Highly recommend this place! My experience getting my car fixed was excellent. I received an estimate the minute I walked into their office and both Brandon and Bianka were very helpful. I was told they would order the part for my car and would call me when it arrived, in about 2 or 3 days they already had the part and fix my car in less that 24 hours. Even thought the work done was not major, it was the customer service I received that I am most pleased with. Bianka was in constant communication with me to let me know updates and after having a really bad experience with the previous auto shop I was hoping not to experience that again. Called a few weeks ago because the exterior panel of my new car was peeling off and the dealership said it wasn't covered (of course). Brandon picked up and recommended a way that I could fix the piece on my own instead of bringing the car in. I SO appreciate that kind of honesty. We tried it, but it was no replacement for a real fix. Brought the car in, they were able to order the part that the dealership said was "unavailable if we didn't purchase the whole door". An Uber backed up into the driver's side of my door and dented my car pretty good. It was my first "accident" and I was completely lost on car insurance claims and how the Uber driver's car insurance would fork up the money to pay for my car's repair. I wish I knew this specific employee's name (he was tall and he had his own open office), but he took the time to call the Uber driver's car insurance company to see what was going on and took care of it for me! I really appreciated that because I was stressed out over my car and he took care of it for me. The body work on my car was great and the employees were very nice and they were still trying to clean my car as I drove off Lol. Go to JRF if you want superior service!! My Kia Optima was hit extremely hard from behind and I drove it in hopes they could fix the bumper from hanging off. While they inspected it they explained that the floor panels had been pushed in and advised me not to drive it because it wouldn't be safe. Brandon allowed me to leave it until the next day so I could contact my insurance. When I went in the following day Greg and Brandon were very helpful in explaining the process of how the insurance works and I felt no pressure to rush into anything. I waited a whole year to write this review Because I wanted to make sure the work they did would hold up and it sure has beautifully. Some places use cheap paint that cracks after a year but not this place. My jeep was hit by a car and I needed auto work to fix it but the other drivers insurance would only cover for about 70% of damage cost, I went to over 20 shops looking for a shop that would fix the damage that the driver did on my car Plus a small scratch I had in the back of my jeep and somehow make me pay nothing. Im not lying when I say over 20 shops from downey to artestia and not one was willing to work with my dilemma. SO im driving home, I see this place and on a whim stop by and ask. They fixed the damage to my jeep, the scratch on the back and I didnt pay a dime out of pocket. They hooked it up big time and If I ever get into another accident again I know exactly were to go. So I failed to right a review of JRF after they repaired my car from my accident in November 2016. Here is all the more reason to write one. My car started smoking this morning around 7:45 after calling for a tow truck to tow me home, I called JRF because the problem was coming from the side they repaired. I was greeted over the phone with the same voice and friendly attitude as in October/ November 2016. I get to JRF by 930, the owner accessed the situation and discovered it's the radiator hose. By 945 he had already called Nissan and left the shop to pick up the part to replace it. Several things you need in life. $500 deductible, great insurance and if you are in the Bellflower area, JRF Collision Center should you ever need repairs. My car looks brand new btw, you can't even tell I was in an accident. Quality Service is Key! read more

Having very little experience with body shops, I will admit I had minimal expectations when it came to getting my car fixed. To me, you drop off a car and expect it to look just like it did before an accident, and that's about it. JRF gets 5 stars from me because of how far they exceeded expectations with the quality of service and work done to my car. When I was swiped on the freeway, a friend of mine who had previous work done here recommended this shop to me. Although my damages were minor, my car looked BRAND NEW when I drove it home. In the 6 days or so that my car was there, I was consistently updated with the status of my car, and my insurance agent was too. Not being left in the dark created less work and worry for me, which I absolutely appreciated. The attention to detail and explanation of the work done not only provided comfort but a level of trust that I wasn't expecting from a body shop. The guys there are super friendly and really know their stuff. I have already recommended this shop to 2 family members who have had the same positive experience as I have. He gave me an honest advice and saved me $$$..unlike other body shops wouldve told me i needed an paint job that would cost couple hundred, he got rid of the scratches without charging me. My mom took her car a Suzuki XL to JRF and the manager GREG was super friendly. Over all my mom had a really good experience and the the manager made sure that everything that was being explained to my mother was done in Spanish. They took there time to explain no rushing or blowing her off. They did such a wonderful job that she is going back to get some other issues fixed. So yes i 100% recommend this place. I'm writing this on behalf of my grandmother who just had some work done to her car. She's not one for the internet but she felt that she just had to leave a review for this establishment. She had dropped her car off at JRF with Danny and told him about a couple extra things that she had wanted to get fixed/looked at while the car was in the shop being fixed by the insurance. She figured that she might as well get everything checked out in one trip. Danny agreed to get these taken care of as well. She received a call a couple days later from Greg saying that her car was finished and ready to be picked up. She got to the shop and none of the extra things that she was told would get checked/fixed were. He apologized and stated that he was never informed of the extra items that were supposed to be checked. He told her to come back the next day and that he would make sure to get everything that she wanted done to her car. She went back the next day, and true to Greg's word, everything looked great on her car. If she ever needs anything done to her car at JRF again, she's going to make sure that she goes straight to Greg to ensure that the work gets done properly the first time. Danny was a very nice person and quite the talker, but she feels like he doesn't stick to the promises that he makes. She would have liked to have given this shop a Five-Star rating based on the assistance she received after interacting with a great employee like Greg. But due to the initial oversight of her needs for her car by Danny she is only able to give it a Four-Star. She still definitely recommends this shop, but she also recommends to speak with Greg there if you would like to get your concerns addressed the first time. read more
