Thee best!!!! Not only are they fast to deliver and install, but they're so clean and make sure debris after installation is cleaned up. Friendly, professional. I wouldn't use anyone else for my window installments. read more

Great people to work with, Connie is a character and very thorough Jon knows his product and made some excellent suggestions on a couple odd applications and they came out great. Price was competitive and workmanship top notch. Went with the Milgard Tuscany style and they're awesome read more

I first used Jon's W & A back in 2005 and was very happy with his company. I decided to have him come out a few years later to bid out another job, but unfortunately I had to hold off on doing it. After a few more years I reached out to Jon to give the "green light". Jon was there for me, just like before... friendly, honest, professional & punctual. I'm glad he was still around and will continue to support and refer his business. Jon, Connie, Antonio & crew... Thank you! read more

They were really fantastic. We had most of our windows replaced and they were quick and professional! We did it in two sessions, only because at first we were indecisive with how many we wanted but each time, they were courteous and the windows look GREAT! read more

I price shopped around quite a bit and ended up going with Jon because his pricing was right in line with all the other quotes and because a friend of ours highly recommended him. Now it is my turn to highly recommend them! Everyone we dealt with from Jon himself, to the installation crew and his office staff were all AWESOME! I really thought it would be an ordeal to get new windows and we would need to do stucco patching but it was so easy! They also let us know about a rebate Milgard had going and helped us get that processed. I am thrilled with how updated my home looks with the new windows. Don't hesitate to give them a call! read more

I'd never use anyone else read more

Extremely professional, timely, clean and the windows are amazing! I couldn't believe they could do all eight of our windows in one day, and they finished early. This is a stand-up company. I had a very small job and they, Jon & Connie, were so completely awesome. There were a few hiccups, which were not their fault, but they came thru and were extremely helpful! I would most definitely recommend them! read more

hi, I contacted Jon's and told them up front i have retractable banners i need the cloth replaced. the retractable part is fine just need new cloth. they said they would send a guy, they did - i believe it was mike and he was very nice, he got us a quote,. i told him i had to wait as baby birds had make a nest and i wanted to wait till the kids were grown. I called and said i was now ready to go - and i get a call back we do not want to reload new cloth we do not want to do your order unless we sell you an entire new awning. Great ! Why the heck was that not said up front. So now I had to go searching for a new awning company which I did find and they have a Mike also and he is very nice and happy to help me. I will never call or recommend Jon's again and the new guy will get the reload and he will get all the other awnings we are planing on doing on 4 different properties read more

The woman answering the phone is very rude. I am actually going to pay $100 more for the job so that I do not have to be treated that way. I felt like I was putting her out by asking questions. They don't send anyone out to give estimates. It is shame because they probably would do nice work but I will never know because she is so short with people. read more

We had a new door and sidelights installed recently, and they're beautiful and work perfectly! I can't say enough about Jon's Window and Awning. Their customer service is on point along with their professionalism. The day our doors came in they called and made an appointment within that week. When the installers showed up they were kind and courteous and thorough! Also they were very clean which is of great importance to me, they covered everything before they started working and cleaned up every little bit when they were done. I would highly recommend them! read more

Great experience with Jon's Window and Awning. Connie and Jon were very nice and helpful. I received a quote the same day I provided rough measurements. Really good prices on the windows and slider. We are pleased with our Tuscany windows that we ordered from Jon. His fellow workers were very organized and skilled. They covered our rooms to prevent dirt and dust coming into our furniture and floors. Upon the completion of installing all new windows, there were no sign of mess or debris. They cleaned up everything and vacuumed both inside and outside. Our home feels like a brand new one and obviously the indoor temp is warmer with those argon gas double panel windows. We got great service with those quality windows and great price. Thank you Jon! read more

His price was reasonable and he did an outstanding job on making custom fit awnings for our kitchen and sunroom windows. When we needed windows for our home, I asked around a LOT, and over and over again friends told us to call Jon's Windows. They were right! My husband and I were thrilled with working with Jon and his staff. Our windows were long past their life, and we were a bit nervous about how destructive/invasive the installation of new windows would be. They directed us to some wonderful Milgard dual pane energy efficient windows that were gorgeous, and the installation was super seamless with no reconstruction of our window openings needed. Their crew took down all of our blinds and shades, installed the new windows, and put the window coverings back up for us. We didn't have to do a thing, and all the windows were replaced in one day-- and we have a lot of windows! They stuck to their promised time frames-- what a relief, as many contractors tend to over promise and under deliver. Not these guys, they were on top of it at every step of the way with excellent communication via phone, text, and email amidst our crazy schedule. Their pricing was excellent, and we even got a great rebate from Milgard on top of it! I would highly recommend them. read more

We have been customers of Jon's Window and Awning for years. They have made beautiful awnings for the front of our business and they are a pleasure to work with. If you call the office, Connie picks up. They are professional and timely and do good work. read more

I have called this company twice in the last six months. One time for new windows on my house, and the lady who answered was very short and pushed me off the phone. She said if I wanted a quote I could email them and she would get back to me. On the second occasion, I called about a duplex I own in Burbank that had a window with broken glass. I was debating about just replacing the window instead of replacing the glass. Before I could even finish my sentence, she once again pushed me off the phone and told me to call a glass company. That is two lost opportunities for business for this company. They seem to have a good reputation and maybe I am just getting unlucky with this miserable lady. Poor customer service both times. read more

Super happy with the product, price and install process with Jon and his team there. Good communication, customer service and cleanliness of the job they did here at my house. Only had two windows installed but they were done very well and even better than I expected from what I saw in the showroom. read more

We're very happy with the service we received! We had one Milgard window we wanted to update and the first company we tried to work with never contacted us after our initial meeting...go figure! Found Jon's Window and Awning on the Milgard site and we're happy we did. I called, spoke with Connie who was very pleasant and helpful, let her know what we wanted and was able to provide additional info via email. We received timely responses and Jon was patient as we made modifications. Jon came out to do the estimate and was quick & professional. Window arrived when expected and Jon's crew arrived on schedule. Installation was done quickly and any mess that was made was picked up when they were done. We will use their services in the future and recommend to family & friends! read more

We've used Jon's Awning a few times over the last 10 years. I like Jon; he's very personable, honest and friendly. It's unfortunate that you have to deal with Connie, his wife, who takes all your calls. She may not remember everything you discussed with her so beware. read more

We only had one window to replace. But Jon had no problem doing a small job for us. Jon came right up to bid and the price was very good. Within 2 weeks his workers installed the window and did a great job. I would highly recommend Jons Windows to my friends. read more

I would give these people 0 stars if I could. The customer service from the beginning was horrendous. Ceecee I think is her name the sales manager speaks to you that she's doing you a favor by you buying windows from her. She is completely rude. I took off work to have them come only to find out when they didn't show up on time that the representative had an emergency. Instead of apologizing her answer was haven't you ever had an emergency while she was raising her tone at me! Followed by calling me and telling me if we were to go further it would take around 16 weeks For them to fulfill the order. They have been a headache from the beginning and I will be using a different company, too bad I wasted 4 weeks for this company! I'm not sure If it's the company or her but treating potential customers this way is despicable and she should be ashamed of herself!!! Tried to callback and speak with someone else except she claims she's the only one there and won't transfer the call!!! read more

We had to replace a number of windows in our older house. Jon came out, measured, and gave a detailed estimate. I reviewed it with him, we made a couple of changes, and he emailed me back a final estimate. We placed the order, and then a number of weeks later he called to set up the installation. Antonio and his men came to install. They were professional, very pleasant, all were hard working and they did a terrific job. The first piece of equipment they brought in was a vacuum cleaner! The job was done even faster than originally anticipated. It was done well and all in a pleasant manner. I have nothing but the highest praise for Jon, Connie and Antonio and his crew. It was all a terrific experience from start to finish. read more

I have been slowiy replacing all 33 of my old single-paned windows in my Burbank home built in 1938 for Milgard double-paned, and I just used Jon's for the final 9 windows. His crew were professional, clean, and did a terrific job. I also used them for an awning replacement and they were fantastic with that, too. I recommend them for anyone considering new windows, window replacement, and of course any awning needs! I always love finding local businesses that I can use and this is definitely one of them...... read more

Great experience overall with Jon's! Entire staff -- Jon and Connie in the office and the 3-man installation team -- were exceptional. All are very friendly, responsive, understand how to provide great customer service, and knowledgeable. I give them a 10 out of 10! Thanks! read more

Excellent customer service! My 93 year old mother has had both her awning and windows replaced by Jon's Window and Awning in the past few years. She is very pleased with the products, the installation, and the price. Recently, one of the windows became dislodged by another worker at her home. Jon's sent someone out to her house that same day, repaired the problem, and did not charge her for the visit. That is excellent customer service! read more

I just had all the windows replaced in my 1930's Spanish stucco house and I could not possibly be more THRILLED! From the friendly, wonderful customer service from Connie to the timeliness and professionalism of Jon and his crew, the entire experience was above par. I was particularly concerned about my house being so stylized and the new window possibly clashing with the wall's rounded/beveled edges that framed the existing windows. Jon took my concerns very seriously and paid close attention to detail and aesthetics. The result was fantastic! Beautiful new look from a very friendly and thorough working crew. I should also put on here that Jon's Window and Awning installed a gorgeous back patio (customized) awning in 2007 and it remains a signature piece at our house, garnering huge compliments from guests! I recommend them across the board!! read more

Thank you Jon's! I can't rave enough about the superb customer service from Jon's Window and Awning. They installed vinyl windows in my condo 10 years ago. One of my original, metal windows, leaked. After installation of vinyl windows, that particular window continued to leak. Jon's was convinced it was not their window causing the leak, and my HOA insisted it was the window. Jon's Window people came out a few times to investigate. I found a high tech water leak specialist who used infra red to do water tests. Guess what? It was the flashing on the roof of my building, and Jon's was correct, their window did not leak. Fast forward ten years later, a tiny bit of caulking on one window seems to evaporate and leave a gap. I called Jon's and gave them my schedule. Connie, the super duper person on the phone, stayed in touch with me for several weeks, until I could be home when their guys could stop by. They didn't charge me for the service. I am thrilled and want everyone to know how great this company is. If you're thinking of installing vinyl windows, which really help with outside noise, heat from the sun and utility bills, call Jon's Window and Awning. read more

Just had a window replaced by Jon and his team. From the start, Jon was very easy to communicate with via email. He provided a very competitive quote using a few pictures that I emailed him. They were very professional and did a great job. highly recommend. read more
