First time I went and Jonny worked on me super happy . The second time however I was so put off by how rude he waa to me. I had requested a fill and basic nail art , a french tip with bats. I was also getting a pedi as well. I could sense some weird irritation by Jonny while doing my nails. When he finished my nails he said "I hope your happy they were alot of work" i sent my inspo pic ahead of time and never complained about pricing however that comment wasn't nescessary. My nails were 105.00 and my pedi was 45 I still tipped well total including tip 195.00 . I kept thinking after the visit that he was rude so I cancelled my next fill and pedi. I would encourage being more polite. I don't mind paying, but the attitude needs work. read more

I love this place! I've been coming here for a couple of years. The place is very clean and the people are friendly. I normally get dip manicures and sometimes pedicures. They have come out very nicely every time. I have even had some very fun custom designs done. I'm always happy with the services here. read more

Overall okay, I would say it is a 50% chance that the service you get is good. Due to the many walk ins that they receive, other nail artists tend to rush through your nail appointments leaving your nails a little wonky, drawing a little blood etc. If you do not care that much what your nails look like go here, but if it is for an important event like a wedding or prom etc find a better private nail artist in the area with at least a 5 star rating. Other reviews have mentioned staff being a bit rude as well. Vibe is okay and generally resonates with what a nail spa would look and feel like. I also suggest that the new workers practice a bit before they do clients, because I have noticed that they will slightly injure them, or do the nails in a poor quality setting. Being appointment oriented would help with the rushing issue. read more

I Stopped in here from out of town since it was close to where I was staying. The salon was clean and well ventilated, this important to me because I can not deal with the "nail salon" smell. The service was fast and efficient and all the employees working were pleasant. On this visit Johnny did my French pedicure and it came out great, even and clean! I've been here at least 10 times if not more. Never had a bad experience, they are always available even if you are in a rush. This last time I called in and arrived within 5 min and they did a pedicure with a full and a design. They close at 7 but if there are clients, they will stay until they're finished! Typically salons will stop receiving clients 30 min before they close but not here!! Super nice & clean. read more

FIRST TIME CLIENT: I went here because of how many positive reviews there were. But maybe I should have paid attention to most of the reviews are about Johnny lol. I went in for a gel manicure and pedicure. I didn't want to say anything when the tech DID NOT clean under my nails. I mean come on, cleaning under the nails is PART of your manicure. So fast forward, she filed my nails waaay too short and uneven! I was really sad about that because my nails grow kind of slow. And....there were still some areas of dry skin still on my fingers. Again, I didn't say anything about that either. I asked for a basic nude gel color. Once she said she was done you can clearly see many of my nails dried bubbly and clumpy looking. I showed her my nails and just asked her to fix the worse one..my left thumb nail. She kept saying it's because my nail is uneven. Mind you, she already smoothed down and buffed all of my nails AND I get a gel manicure ALL the time and NONE of my nails ever dry like that lol. She literally attempted 5 different times to fix the gel and insisted with applying MORE LAYERS of gel. No no no.. I asked if someone else can try to fix my nail. Another tech came and made it kind of better but the color still dried clumpy. The staff was nice so I am giving 2 stars, otherwise their quality of work was very unsatisfactory. I saw that this salon was having their Grand Opening this weekend (on Facebook!) I was looking forward to checking it out and was a little worried it would be very crowded since they were offering 40% off this weekend. I made an appointment this morning and did not have to wait long at all when I showed up this afternoon. The salon looks really good and has unique touches. The sample nails are presented in a nice book ( I've never seen that before!) This is really rando, but I enjoyed watching the Music Videos that were playing on the TV! I feel like most places play music, or have cable on, but not really Music Videos! Amber took good care of me and gave me the Services List and prices. I changed my mind at the last minute on what type of Pedi I wanted and she didn't seem to mind which is nice! She told me when I checked out to bring cash next time since it is cheaper. That was also notated on the Service List. She also gave me a Punch Card when I checked out. After several visits you can get a discount.
