a turkey dog lol. Taste wise. The spaghetti was sweet. It was, you guessed it, another ok rating. I liked the hot dog slices, cheese, and the flavor of the sauce, but I'm just not use to the sweetness of the sauce. The fast food restaurant was packed when I went in there so it's a popular spot to eat. I would say a good 85% Asian, 10% Hispanic, and the rest was white. I finally got to try Jollibee after watching all those mukbangs. We had to drive about 45 minutes but it was definitely worth it. I ordered the spicy chicken with adobo rice but they gave me steamed rice. The chicken was spicy and juicy. The GRAVY was delicious. The deluxe chicken sandwich was very thick and juicy.
