The cream top was the perfect amount of sweet and was really lite; making it the perfect cap (or top) to a coffee drink. We liked it so much we made sure to come back and each order one before heading back out of town, lol. I got the matcha chai, and I think it was the chai's fault, but it definitely tasted watered down and not how I like my matcha at all. I prefer it creamier. I learned from my mistakes and got the matcha with cold foam this time, and that was much better. Strong matcha flavor, and that classic deep green color. Would definitely get that again. The service itself is decent. I have ran into baristas sometimes that are more so apathetic, but I mean I guess how enthusiastic can you be about making coffee. Not only is Jaren a coffee expert with years of experience, but he was so flexible and accomodating to ensure our wedding day was perfect. His passion truly shows in the quality of his drinks and that's something that you can taste for sure! He uses only the best beans and even offered a tasting to ensure it was exactly what we envisioned for our special day. As stressful as wedding and event planning can get, we did have issues with our venue and went through a few changes and Jaren was so patient and supportive throughout the entire process, offering support where ever he could. We appreciated his professionalism, quick communication, mad barista skills, and visual aesthetic of his coffee bar cart! The coffee was a hit and all of our guests enjoyed every sip.
