Too small for an 8 piece meal
    Fabian M.

Food is good but sometimes they do get the order wrong, the portion size of the 8 pieces family meal is extremely small barely enough for 2 people mind you we got an 8 piece meal. And it all cost $33, not everyone was about to get a nice portion

I don't know why all the negative reviews. I walked in and was confused on what to order since I was looking for a bucket meal. Because they do not have one like popular chicken places i was a bit confused. I was happy to have Abby who walked me thru everything. I got an10 piece bucket with 3 sides. The food was prepared quickly and the chicken was excellent! Having employees like Abby will keep me coming back. Food was really good the next morning for breakfast!

My first time trying this place, and it was quite good! Finally after hearing so many of my friends talking about it. Keep note that it is fast food. I didn't know that this place opened, I guess it has been a while since I visited this plaza. There is a good amount of parking. The fried chicken was definitely crispy and I liked the spice on the spicy wings. We ordered the bucket which was about $26 for 12 pieces of chicken. It came with a gravy dip which was pretty good. Their water cup was super small. The service was quite fast, it seems that you can also order yourself. Note that the place was super cold, make sure to bring a jacket. If I get a chance would like to try other things on the menu.

Food was fresh! chicken was perfectly crispy & spicy , gravy, adobo rice, and fries were on point too! Definitely coming back to this location! It doesn't have the largest seating area, but you can find seating outside as well. Restaurant was clean including the restrooms!

Love Jollibee! Our go to order is always the spicy chicken sandwich with white rice and that delicious savory gravy. If you want to make it spicy you can add tabasco. As for dessert we love the mango peach pie and pineapple juice. Service on this location is great, it is clean, and has friendly staff.

A huge thank you to **Jollibee in West Covina** (located at 147 Barranca St, right near the Eastland Center) for providing an incredible dinner for our performers and crew at the **Music Tree *Beauty and the Beast Jr.*** production in Pomona, CA on June 26, 2026! The food was an absolute hit. The **Angus beef burgers** were perfectly smash-seared, incredibly juicy, and packed with savory flavor, while the **chicken tenders** were spectacularly golden-crisp on the outside and tender on the inside. It was exactly the kind of delicious comfort food needed to keep a hard-working cast of kids and staff completely full, energized, and happy throughout the event. A very special shoutout and heartfelt thanks to **Ms. Rhoda and her amazing team** for their exceptional help and seamless coordination. Their support made a world of difference for our production. We highly recommend Jollibee to anyone looking for phenomenal food and wonderful service for their next gathering or event!

This was my second time visiting this Jollibee, and I ordered online, super convenient! The food was ready in just a few minutes, like 3 to 5, and the best part is you can swing by the drive-thru for pickup with no parking hassle, which is rare for fast food! It's also right off the freeway, tucked into the Eastland Center. It's super easy access. You just get off the freeway, and boom, you're there. That's a big plus because it's just so quick to get in and out. I got the 8-piece chicken fries, and they were reminiscent of KFC, but with their own special flavor. pretty good! honestly. Then, I tried the spicy chicken sandwich, which was a nice kick! It's not too over-the-top spicy, but definitely hits that sweet spot. Oh, and I also grabbed a side of fries, classic, like McDonald's, but solid. I also gave the adobo rice a go, though I'm not a huge fan. if you're into it, it's fine. Now, here's the kicker; I asked for extra sauce, and they wanted to charge me 85 cents each! I mean, come on!!!! fries without sauce is just a sad solo act. They have honey mustard, ranch, and I think a third one I forgot (sorry, brain freeze!). Still, the speed and ease were a big plus, and the food was tasty. I'd give them a solid 4 stars. Would I come back? Sure, once in a while, but it's not my every-week go-to. If you're into that signature Jollibee vibe, though, I'd say give it a whirl!

love jollibee! the self order kiosk makes it easy and efficient to order but you can still order with a cashier if needed. the order screen makes it easy to see if your order is ready. love the decorations in the store as always and the decorations for the final fantasy collab is cute. always enjoy my food here and it never misses. so yum!

Can't go wrong with Jollibees, I feel like it'a always good. This is across the street from IKEA and came here after shopping there. In terms of food I got a total of four chicken pieces, adobo rice, jolly spagetthi, and ube/mango pie. Chicken was cooked well and loved everything. They did mess up on my order though and forgot my spagetthi but they just gave me a new one and apologized when I told them the error. Overall good experience here.

Can't go wrong with Jollibee. This place is so nostalgic and always reminds me of my childhood, especially all the birthdays celebrated here. The crispy chicken and spaghetti combo is a must and never disappoints. I always wash it down with a pineapple quencher, and of course, end the meal with a peach mango pie. So good every time. Yum.

We've been to other Jollibee before. It's been a while. I'm a Wednesday night this place is considered packed! Not many seatings available. After we ordered the food we had to share family table with other customers, then later switch to another table by ourself. Food came out quicker than anticipated. Really fast. Chicken was so tender and juicy! Delicious. First time trying the spaghetti here, it's "different" and delicious. Everything tastes saltier than my preference, and I'm Asian. I don't know how they can reconfigure the space differently to accommodate more customers.

How many mascot faces can you take in one photo? I did a contest with my daughter at Jollibee. Every time I drove on I-10 from west to east to IKEA, I saw a squirrel at the top of the building next to IKEA. Eventually I realized that it was not a squirrel but a bee, Jollibee, which I knew from two decades ago in Manila, Philippines. The building has the mascot and logo of the American headquarters of Jollibee. Across the road, there is a Jollibee restaurant. I consider it the flagship store. My daughter was the one who told me that Jollibee is a better fried chicken option. Later on, I tried one at the Alhambra location and proved she was right. We went to the flagship store after visiting IKEA and ordered a New Bucket Treat A. It included 6 pieces of Spicy Chickenjoy, mashed potato, crispy fries, and a large Chickenjoy gravy. Let's talk about it. Spicy Chickenjoy 5/5 When I first ordered fried chicken at the Alhambra restaurant, I requested no chicken breast. The server told me they only serve thighs and legs. Trust me, do not order the regular one. The spicy version is much better. Mashed Potato 5/5 At the very beginning, the texture of the mashed potato made me feel weird. It was not smooth but had a chewy texture. I looked carefully and noticed some purple potato skin. Later, I even found a small piece of raw potato. Interesting. Eventually, I learned from the internet that Jollibee is famous for its mashed potato with special texture, unlike the industrial mashed potato powder. Great. I love it. Chickenjoy Gravy 5/5 Instead of just pouring gravy onto the mashed potato, Jollibee gives you a full cup of gravy. I love gravy. It reminded me of Jim Gaffigan's comedy, he mentioned a senior man drinking gravy. Funny. I like to dip the fried chicken in the gravy. I also like to mix the gravy with mashed potato and dip the chicken in that. Pineapple Quencher 2/5 This is the one my daughter recommended. She likes it. But for me, it was not that good. Very light pineapple flavor. Peach Mango Pie 3/5 Around the early 90s, I went to McDonald's in Shanghai. I was shocked by the apple pie. How could a spring roll shaped pie provide so much happiness? But after decades, I've grown tired of such fast food pies. The peach mango pie from Jollibee is average. Acceptable. On the wall, they mentioned that Jollibee has 1,300 restaurants worldwide. Then I found out it was outdated. According to Wikipedia, it had more than 1,600 restaurants worldwide at the beginning of 2024. Finally, I took four mascot faces in one photo.

I went to Jollibee in West Covina recently after a shopping trip to IKEA since it was right across the street. I got their 2-piece meal. I picked the spicy chicken with a side of mashed potatoes. That spicy chicken was way spicier than I thought it would be! My face was sweating! The chicken itself was cooked perfectly it was crunchy on the outside and juicy on the inside.unlike other fried chicken places their spices were on the outside, but here it's inside and out. The mashed potatoes were super creamy and tasted good. They were a nice way to cool down my mouth after eating the spicy chicken. And that gravy, super addictive! So, if you're looking for some chicken with a serious amount of spice, you should definitely try the spicy chicken at Jollibee! Just be ready for it to be actually spicy! It was a really good meal. Service was quick. You can order at the front counter or at the kiosk. There's plenty of seating inside with AC on blast too cool you from any spicy chicken. Really good comfort and quick meal all in one.

We ordered the tipid package (included large pata, kare kare without oxtail, an appetizer, rice, and your choice of pancit bihon or pancit canton) and kenchi steak. We got lumpiang Shanghai (mini egg rolls with ground pork and shrimp) and a mix of bihon and canton. Most items serve three to four people, so come with a hungry party and prepare to take leftovers home. The crispy pata (a deep-fried pork knuckle) had a lot of flavorful and juicy meat. While this dish is inherently fatty, there is still meat to cut off. The kare kare (beef chunks, tripe, and vegetables with a braised peanut gravy) tasted good. The rich flavor was also influenced by vegetables, such as eggplants and long beans. Some of the beef chunks were a little fatty. The lumpiang Shanghai arrived late into our lunch because we had to follow up with our server. While they currently charge $23 just for this appetizer, the portion size was much too small. It seems that with this specific package, you'd get a smaller appetizer portion. The bihon (thin rice noodles) and canton (thick egg noodles) pancit mix tasted adequate, and we had no complaints. I enjoyed the kenchi steak the most. This dish is beef shin topped with bone marrow served on a sizzling plate with gravy and vegetables. The beef had a thick texture, and the potatoes tasted soft and lovely. It was filling and noticeably better than the items in the tipid package in my opinion. Lastly, even though we visited around noon, they unfortunately didn't have halo-halo (a Filipino milky shaved ice with fruits and preserves) available as a dessert. At the end of the day, this is a solid restaurant with large portions and well-seasoned flavors. I definitely see why it's a family favorite for many.

I was bragging to my best friend about their food because we are foodie's and we love to eat. We were excited about what we were going to eat on Thursday, March 27 '26 and we had gotten there around 5:30. They close at 7 sp we had an hour and a half to eat. We ordered about 6 dishes --Pork Sinigang, Adobong Pusit, Bihon Guisado, Garlic Rice, Plain Rice, Crispy Pata , Ube Turon. When the orders came, the rice was so little, what they said was good for 2 people is actually only good for one. We asked for ice. They said they had none. not a big deal but honestly ice is a very important thing to have. There were no condiments on the table (patis , toyo, suka) etc which is common place in Filipino eateries. Around 6:30 we were being asked to finish our meal because they were "closing". Did they forget we ordered a bunch of stuff. If they are worried about their closing time, rhen please dont accept people an hour and a half before closing as you guys kmow Filipino food is not burgers and fries . You eat w little bit of everything slowly , its a cultural thing. We were again told two more times to hurry eating as they were closing. I was so shocked i coulf barely believe this kind of treatment. As a former caterer and hotel manager, we have never kicked anyone out of any establishment when they are still eating. You shut the door, you stop taking in customers but you always let the people still eating inside finish their meal, even if you had to stay behind for a bit. Another reason i took my best friend to dine rhere is because we were both so hungry and we dont do any cooking in our homes. My best friend paid for the meal --almost $150 , we decided against leaving a tip because the service was poor. The people working in the front had a less than acceptable demeanor, rushing us out of there we couldnt even finish eating. All in all, i felt embarassed in front of my best friend who treated me to the meal, when i had done nothing but brag about this place and their food non stop. I wpuld have loved to have had a conversation wirh Ms Nova Mendoza herself in person to compliment her on the amazing food but also to tell her that the staff needed further training im hospitality, customer care, and soft skills , it is their behavior and conduct which will bring this restaurant down. Please dont chase people out when they are eating. That was so poorly done.

I don't usually comment about the restrooms but they were surprisingly large and filled with cute quotes all over. I can see this place being super fun for a karaoke night, family party, or for watching a big game. The portions were good sized for the 3 item combos that we ordered. I liked how they put the Dinuguan and the Chicken Adobo (forgot what this version was called) in separate containers. They also offered soup, which was very tasty, we should have gotten 2 instead of one. We also had Kare-Kare and a different type of lechon. Buko Pandan for dessert.

I got the two item combo and got the pork kawali and beef tagalog. The Kawali was good. Nice and crispy and quite flavorful. The beef tagalog looked good, but I think was a little too salty and maybe the sauce was a little too tangy for me. I liked the garlic rice and the soup they give you was really good. A lot of different items to choose from. The menu boards were not working, but the worker said they charge based on whatever dishes you get and its not a set price for the combos. I think my plate of food was around $18, which isn't too bad. Filipino food is really heavy and a lot of their dishes are protein heavy. Taste was decent, but the flavor is pretty unique so it might not be for everyone. If you have a Filipino friend, maybe take them with you and they can tell you what is good and what is not good. I think I would like to come back and maybe try a few more items.

We decided to go to West Covina location because we know the Los Angeles location would be very difficult for parking. Even though West Covina does not do the grill your own which is what our visitors have done before, it was still the better choice between traffic and parking. The difference between the two locations also is West Covina has other food items, such as pancit, diniguan, Chicharron bulaklak, lechon kawali, Balut, some desserts and quite a bit more, compared to Temple location is just the skewered meats. So you give up the fun of cooking it yourself for a diverse menu. I too, like the ability of cooking your own skewers. It's a fun experience and a you can have great conversations with people at the grill. I would return again, however one of the other disappointments is that the name is still Dollar Hits, but the price is now $1.75 per skewer which can add up very quickly if you let your eyes do the picking.

Although, a lot of the skewers look kinda unappetizing... it looked like it was there for a really long time?? I was pretty basic and just got the chicken skewer and the more premium pork skewer. Honestly the chicken skewer was ok! Although, it was pretty salty. The chicken quality also does taste very basic. The pork skewer that was drenched in sauce was extremely salty. Also very tough. The cashier was very nice and friendly though!
