The chicken is really good. It's very moist on the inside and crispy on the outside. the mashed potatoes with gravy are really good too. Please try the pineapple juice! It's so worth it. I can't wait for the Ontario mills location opens so I can have it closer to home. read more

I love Jollibee! They have the best chicken it's alway fresh to me its as good as Mrs. Knotts Chicken Dinner. It's crispy on the outside and very juicy in the inside. They have both Original and spicy chicken I like both but if I had to choose one I prefer the spicy one. They also give you gravy so you can put it either on your chicken or rice. I love their spaghetti too it's sweet they put sausages in it so it's something different it's an acquired taste. It does get pretty busy I went on Sunday and there was no seats available I also had to wait 15 minutes for chicken yes it's that popular. They don't just have chicken they also have burgers I never had their burgers before the next time I go I'll give it a try and let you guys know how it is I'll update my review. I decided to try Jollibee for the first time after grocery shopping in the seafood city market. First time, I was satisfied with the food. Chicken tenders and mash potatoes, although I've had better gravy. I went back this weekend, ordered tenders and fries. The fries were pretty good, but this time the tenders had waaaayyy too much breading, to the point it started to feel gross biting through these hard masses of flour that were falling apart, only to find very little meat in the middle. Made me wish I instead had Chik Fil A or popcorn chicken from a boba shop. The tenders I received the first time were good, so I hope the second time was just one time bad luck and that their breading isn't usually like this. read more

I'm just happy that there's one I can go to when I am craving for Jollibee. My only complaint is that they don't put enough sauce on their spaghetti hence it makes it bland. Considering they are NOT really cheap and ingredients are inexpensive. Perhaps they can be a bit generous with the sauce. That's why when I crave for their spaghetti, I try to curb it because it doesn't really "hit the nail in the head." Everything else is okay. We like the food, but the app says your not open? It's frustrating to go through all the step to get a message at check out that you are closed or can't fill the order before closing. Smh they cant even serve chickens. Idk how to say it politely but they are not very smart. They put different numbers on receipt than buzzer so i waited for 30 min. I even asked if the order i thought was mine is mine, which happened to be true but they didnt give it to me saying the numbers mismatch. They eventually realized it is my order and gave it to me. My boyfriend and I was craving for jollibee and we were around the area so we decided to order a couple of things. It was really disappointing. We ordered Togo, but we were really hungry and wanted to grab a piece of chicken out of the bucket. The chicken was flaky, was not fully covered with the battered at all. The fries were so cold and stale. It was old or something and there was a few fries that was hot and crunchy. Even though we ordered to go, we tried them in store for quick bite. This isn't my first time trying jollibee. I usually go to the East side San Jose location in NorCal and that location is way much better. When I order to go my fries would still be hot and crispy when coming out and chicken would be fully battered. This location was definitely a disappointment. Also, this location is not sanitary. Most of the tables were left dirty. Straw area was messy. We had to call one of the staff to clean the table that we were sitting as well. read more

This place is great! My husband and I first tried this a couple weeks ago and we tried quite a few things off the menu. We were so pleased with how hot and fresh and delicious everything was. The only reason why I gave it four stars this because two times after that we went back to try the spicy chicken and the aloha burger and both times they were out! I don't know if it's some thing where we have to go earlier in the day and they just run out every afternoon but it was two different days that this happened so that was quite disappointing especially considering that it's not very close to us. Other than that the customer service is great and the first time we did have a great experience with the things that we were able to try. This is the only Jollibee within a 100 mile radius (exaggerated) so of course if I ever have hella cravings, I'll come here. I almost always get the hamburger steak meal because it fits my macronutrients. I just wish they didn't skimp out on the size of the steaks because they're way too small for me. Everything else is pretty good and I can always rely on the Chicken joy and gravy if I get those cravings too. I was craving for Jollibee Spicy Chicken so I went to this location as I was around the area. When I got my order and while eating it, I was wondering why it taste different. I asked the counter if they gave me Spicy Chicken and they confirmed they did, but they also said it's no longer the same spicy chicken because they no longer use spicy powder. I was really disappointed! I loved Jollibee because they are the only fast food that serves really really spicy chicken, but I guess I have to say goodbye to my childhood best bee. This is the dirtiest Jollibee I've been to. The tables are not wiped. The table I was using had a puddle underneath! There was NO ONE managing the eating area. All of them were behind the counter. The soda fountain had an abundant of ice spilling under the soda arm, moreover, the lights were dimmed! Are they saving money?? This is a serious safety issue. 3.5 stars. Most people know Jolibee as the Filipino McDonald's and that's an apt description. It's fast food done with a Filipino twist. Unlike most people, I'm not a fan of the spaghetti or their burgers, but some items I get the occasional craving for, especially the Chickenjoy (fried chicken) and the Palabok Fiesta (noodles with a meat, sauce, bay shrimp, and egg). Like McDonald's Big Mac and fries, however, just because something tastes good doesn't make it the healthiest choice. I love the fact that you can get a side of steamed rice with gravy when you order the Chickenjoy. It's one of those underrated sides that go well with fried chicken. The desserts here are excellent: the halo-halo (Filipino shaved ice) and the peach-mango pie (think old-school McDonald's fried apple pie, but with peach and mango instead of apple). I'll give this place -1. I place an order via phone on a Saturday afternoon for 4 trays of spaghetti for a Sunday 2:00 pickup. They took my name, phone number and told me how much it's going to be and it will be ready when I come in the next day. I have never been to a Jollibee and was excited to try the chicken. The chicken was delicious . Super crispy. The rice and gravy a nice change to fries. We ordered Halo Halo and the bubble tea drink (can't remember the name). Both were so good!!! But our Halo Halo looked slopped together. I noticed another order of three Halo Halos looked nicer and more distinct ingredients. The peach mango pies were very tasty. Crispy and not too sweet. All in all it was tasty.
