First of all, we decided that no one is cooking for Christmas; we will be going to find a brunch, lunch, or Christmas dinner, and this one popped up. I've been looking at this spot for a happy hour for a very long time, so I said, win-win, let's go, and it's not too far away. The price for Christmas Day Brunch is $95.00 per adult, and children 12 and under are free. Children 12 and over are $45. They had a good selection of meats and plenty of seafood, including oysters and shrimp. Salads and tons of side dishes, we bought a bottle of sparkling wine. Service was good, especially since it was a buffet, and we had a server for questions and assistance with drinks and wine. The feel is modern with large windows, clean lines, and lots of warm woods. We all agreed the food was delicious, and I will be back for dinner or a happy hour for sure. It's comfortable and classic, all good. Cheers, my friends and SYOY 12/28/25

The vibe is old-world charm. Lots of woods and rich colors. After some confusion with my reservation, I was seated for dinner. It was Thanksgiving and they were busy, so I'll give them some grace. It was buffet style, which I didn't mind. I had the fennel, apple salad with pomegranate seeds, mashed potatoes and gravy, chestnut stuffing, winter veggies, and the turkey. The turkey was juicy, and the carver gave me extra skin at my request. For dessert they had pumpin and pecan pie, a chocolate/ raspberry tartlette, abd macarons. The food was very well prepared and yummy. Is like to come back on a non-holiday. My waiter was very nice and attentive.

We went there for an office Holiday celebration in their cozy open back room. Our curated menu offered cod, beef and pork, three exceptional salads and two desserts. Here's the pics of my plated courses. Our group of 20 had a great time! Our servers were attentive and supportive. I'm a Sonoma County local and will be back soon!

The restaurant is lovely, the food was good and the service was excellent. Our reservation was at 5:30 pm and we were seated at 5:20 pm. They were serving a dinner buffet. We were really looking forward to having crab for dinner. They were completely out of crab at 5:25 pm. This is a huge mistake by the chef to not order enough crab. (One of us doesn't eat red meat.) They still charged us $95 per person. Seems to be that they should have discounted the meal for everyone who wasn't able to get the featured item on the menu. When serving buffet style, running out of crab is equal to running out of prime rib. Huge miss by the Spoonbar Chef and management team.

Visited for dinner on a Saturday night with a reservation for 6. It was busy but we were seated within minutes. The atmosphere was nice with high ceilings a stocked bar in the center and it was clean. Our server was engaged, friendly, and knew the menu and drinks like the back of his hand. At my request he convinced the the bartenders to make the spiciest margarita of my life (I have a high spicy tolerance so this is not for everyone), and they really delivered. It is now hands down my new favorite drink. We brought a nice bottle of wine we had purchased earlier at a winery and they found us a decanter to let it air in which was top tier service in my opinion. The food was all spectacular, everyone was very happy with what they ordered. I particularly recommend the croquettes, deviled eggs, and Brussels sprouts. I will definitely visit again next time I am in the area.

We had delicious tuna for an appetizer and the steak and burgers were out fast and were very good. Excellent service and timely food service.

Excellent gourmet food! Great service and beautiful atmosphere. We came to this restaurant thanks to Sunset Magazine. The salad was my favorite! The girls raved about the mushroom Risotto.

I guess we were at the kids table. The sad pepper we were brought to go with our $50 entrees

The ambience and the decor was promising. Tone at the moment we entered was off and short. Even though we had a reservation. We sat in one of the booths by the door. Server asked for our full order because they had a large party. Our food came out fairly quickly. See attached photos. We asked for fresh ground pepper and the bus boy brought us diner table shaker pepper. It got weird because then the server came and we talked about it. She seemed to think it was fine. Then she caught on and pointed to the mills at the host stand. She asked if she could get the pepper after it was too late. We didn't get to order another drink because no one came to ask even though we were next to the general path all the staff pass. Overall a bit underwhelming service for the price tag. I wouldn't recommend or come by considering all the other options in the square

Another delicious date night at Spoonbar on a recent warm, late summer night! I'm so surprised by the mediocre reviews. Every time we dine here, the service is friendly and attentive, the menu is familiar but updated with fresh seasonal items and ingredients, the food is delicious, and the drinks hit! He had the burger with truffle fries...always a good idea! We love that dish, and we're so glad it's a staple on the menu. The fries are divine! I dare you to eat just one. I usually order a fish dish but wanted to shake it up and tried the BLT. It was substantial, and a fork-and-knife type of sandwich! We both got margaritas. And we left stuffed!

Bunless burger. Not glamorous but very delicious.

Very tasty and juicy burgers and modern styling atmosphere. I was rather disappointed to know that they use canola oil instead of olive oil on the salad dressing. For a modern day restaurant, they should be very self-aware about the seed oils out there, and that people who are higher echelon on the food scale don't like cheap oils in their salads. It tells me the chef doesn't necessarily look at the distinction of taste, but the economy of using a cheaper oil and a salad mix. But we managed, and the waiter was very sweet and well informed.

It has been a while since I last visited to dine here and how pleasant this visit was. I was very cool to see how popping it was for a Friday night, I have not seen it as busy so that is great. Service has always been great, and was again. Their cocktails are always fabulous and this time was not exceptional. For dinner we had the three dips to start and this was a very large plate and was very tasty. For main we had the asparagus that was cooked perfectly and very flavorful. We had the whole Bronzino and again, this was perfectly cooked and the flavor was excellent. Certainly recommend, but do book if wanting to eat prior to 8, after that you can probably just walk in. Enjoy.

Very classy, excellent, well decorated. Ambient lighting is a beautiful tone for an elegant dinner. I rarely go to higher end restaurants so it was a wonderful experience for me. The garbanzo beans starter was one of my favorite food textures I have ever experienced.

THE PATIO: Nicely shaded with mesh sail cloth, so no risk of sunburn and you won't need your sunglasses. Spacious seating. THE DRINKS: probably why "Bar" comes before "Kitchen" in the name - Gintonica - made with the bar's "featured gin" of the week (or maybe month, or until it's gone). Refreshing -- like it's supposed to be - Love Bizarre - The name certainly is. This mezcal-based cocktail with cucumber, mint, shiso and adornments is great for a summer eve. - Misspent Youth - another gin-based cocktail, but with a sweeter tilt offered up by the addition of galiano, pineapple, and coconut - think Hawaii sans rum. We were immediately greeted by the hostess and seated promptly. Everyone that came to our table was incredibly inviting as well as knowledgeable about the menu with any questions we had. To starts, we ended up ordering their special Uni on toast, the lamb tartare, the stuffed squash blossoms, and their fries extra crispy. Everything came out pretty much at once which was nice. The standout appetizer had to be the stuffed squash blossoms. THE SAUCE IS TO DIE FOR and goes especially well with their fries. The lamb tartare was unique and didn't taste gamey. I'm not a big fan of uni in general but the toast was great and uni was as fresh as it could have been. For entrees, we ended up with the full order of mussels, the steak frites, the trout, the pork chop, and a few burgers. The burgers were nothing special with burnt buns and slightly overcooked meat. The steak frites we upgraded to the ribeye, and it was truly fantastic. I usually hate ordering steaks at restaurants since I know we can make better at home, but theirs was fantastically done and tasted pure. The trout was incredible as well with the delicious sauce and fresh summer vegetables accompanying it all. The pork chop as well was done well and had many components that complimented every flavor on the plate. We ended the night with their melon sorbet which was nice and refreshing especially in the heat of the day and place. Wanted to try their mille-feuille but my party was too stuffed to share it with me. Overall, great place that took over Molti Amici and plan on returning!
