Somehow my wife found out about this food truck, currently located at the West Coast Church of the Cross on Tuttle just north of the Siesta Drive circle. He made sure we got just what we wanted, and we headed home. Opening the containers, it didn't look particularly appetizing. It did, however, taste very good. The marinated meats, both the beef and chicken, were very good. I like noodles and I also liked the ones in this dish. I felt like it was something I might find in a food court.
