I will say . I am a fan of this place definitely ! I found this spot thankfully looking for desserts at 10pm but didn't know about this donut shop open till midnight. They have quite a selection of donuts including other desserts including something called the cone which was extremely delicious . The drinks and boba here are great . The two issues I have is for some reason I got different donuts than what I chose ( good thing the donuts tasted good though) , and they only had 1 cone left . I've been here many times with co-workers because of its great schedule- not 24 hours, but they're open til really late (although I've been there 2 or 3 times where they just turn off the lights, but they stil leave their seats there lol). The staff is alwayssss chill, indoor/outdoor seating with a wide range of bagel sandwiches, pastries, and even boba. Their shakes and coffee are good, and cheap. I came here this morning cos it was really close to my gas station. So I filled up then went here. Variety wasn't that special but I was already here. I think its run by a Chinese family :-) cos when I paid they asked if I was Chinese to. If I could give zero stars, I would. These ladies are so stinking rude there!! I can't believe anyone goes back. Also, we ordered 2 caramel drinks....NO COFFEE. After waiting what seemed like forever, we finally got our drinks only to find they are made with coffee - then the lady proceeded to tell us that is what we ordered and she continued to argue with us when we told her she was wrong. Didn't know Jolly Donuts is a business chain. Only know this one and the other on De Soto & Roscoe. So far what I think of this one? Like that JD is open till midnight, both are. Went in after 11:30pm never turned away. Selection is plenty. Though most of the time they dont have what I came for regarding donuts. Of the two that I know of, this location sticks to one cup size for their smoothies. $3.75 for a boba smoothie. The other JD has choices in that regard. Nothing bad to say. I wanted to give two stars, but I just couldn't. First off, the donuts are very good, and if they are not fresh, the server will warm it up for you. The prices are ok. The only problem is that in the morning, there is not a seat to be found in Jolly Donuts. You can barely get in the door. It is PACKED. If you look inside, 90% of the patrons are day laborers. And they leer and make comments at the schoolgirls walking by and into the store. At night, I went with my mother and her boyfriend. The parking lot is not very well lit and there are strange people hanging around in the dark and in their cars. All I can say is my alerts went up. So they get 3 stars. My coworker brought in an assortment of donuts from here this morning, and I tried a plain one. It actually tasted kind of bland and not sweet at all, except for the dusting of granulated sugar covering it. It was soft and chewy though, so the texture was nice. This is an iconic donut shop in the west SFV :) They have been around since the 80's - maybe even longer. Boba drinks are creamy and delicious. I usually call it in and they always have my order ready upon pick up. I am not big on sugar, but they have really nice glazed donuts as far as I can remember. Croissant sandwiches are great! By writing this review, I'm automatically admiring to liking doughnuts. Lol On average, I shop here about 8 times a year; they're usually busy with many regulars. I can't complain about the quality and taste of their doughnuts, but cleanliness is a different issue. Yesterday I came here to buy a dozen of doughnuts to take to work for my guys. As she was putting my doughnuts on the side to box, one of them fell on the dirty floor that she was standing on; without hesitation, using the same tongues, she bent over and picked it off the floor and put it back on the rack. Stopped by this morning for my regular cup of coffee+donuts. Customer service was good, there were 3 ladies behind the counter that were nice. I was only there for my regular donuts (chocolate bar & glazed twist) but ended up getting a third, which was a sugar twist but only because it looked so good. Chocolate bar has the perfect amount of chocolate and glazed twist was really good too. Coffee tasted really good and didn't seem watered down like a few other donut shops in the area. My only complain was the parking, which was a little to small but that would stop me from coming back to this spot. read more

We went around 11 pm and there was only a lady working and she didn't say hi and she didn't talk, we asked for donuts and some sandwiches and thai tea and you could see on her face that she was getting mad like we were asking for too much and my bf was even afraid to ask for coke because how she was looking at us lol and I asked her for more milk in my tea and she just handed me the cart to pour it myself I was like okay and she just starred at me so I got really nervous and spilled it all over the counter and she grabbed it and said like this! Cookies that have a big selection of cookies as well my kids love the almond cookies:)!! Now my favorite are the cream puffs how can you go wrong with cream puffs they're so light Airy the pastry cream is so delicious the powder sugar is perfect they are taking a little bit of Heaven each and every time I eat them they're truly magical! Bobo's are wonderful I recommend the milk tea it is amazing the photos are always fresh not stale so this is definitely a great place for boba's ham and cheese croissants for lunch you cannot beat they don't make him overly hot so when you bite into on the cheese is melted their warm through and they're easy to eat you get fast service in here clean and it is very enjoyable atmosphere with the staff there very friendly and they always have a smile on their face and that always means a lot to me they always seem excited to see their customers and believe me I observe so I really enjoyed this donut shop definitely recommend when you're in the area for a cream puff Bobo or ham and cheese croissant and of course a donut!! read more

There is one, one of the younger ones, I came in the other day, all i asked was if there was more workers in the back. She responded back to me saying " one customer, one client, client behind you.
