As a first client who had incredibly overgrown hair, he took his time (even going into his break for me) to really perfect the cut. He wrote down everything that I wanted and was constantly checking and correcting his work. He has a private salon room to give you a great experience 1:1 with him. He lets you choose a drink and a show of your choice to enjoy during the haircut, so you can choose whether to start conversation or not without it being awkward! I gave him a picture of what I wanted my hair to look like and he kept the picture up the entire time to help him get my hair as close to the picture as possible.
