Ma Bailey (grilled chicken, roasted red peppers, feta, tomatoes, red onion, mixed green w/ caesar dressing in a wrap). Red Hatter (smoked turkey, provolone, roasted red peppers and pesto on toasted focaccia bread). Both were very, very good, but that Red Hatter was the winner! Great design-your-own sandwiches, and if you like, friendly suggestions from the staff. It was our first time in, and their helpful hints quickly showed they have every filling (savory seitan!) and every topping and a nice variety of breads. We got their "Italian mix" of cold cuts, which included Genoa salami, sweet tender thin-sliced baked ham, and meats that were either mortadella and capicola or at least richly-flavored alternates, provalone cheese, tomato, onions, a light amount of lettuce brightened with a splash of Italian dressing and a dash of fresh salad-oil, and a sprinkling of what we call "hots": lightly-spicy pickled peppers. All this on fresh French bread, which could have been with sesame, or could have been ciabatta or whole-wheat French or several others. We added a light scatter of our own crushed pistachios, which are in some mortadellas. Nobody said this couldn't be fun :-) The sandwich was a heavenly armful, shared amongst us on one of our woodsy picnics. Extra kudos again to their cheerful helpful (patient) staff!

Waited only five minutes for the food, pretty sweet. Thing was piping hot and filling. I wish there were more peppers and onions though. Cajun fries were tasty and plentiful. No complaints. Mine didn't come out the first time but I wasn't going to bring it up however the worker came by to double check that I got it and reordered it from the kitchen for me. The chicken and rice bowl was one of the best I've had very flavorful. I also got the Philly cheesesteak which satisfied my craving. I think the Philly cheesesteak could've had more meat and I found the plain fries to be lacking salt without the Cajun seasoning but still tasty. It's very hot inside and it seems like their takeout is very active so that's what I would recommend. They have tons of different drinks inside like a gas station and also offer dessert. If you've ever been to the famous TKB Deli in Palm Springs this is a very similar setup in Syracuse. Can't wait to try more things!
