Jon came by my place for a quote. He was so personable and easy to work with. He had good ideas how to work out what to do, ie one long awning over two windows. We chose a color and an appt time and they were up quickly with no hassle. The awnings look great and it lowered the temperature in the kitchen enough so i can comfortably cook without overheating. Wonderful boost to the quality of life and a good house upgrade. read more

You won't find better. The nicest people who give the best service. Plus my new windows look amazing!

This Company definitely deserves the 5 stars I am giving them. My wife and I bought our home in Burbank a little over a year ago. Our rooms were cold and we frequently had to use the heat to warm the house. We decided to go with new windows and had several choices in shops to do the work. I received some very good reviews on Jon's Window and Awning directly from several City employees and decided to call Jon's. From the first call we were treated as a customer should be. There was no pressure. Connie and Jon are honest, caring and were always there when i had questions. Most important is the quality of workmanship that they do. We had 25 windows completely replaced with Milgard windows. The workers were here for 2 full days and the quality of their work was the best there can be. The work areas were spotless when they were done. Since the windows have been installed, we have not had to put the heat on, and cannot believe how quiet the rooms are now! Jon: you and Connie are fantastic! So glad that we did not have to deal with a big retailer. You guys are the best! read more

It was a great pleasure doing business with the terrific team at Jon's Window and Awning. Connie was so helpful and personable in getting the process started. She set up a convenient time for me to have Jon come out for the estimate. When Jon came out to the house, I was greatly impressed not only with his professionalism and knowledge, but also with how friendly and sincerely helpful he was. His demeanor made me feel as though we already knew each other. I received his very fair estimate within a couple of days and then proceeded to set up a date for the installation. The installers, Jimmy and Victor, were very professional, courteous and personable gentlemen. They did a beautiful job! Jon's Window and Awning is a perfect example of what a successful friendly neighborhood business should be. The ideal blend of professionalism, knowledge and courtesy, with the highest quality product at competitive and fair prices, topped-off with incomparable customer service. I highly recommend this AWESOME COMPANY!!! A Very Appreciative and Happy Customer, Padi M. read more

This was the first time purchasing doors and windows for our condo home. After seeing all the great reviews about Jon's I contacted them and was extremely happy with every aspect of their service and installation. The highlight was the team of Antonio and his installers. I watched them work and felt as though they were artists putting in my doors and windows. They all worked paying attention to small details as well as the large ones. I would highly recommend Jon's for anyone looking to get windows and doors installed. read more

Starting about 10 years ago we started replacing our house windows. We found a beautiful design we liked and replaced the front of the house, then a little later the sides and lastly the back of the house. The only window that remained was the poor garage window. We left it for years but finally decided to replace it this year. Jon's Window was the only place to go. We were just as pleased as we were years ago. They were prompt and so fast, I couldn't believe how quickly he had put it in. read more

These folks are very professional and provide quality products at reasonable prices. They took down, redid, and reinstalled 6 outside awnings in less than two weeks. They're responsive, prompt and do quality work. No wonder they get such rave reviews on Angie's List and Yelp! read more

Jons installed an awning at our business, and multiple awnings at our home. One set of awnings at the house was a very difficult install. Jon and his crew worked out all the issues, made adjustments, and persevered through the end. Later when I needed the awnings temporarily removed so we could paint, Jon & Connie arranged it all and followed through. This local family business is straight-forward and honest. They are professional and a pleasure to deal with, and as evidenced above, still there when you need them later. I highly recommend Jons for any of your window or awning needs. Look no further. No need. Call them, you'll be glad you did. read more

Fair prices, fast freindly service and quality merchadise. A class act all the way!!!

I needed to replace 5 windows in a very old house which required some care with moulding details; needed to match existing windows, and lastly, needed to be reframed to a smaller size to accommodate new counter tops. Mike Bird went above and beyond to measure accurately, brought out Jon to verify accuracy and to actually locate the original windows! Mike also worked with my architect in the planning process to make sure the sizing was just right. Their work crew came to work on time, worked with incredible efficiency and just did a tremendous job. The stucco work looks amazing and they blended color in the stucco to try to match the paint and it is so close to actual paint color, I'm not sure it needs touch up paint. They explained everything throughout this process and their work was impeccable. I would highly recommend to anyone, read more

Jon and his team did an incredible job replacing worn out old wooden framed windows with brand new Milgard Tuscany windows throughout my home. It was a big job on a three level house, and I can truly say my home looks brand new thanks to these windows. Jon was so easy to work with, communicated great throughout the process, while still charging less than his competition. After talking to many people, I'm convinced that Jon is simply the best window guy in the area. I would recommend him to anyone in a heartbeat. read more

Called Jon for some awnings to protect from some glare off a couple of windows at the rear of our house. Workmanship is great and the installer did a great job. Jon designed them just they way I requested. Turnaround time was excellent. My wife really likes them. Happy wife, happy life read more

Jon's Awning is a local gem for awnings. In general, awnings are expensive because the fabrics are fire retardant and the frame are specialized. Jon manages to keep the cost down and flexible to work with. Jon runs a small company that works mostly local - better attention this way. read more

My mom had windows installed at her home; I had to coordinate the project from afar. I worked with Jon and the office manager Connie and they made the process very easy. Jon is really great and has a great reputation for fair prices and good service and Connie was a great pleasure to work with. Jon came out to measure and provided quote; I asked for a few changes, they were really patient and provided everything I requested. Their installers were really friendly and helpful. They even came back to help us with the doggie door, they cleaned up after themselves. I can't say enough about the entire process, I didn't realize getting windows would be so easy! read more

We used Jon's earlier this year to replace some old sliding doors and windows from our home. We shopped around and found that Jon had a very competitive price, and was very easy to work with. He was very friendly and honest from the get go-and we enjoyed working with him. He meticulously went over the order with us through multiple emails to make sure it was exactly what we wanted. We had a few hiccups with the scheduling and installation portion of the process, however, they handled everything okay. As some reviews have previously mentioned, Connie was not very pleasant to communicate with. Almost every conversation with her was unprofessional and left me with a negative feeling. The installers did a great job, the windows and doors look great, and with some collaboration and extra effort they were able to frame the new windows and doors to match our trim in the rest of the house. We would recommend Jon's and hire him again for any future window needs; however it would be a more enjoyable experience to work with Jon considering our unpleasant phone experiences with Connie. read more
