Went for the first time and the wait was with it! The peach mango pie wasn't too sweet and was nice and crispy. Highly recommend you dip your chicken in the gravy. Yesterday was my 1st time ever here. I've lived in the Evergreen area for the last 22 years, and when this opened, I was never curious about it as I drove by Quimby Road. So why now? An IG influencer I followed posted a pic of his meal, and somehow, it looked so tasty that I needed to have it for lunch. I arrived here right before the lunch madness closed to noon. There were a few customers already waiting for their orders while a few in line. I ordered the 2 pc spicy chicken combo with their crispy fries, fountain drink (no coke here, pepsi only) instead of their pineapple refresher, and a peach mango pie. I think I found a new fried chicken spot to eat at. The fried chicken is delish! The spice level is much spicier than KFC and Popeyes, and the chicken meat is very flavorful under the skin. The crunchiness of the skin melts in your mouth, and I don't taste the greasiness of the oil it was fried in. The french fries were pretty crispy w/o me asking for well done, and it didn't taste oily or salty. It actually tastes buttery to me. My combo came with napkins, ketchup, and utensils w/o me aaking for me. I did ask for hot sauce, though it wasn't needed. Also, it comes with gravy, which I declined. A 2 pc combo is definitely a lot for me, but I managed to devour it with some fries left over. The staff are friendly and quick with their tasks. Restaurant format looks different as 1 door you enter is where you order, and the seatings are on the other side of the restaurant as you walk down a little hallway. My family and I arrived at the fast food chain on a Saturday at peak lunch rush at 3 pm in the afternoon. PARKING: There's lots of parking since it's part of a larger lot. However, the issue is that the near parking spaces were filled up, so we had to walk a bit. AMBIENCE: Super busy! A lot of families were already dining in and a long queue was ahead of us. The place is pretty clean when a staff member is making their rounds. Note that their bathrooms have a passcode, so ask the staff for the code!! It's more hectic than usual since they're taking so many to-go orders that they made a station next to the soda fountain. SERVICE: Ordering was a hassle since everything was so loud. While the cashier was handling our order, so many staff member conversations were overlapping and causing so much disruptions and interruptions. ORDERS: -Chicken Joy and Tenders: The meat was crispy, tender, but a bit too salty. -Pineapple Juice: Best drinks to get that are sadly not refillable :( super refreshing with a right balance of sweet and sour -French Fries: crispy and salted well -Hamburger Steak Set: always my go to since the meat quality is juicy and delicious. We got pineapple juice and spaghetti. It was a good value for the food overall, ordering was quick and easy, and the service was extremely fast. Therefore, awesome fast food joint! The pineapple juice was refreshing and tasted like pineapple juice. The spaghetti was also warm and had a great texture to it. Jollibee is also in the middle of the Great Mall which has tons to do before and after you dine here! The workers are nice and my food comes out pretty fast. I enjoy their chicken tenders, classic chicken joy, chicken sandwiches, and mashed potatoes with gravy. Their mashed potatoes and gravy are way better than KFC's in my opinion. My family also likes the palabok and the pineapple juice. My orders have always been good. I LOVE Filipino spaghetti because it's sweet, so I definitely enjoyed the spaghetti. Their fried chicken is SO crispy yet juicy. If you like McDonald's Apple Pie... You will LOVE the peach mango pie. The pie stays flaky and crispy while the filling doesn't make it soggy. The pineapple quencher was also so good. I think about Jollibee all the time and how I wish we had one in Utah. I was impressed by that. Jollibee has such a unique flavor that is so delicious. The chicken was juicy and tender. I ordered the mashed potatoes and they were actually too salty for me. I wouldn't order that again. I also got the French fries and ummm they were just flavorless fries that weren't that great. That sounds so mean lol but I will not order those again. I got the adobo fried rice and I loved it! It was flavorful and meaty. I thought it was the right amount of seasoning. It was actually perfect and delicious. I would order just that as a meal. Highly recommend! The gravy was savory and yummy though if you take a while to eat, the gravy comes together in a gelatinous texture which is unappealing to eat. This is a review of their deluxe chicken sandwich. I frequent Jollibee and love their fried chicken, palabok, and peach mango pie! If you ever get a chance, check them out. Just give yourself some time to wait because there's always a line, and the service is slow. Though I have to say, their system is getting better. Ok on to the sandwich. I have to say, I love it when the actual product looks like their advertising. I was pleased to see that the wrapped sandwich was big! When I unwrapped it, I was even more pleased at the size of the chicken. It was actually larger than the bun, and it wasn't a flat patty! It looks about the size of half a chicken breast. There was a good amount of lettuce, two small slices of tomato, and some kind of mayo sauce. Took a bite and was really happy to find the chicken to be moist and tender. The exterior had a good crunch too. All the flavors went together well. The lettuce and tomato were fresh and refreshing, offsetting the saltiness of the chicken. The flavor of the chicken was much like their chicken joy with some extra spices I think. Really good! The bun was also excellent. It didn't fall apart when I ate the sandwich. It held everything together really well. I think it was a brioche bun. It was a little sweeter than the typical fast food bun. I would have to say this is one of the best fast food chicken sandwiches out there. I love the fried chicken from Jollibee! I frequent the one in Union City location the most because it is the most consistent location. This location is not as busy, but the service is not the quickest or most organized, and there was not much friendliest from the staff. I ordered my usual, which is the 2 pieces of chicken (both legs) with 2 sides - mashed potatoes with gravy and rice. We got rice at home so didn't need to order that. The chicken tenders are a good option for kiddos especially if they don't care for the bone. These came with gravy as well. Cheese on top is perfection. Burger Steak - my second favorite meal here. It's like a Loco Moco but the burgers are thinner and the gravy comes with mushrooms. The Cheesy Yumburgers uses the same patty and only comes with cheese and sauce similar to a thousand island. You cannot go to Jollibee and not get the pie.
