This place is amazing. I don't care much for fish and chips but the burgers are probably the best I've ever had. They beat all the fine dining burger places. The portions are really big for the price. My only grip are the fries. Their waffle fries and tator tots are the only tasty ones, the others are kinda plain. They need to up there fries game! I like this place because they do combo meals, as opposed to serving their burger, fries and drink separately, like most hamburger places nowadays. Good food! They have a good menu. I had the 10pc Cajun wings combo. It came with hot seasoned fries. The wings were fried right. They could season them more. They have a seasoning blend on the tables that you can use. It made a difference in the flavor. My friend had a hamburger and 1 fried pork chop a la carte. The hamburger was flavorful. They did a solid job on the burger. They have a Kid's menu. Hits from the 80's played had us singing along as we ate. This location is still under the Grand Opening banner. It's a hit for this area. Disappointing with potential. This location seemed more like a ghost kitchen that added seating. The fountain drinks were Pepsi options, tea and a weird brisk fountain dispenser. The floor was sticky and you could hear yourself un peel from the floor, which gave some speculation as to its cleanliness. The service was respectful but the employee seemed bored and did nothing about the floor. The decor seemed cheap and out of place. They had several to go orders while we ate and unfortunately sat near the register before noticing that the placed styrofoam boxes for people to pick up on the ledge behind us and people reached over us while we ate. To be fair they were advertising for additional staff. The space design was poor and could have done with an expert. The portion sizes are plentiful, however, the ingredients are hit and miss. They make their own buns but not the chili or queso and you could taste the difference. The burger tasted good but the sides were disappointing and almost inedible bc they lacked flavor and freshness the burger did. The menu was extensive but I wonder how good anything really is. I love this place. They have GIGANTIC burgers! They are seasoned well. The bun makes it look like a small pie. The tots are amazing. One burger is enough for two people in my opinion. I was so surprised to find this hidden gem in Memorial. My dad grew up in the area so I have seen places come and go. I decided to give it a shot and I was not disappointed! The service was great, my food came out quickly and was delicious! The bun is soft, flaky and buttery, the burger was juicy and seasoned well. Finally on my birthday, June 29, we ordered one to go since it had been forever since I had a burger. We ordered to go (#covid). We got this enormous burger that had this delicious fluffy bun, fresh tomatoes and lettuce, and one of the most juicy, perfectly seasoned burger patties that I'd ever had. There was no waiting to order, but plenty of people inside to remove any concerns of suspect food. Menu boards are clear and easy to read. My wife and I both ordered burgers. They came out in a time that tells me that they were made fresh, but with a qualified kitchen. Flavors, colors, and taste was good. The size of my burger was the biggest I have ever seen from a place that does not advertise giant burgers. This place is in a nice area but it's kind of tucked behind the Taco Bell. It wasn't packed at noon so they were able to have my burger meal ready in 10 min. I ordered the Crazy Burger which was two patties and two cheese with the works including bacon. The cheese didn't cover the entire burger so be aware if you are a cheese fanatic. It was a tasty and fulfilling sandwich. The fries were dense and lacked seasoning. Ask for a salt snd pepper pack and honey and you'll be right! If they were cooked maybe one minute more, the texture would've been more crisp and airy. The overall quality if my visit was pleasant.
