Since the crystal had a few scratches, I also had him replace it while he was working on the watch. The whole process took about a week, and when I got it back, I was honestly impressed. The watch looked almost brand new, was running perfectly again, and it was really special to see a family heirloom brought back to life. Shant was great to work with throughout the process. He's knowledgeable, honest, and clearly passionate about watches. It's hard to find someone you trust with a valuable timepiece, but I wouldn't hesitate to bring another watch to him. If you have a watch that needs servicing, repairs, or restoration, this is definitely the place to go. I'll definitely be back the next time one of my watches needs some attention.

Shant's was excellent. Easy to work with. Knew what was wrong right away (mainspring and needed service) Did the work on the timeline promised (2 weeks; actually got it done early) and for the price quoted. My Rolex is running better than it ever has. Its an early 80s Sub and i've sent it to Rolex twice since its been in my possession for the last 12 years or so for a service/repair and it's never kept time as well as it has these past two weeks since I got it back from Shant's.
