love jollibee! the self order kiosk makes it easy and efficient to order but you can still order with a cashier if needed. the order screen makes it easy to see if your order is ready. love the decorations in the store as always and the decorations for the final fantasy collab is cute. always enjoy my food here and it never misses. so yum!

Love Jollibee! Our go to order is always the spicy chicken sandwich with white rice and that delicious savory gravy. If you want to make it spicy you can add tabasco. As for dessert we love the mango peach pie and pineapple juice. Service on this location is great, it is clean, and has friendly staff.

I don't write reviews but the kid at the window was rude as hell and just plain immature... rushed us when ordering, forgot my rice, all the gravy sauce spilled in the bag from improper packing, and was just rude and laughed at my face when he gave me my rice. If you really want Jolibee, just go to the one in Azusa ... workers here are also hella slow and just here to yap.

My first time trying this place, and it was quite good! Finally after hearing so many of my friends talking about it. Keep note that it is fast food. I didn't know that this place opened, I guess it has been a while since I visited this plaza. There is a good amount of parking. The fried chicken was definitely crispy and I liked the spice on the spicy wings. We ordered the bucket which was about $26 for 12 pieces of chicken. It came with a gravy dip which was pretty good. Their water cup was super small. The service was quite fast, it seems that you can also order yourself. Note that the place was super cold, make sure to bring a jacket. If I get a chance would like to try other things on the menu.

Can't go wrong with Jollibee. This place is so nostalgic and always reminds me of my childhood, especially all the birthdays celebrated here. The crispy chicken and spaghetti combo is a must and never disappoints. I always wash it down with a pineapple quencher, and of course, end the meal with a peach mango pie. So good every time. Yum.

We've been to other Jollibee before. It's been a while. I'm a Wednesday night this place is considered packed! Not many seatings available. After we ordered the food we had to share family table with other customers, then later switch to another table by ourself. Food came out quicker than anticipated. Really fast. Chicken was so tender and juicy! Delicious. First time trying the spaghetti here, it's "different" and delicious. Everything tastes saltier than my preference, and I'm Asian. I don't know how they can reconfigure the space differently to accommodate more customers.

Can't go wrong with Jollibees, I feel like it'a always good. This is across the street from IKEA and came here after shopping there. In terms of food I got a total of four chicken pieces, adobo rice, jolly spagetthi, and ube/mango pie. Chicken was cooked well and loved everything. They did mess up on my order though and forgot my spagetthi but they just gave me a new one and apologized when I told them the error. Overall good experience here.

How many mascot faces can you take in one photo? I did a contest with my daughter at Jollibee. Every time I drove on I-10 from west to east to IKEA, I saw a squirrel at the top of the building next to IKEA. Eventually I realized that it was not a squirrel but a bee, Jollibee, which I knew from two decades ago in Manila, Philippines. The building has the mascot and logo of the American headquarters of Jollibee. Across the road, there is a Jollibee restaurant. I consider it the flagship store. My daughter was the one who told me that Jollibee is a better fried chicken option. Later on, I tried one at the Alhambra location and proved she was right. We went to the flagship store after visiting IKEA and ordered a New Bucket Treat A. It included 6 pieces of Spicy Chickenjoy, mashed potato, crispy fries, and a large Chickenjoy gravy. Let's talk about it. Spicy Chickenjoy 5/5 When I first ordered fried chicken at the Alhambra restaurant, I requested no chicken breast. The server told me they only serve thighs and legs. Trust me, do not order the regular one. The spicy version is much better. Mashed Potato 5/5 At the very beginning, the texture of the mashed potato made me feel weird. It was not smooth but had a chewy texture. I looked carefully and noticed some purple potato skin. Later, I even found a small piece of raw potato. Interesting. Eventually, I learned from the internet that Jollibee is famous for its mashed potato with special texture, unlike the industrial mashed potato powder. Great. I love it. Chickenjoy Gravy 5/5 Instead of just pouring gravy onto the mashed potato, Jollibee gives you a full cup of gravy. I love gravy. It reminded me of Jim Gaffigan's comedy, he mentioned a senior man drinking gravy. Funny. I like to dip the fried chicken in the gravy. I also like to mix the gravy with mashed potato and dip the chicken in that. Pineapple Quencher 2/5 This is the one my daughter recommended. She likes it. But for me, it was not that good. Very light pineapple flavor. Peach Mango Pie 3/5 Around the early 90s, I went to McDonald's in Shanghai. I was shocked by the apple pie. How could a spring roll shaped pie provide so much happiness? But after decades, I've grown tired of such fast food pies. The peach mango pie from Jollibee is average. Acceptable. On the wall, they mentioned that Jollibee has 1,300 restaurants worldwide. Then I found out it was outdated. According to Wikipedia, it had more than 1,600 restaurants worldwide at the beginning of 2024. Finally, I took four mascot faces in one photo.

I went to Jollibee in West Covina recently after a shopping trip to IKEA since it was right across the street. I got their 2-piece meal. I picked the spicy chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. That spicy chicken was way spicier than I thought it would be! My face was sweating! The chicken itself was cooked perfectly it was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside.unlike other fried chicken places their spices were on the outside, but here it's inside and out. The mashed potatoes were super creamy and tasted good. They were a nice way to cool down my mouth after eating the spicy chicken. And that gravy, super addictive! So, if you're looking for some chicken with a serious amount of spice, you should definitely try the spicy chicken at Jollibee! Just be ready for it to be actually spicy! It was a really good meal. Service was quick. You can order at the front counter or at the kiosk. There's plenty of seating inside with AC on blast too cool you from any spicy chicken. Really good comfort and quick meal all in one.

At the curve a little pocket of eateries with plenty of parking or designated spots for pick up. Drive thru also available. Lots of inside seating or patio area. Restrooms inside. Clean and organized, great service. Cubby shelves for pick up orders. Great spicy chicken with just the right amount of spice and peach mango pies! Always so fresh. Sometimes you just need some jollies at jollibee.

Just let your hands slip down Imagine I'm there now 2-Piece Spicy Combo w/ mashed from #jollibee

I've been to Jollibee a dozen times now but it was only until recently that I came to this location. I have to say this one, so far, is the best of the bunch. Not only does the drive-thru seem to flow faster than the other West Covina location, but the staff here seem nicer than the location I used to frequent in Irvine. Like Miss Montana once said, you get the best of both worlds. As always, the spicy fried chicken with requisite gravy is the star of the show. There's a reason why it was voted number one fast food fried chicken. Coming from a Popeye's and a Bojangles fan, this is some elite chicken we're dealing with here. I mean--the burgers are on the good side and the few times I've gotten breakfast, it's been satisfying, but if you're not getting the chicken here then you're wasting a trip. The space is kind of cramped up compared to other ones I've been too, but it's not a dealbreaker. I like eating in person, as you know, but when you're dealing with fast food versus fast casual I'm okay with having to pack it to go or even getting it through a drive-thru window occasionally. And honestly, this fried chicken is worth having to wait till I get home and having the food get a little cold for.

We ordered the tipid package (included large pata, kare kare without oxtail, an appetizer, rice, and your choice of pancit bihon or pancit canton) and kenchi steak. We got lumpiang Shanghai (mini egg rolls with ground pork and shrimp) and a mix of bihon and canton. Most items serve three to four people, so come with a hungry party and prepare to take leftovers home. The crispy pata (a deep-fried pork knuckle) had a lot of flavorful and juicy meat. While this dish is inherently fatty, there is still meat to cut off. The kare kare (beef chunks, tripe, and vegetables with a braised peanut gravy) tasted good. The rich flavor was also influenced by vegetables, such as eggplants and long beans. Some of the beef chunks were a little fatty. The lumpiang Shanghai arrived late into our lunch because we had to follow up with our server. While they currently charge $23 just for this appetizer, the portion size was much too small. It seems that with this specific package, you'd get a smaller appetizer portion. The bihon (thin rice noodles) and canton (thick egg noodles) pancit mix tasted adequate, and we had no complaints. I enjoyed the kenchi steak the most. This dish is beef shin topped with bone marrow served on a sizzling plate with gravy and vegetables. The beef had a thick texture, and the potatoes tasted soft and lovely. It was filling and noticeably better than the items in the tipid package in my opinion. Lastly, even though we visited around noon, they unfortunately didn't have halo-halo (a Filipino milky shaved ice with fruits and preserves) available as a dessert. At the end of the day, this is a solid restaurant with large portions and well-seasoned flavors. I definitely see why it's a family favorite for many.

It tasted like a "healthy" version of Filipino food. Still, my 83 year old Filipino Grandmother (who's now averse to too much seasoning) genuinely enjoyed this modern interpretation of pansit. I arrived at Almuchow (West Covina) on Sunday (around 3:16PM). Parking is easy. The lot is big. Surprisingly, Almuchow (West Covina) had taken over the old location of Bistro Filipino. Almuchow (West Covina) had relocated to this new spot in late December. Staff is very professional, welcoming and friendly. Staff works hard. I observed how Staff worked nonstop throughout my visit. My food took 14 minutes and five seconds. Good time! As mentioned, the Longsilog ($15) and Pansit Mix ($16) appears beautiful. Although it lacks the usual saltiness & oiliness of traditional Filipino food, it felt health conscious with comforting textures. The ingredients tasted clean. The Longsilog's sausage had the familiar sweetness of the Longanisa, but it felt more comparable to a meatball/meatloaf version. The Pansit also had the wetness and length of the usual dish, but it tasted muted. Still, the food felt well-intentioned and filling. Regarding ambiance, Almuchow (West Covina) is spacious, clean, and welcoming. I appreciated how Filipino music played on its speakers. The flat screen TVs even showed filipino musicians. There's also plenty of tables and a gender neutral restroom. Overall, I had a good experience at Almuchow (West Covina). The food is a good option for customers looking for a modern twist on filipino classics. If curious and nearby, it's a decent option. 4.5 out of 5

We ordered about 6 dishes --Pork Sinigang, Adobong Pusit, Bihon Guisado, Garlic Rice, Plain Rice, Crispy Pata , Ube Turon. When the orders came, the rice was so little, what they said was good for 2 people is actually only good for one. We asked for ice. They said they had none. not a big deal but honestly ice is a very important thing to have. There were no condiments on the table (patis , toyo, suka) etc which is common place in Filipino eateries. Around 6:30 we were being asked to finish our meal because they were "closing". Did they forget we ordered a bunch of stuff. If they are worried about their closing time, rhen please dont accept people an hour and a half before closing as you guys kmow Filipino food is not burgers and fries . You eat w little bit of everything slowly , its a cultural thing. We were again told two more times to hurry eating as they were closing. I was so shocked i coulf barely believe this kind of treatment. As a former caterer and hotel manager, we have never kicked anyone out of any establishment when they are still eating. You shut the door, you stop taking in customers but you always let the people still eating inside finish their meal, even if you had to stay behind for a bit. Another reason i took my best friend to dine rhere is because we were both so hungry and we dont do any cooking in our homes. My best friend paid for the meal --almost $150 , we decided against leaving a tip because the service was poor. The people working in the front had a less than acceptable demeanor, rushing us out of there we couldnt even finish eating. All in all, i felt embarassed in front of my best friend who treated me to the meal, when i had done nothing but brag about this place and their food non stop. I wpuld have loved to have had a conversation wirh Ms Nova Mendoza herself in person to compliment her on the amazing food but also to tell her that the staff needed further training im hospitality, customer care, and soft skills , it is their behavior and conduct which will bring this restaurant down. Please dont chase people out when they are eating. That was so poorly done.

The delivery guy came right on time the day of the service and even helped serve food for the first half hour before leaving. The serving trays and decor they used were very beautiful. Tita Charina was available via phone to answer a couple questions even though she was at another catering event herself. That's dedication! Thank you Tita's of Manila for being so dependable. I will surely be using you again for another event in the future. Salamat po!

Pang Inasal absolutely hit the spot for us. My wife and I came in craving some Filipino comfort…read morefood, and this place delivered in every way. She ordered the sisilog (crispy pork with fried eggs), and I went with the Binagoongan talong (sautéed eggplant with shrimp paste). Both dishes were packed with flavor and cooked perfectly, rich, savory, and incredibly satisfying. We paired our meals with refreshing sago't gulaman, made with tapioca pearls, sweet syrup, and Filipino-style gelatin. It was the perfect sweet, icy finish. Customer service was great from start to finish. Staff were friendly, attentive, and welcoming. Pang Inasal did not disappoint, and we'll definitely be back to explore more of their menu. Highly recommended!

It's a large-ish space, and I guess kind of like a sit-down place (not "turo-turo/cafeteria style like some Filipino joints), with a ton of Filipino snacks on the counter. Plenty of seats that have seen better days. A portion of the restaurant is covered in plastic to house some construction equipment ? I asked for the pork sisig ala carte and decided to add an order of kalderetang kambing and 2c of rice. Big mistake buying more than one entree when you are taking it home and have no clue how their food tastes. I trusted Yelp too much. . Sisig had a 1:1 ratio of meat to bell peppers. I also couldn't help but feel lile the peppers were undercooked, even raw. Maybe that was their style, but I also disliked the mayo on top. Now the kalderetang kambing had a strange fishy (gamey) smell in the car. When I tried it at home, the meat looked so red and tasted way too sweet, not at all like the Kalderetas I'm used to back home. The meat was falling off the bone soft though. This is my problem with Filipino restaurants in the US - if they can't make dishes better tasting than what I make at home (i rarely cook but im a good eater), I cannot rate them high at all. I've eaten too much Filipino food in my life to know what tastes good. I feel bad because the folks who work here/(owners?) are pretty nice and they were working on Valentines. But the current rating they have is misleading. If you're going for the big entrees like I did, and are used to Gerry's Grill type sisig, prepare to be disappointed. Yelp, you did not come thru for me this time.

We were disappointed that they didn't have any chicken isaw available that day, but the rest of the food was great. Here's how it works - you place your chosen skewers on a tray and hand them over for grilling. They came out perfectly charred and so tasty that, of course, we had to order rice to go with them. I also loved the palamig served in those classic street-vendor-style containers, which is super nostalgic of the Philippines. I went with the melon flavor, and it was just right and not too sweet. Definitely a spot I'll be coming back to!

During our visit, we ordered a variety of dishes including pig ears, intestines, pork barbecue, fried bukaklak (which is fried intestines), fish balls, kwek kwek (egg wrapped in an orange-flavored batter and deep-fried), and pancit canton. I would like to share some detailed feedback about our experience. The place is decent - clean and well-kept, and the servers were very nice two kinds of sauces: vinegar and the sweet brown traditional fish ball sauce, enjoyed the pork barbecue and fried intestines; however, I found that the portions were somewhat small relative to the price. Regarding the pig ears and intestines, there was an unusual aftertaste that made me unsure if these items were not as fresh as they should be. The pancit canton was average - it was okay but not something I would order again. The cantaloupe juice was also a bit too sweet for my taste. About halfway through the meal, we realized one item was missing from our order. Though it was promptly brought out after we mentioned ii I'm not sure if it's just sitting in the kitchen and it's not even busy. My experience with LA location is way different , I find the food there to be significantly better in taste and overall quality. I am not sure why this disparity exists, but I thought it important to provide this honest comparison.
