This place. It calls my name every week. I have found such good gems here and I cannot resist coming on WACKY WEDNESDAYS. Why not wait until Wednesdays and maybe get 40% - 70% off your entire bill?! YES PLEASE! The clothing is of good quality, the shoes are fun, and there is so much glassware and pillows that could fill a whole house! I have found that the staff is really nice and helpful too. The only downside is that they only have 2 changing rooms. On Wednesdays that gets a little crowded! The bathroom is aaaaalllllll the way in the back too. it's so trashy to buy used clothes, and i would never do it... i lie.... i hate hate hate to say it. But, i found 4 brand new, with tags, eddie bauer polo shirts 1/3 the price of the store. $10 each! AND! to make this even worse (to my fat snob nerd sensibilities) they were all an additional 20 percent off!!!! i hate hate hate being wrong about thrift stores. so, as repugnant as i find this to say. you should go here. i feel like i'm going to gag... but, then i notice my taco bell stain on my new shirt. charming... on a side note... never just order a bean burrito at taco bell. Order this! "bean burrito, extra cheese, no onion." that way, they will make it fresh, and they will go lighter on the beans when they put in the extra cheese. that is soooo much better... anyway, what were we talking about? read more

I am unsure If I should be writing this review, only because I sort of wish Jubilee Reach was my own little secret. I consistently get brand new or almost brand new clothes here. Expect top brands like TH, Lands End, Old Navy, Ralph Lauren etc. They've got off brands too but a fair amount of top. Their prices are really great, I just bought a ton of clothes there, some books, a vase and a couple of little house items for $30. They don't have a very large men or children section, but if you're a chick you're golden! They do have some nice modern and antique furniture here and there which seems low to moderately priced. The merchandise seems to sell pretty quick because I've been here weekends back to back and there's always new stuff to look at. Jubilee is easy to find, I can't believe how many times I've driven by without noticing it! It's in the Fred Meyer and Chuckee Cheese parking lot on 148th. Parking is a cinch. Tip, if you donate at the side of the building before you go in and get a receipt, you get a coupon for 25% off one item ;) read more

I adore this place, especially for WACKY WEDNESDAY! You draw a discount from a hat/bowl/whatever that is usually pretty great, and oftentimes they'll let you draw again if you get the lowest one. ;) Sometimes the racks in the women's clothing section are a bit too full, and stuff wants to fly off. I love this place for the way they organize. It's hard to come out empty handed, for you find some good stuff for just a few bucks specially on Wednesday's. Most of the home décor at my place is from here and all my friends absolutely love them. You need to have a little patience to go through the stuff and pick them as per your taste. read more

Such sweet people volunteering and working here, and nicely organized. Big! Clean. Dressing rooms, usually no waiting. Saw some Haviland china on my first visit, but I already have too much, my husband would ground me for a month. Also, I found some lovely table linens at a great price, already laundered and pressed. Real linen not cotton or poly. There was a basket full of silk scarves that are beautiful and mostly new. As I said, it's clean and doesn't smell of mustiness, it's great! Lots of cool furniture and some treasures near the register. On certain days certain colored tags are half off. There is a calendar so you can plan ahead. Go see! read more

I've been in this thrift store twice, both on "Wacky Wednesday" (you draw a discount from a hat, basically). I find it to be an easy store to browse and like any thrift store, it's hit or miss for some great items, but they seem to have a decent selection. I actually love the Wacky Wednesday idea. My friend drew a 50% off the first time we went. The only thing that really bothered me was the men's clothing section is just shoved into a corner on the upper level and nearly the entire first floor is dedicated to women's clothing. I guess they just get more women's clothing in than men's, but it's still kind of disappointing to see if you're looking for men's clothes. read more

I think the quality of used goods here is okay to good, but their prices are ridiculous. I'm sorry to say but its true. I mean its a thrift store you're supposed to be looking for some good deals right? well some of the items are over priced being the same as new items. But you can find some cute clothes in here, I saw some pretty work pants and shirts here. Cluttered and a little messy and I felt it was a little unorganized just because I felt like it was such a small space to have a thrift store. They offer coffee and pastries for their customers so thats sweet. This is probably my favorite local thrift shop. They have a decent book section, the housewares are pretty well organized, they have intersting pieces of jewelry and the women's clothing is very well displayed. I try to pop in once a month or so and usually find something I love!! The prices are great, they have sale days which makes the deals even better and the staff are very friendly. The only thing I dislike about this place is the radio station they play - ah well, can't have everything. read more

I got a beautiful silk Japanese cherry blossom fabric I found with no price tag on it. The girl asked me if I would give her two bucks for it. LOL deal! Unorganized. I get that most of the stuff is (probably) donated, but seriously.. I was looking at the dishes section and most of them were dirty as if the person that donated them or however it works was just too lazy to wash it so they dropped it off here! There's an ok variety of clothes, more pricey compared to goodwill though. Not many cool things to look at. They sell many records which is why I'm giving 2 stars read more

This place is great, not as well organized as a Value Village, but full of fun stuff. You just have to put a little effort in! I found a perfect condition Columbia winter coat for one of my kids for $4. And that was a Tuesday... Imagine what could have happened on Wacky Wednesday!! Scored on a kids chair for $3.99! We came on a Sunday and the had a 50% off on furniture items. Unfortunately the kid chair didn't fall under that category. It's a two level store and bc we had both the kiddos, I couldn't go up to check out the upper floor with the infant and the stroller, no elevator. Their furniture were ridiculously priced for the condition and style. Maybe they marked it up especially with that 50% off ordeal? Hubby said I'm not missing much upstairs. Came here on fish day! This place is multi level and the first level is all big stuff and clothes. So furniture pretty much, now since i just go to thrift shops for Aquarist equipment. Tank, filters, heaters, lights.. Etc I'll also hunt for cool quirky items... This place had no shortage of antique quality furniture but other then that it's lacking. The second level despite looking tame is very disorganized! I had previously bought a fish tank from value village for dirt cheap. Mere dollars when it was worth way more! Sadly it came with nothing so I was hunting for a powerful desk light or clip on light to add to the tank. Not only do they not have stuff to test electronics they remove all the bulbs from every lamp. Gee thanks! So scrap the lights i ended up finding a bag of gravel for 99c so it wasn't a total loss but I expected more out of a independent thrift store. read more

Hidden treasure in Bellevue! I usually only come here on Wednesday to draw a discount (40-70% off), and out of the many times I've been here I think I've only left once without finding anything! I always find trendy pieces that have barely been worn! Definitely recommend! read more

I am a long-time thrift store shopper and I like this one the best. There is a great selection of items and the people who work there are very friendly. Plus, the proceeds go to a worthy cause, not into corporate pockets like at Value Village and Goodwill. I used to be an avid Value Village fan but during the past couple of years the corporate office has made some dramatic changes to the way they do business. The stores are now sorting through donations and only putting out the best stuff thereby reducing the amount of items on the floor and charging higher prices. The thrill of searching and discovering the perfect item at a great price is gone. Heart and Home doesn't seem to have that mentality. The fun of thrift store shopping can be found there. LOVE! LOVE! LOVE! this thrift store. I shop here at least 4 times a week. I always find something new and interesting every time I go. Heart and home has many top brands and their items are in in great condition. The staff is very friendly and helpful. It feels like a new store every time I visit because they are constantly adding new items and rearranging the store. I have visited all the thrift stores in the area, and feel this is the best one by far. They have great stuff and great prices. The sales from the thrift store help support their programs. I love this thrift store so much and was there so often, I started volunteering. They accept and always need volunteers. If you want to volunteer, just ask for a volunteer application. They are also always in need of donations of gently used items. When you donate, the staff will give you a receipt with discount for your purchase. How awesome is that? My favorite sale is Wacky Wednesday because you get to draw your discount from a basket. For example, if you pull a 50% off discount from the basket, you receive that discount on your entire purchase. If you are a savvy thrift shopper like myself, check it out! Mist of their furniture is way over priced for a thrift store, especially one that gets their stuff only from donations. Its pretty disorganized which is somewhat to be expected of a thrift shop/used store but their staff seemed pretty friendly. All in all. You'd have more selection and better prices perusing craigslist than coming here read more

Wacky Wednesday discount was a big draw that had customers pick a discount percentage off, from 30 - 60 percent off. I just went in and found out they discontinued it. I have never had a negative experience in this store. I probably never will. A lot has to do with it being a Christian run business; different mentality. Everyone there is friendly, attentive, efficient. They make you feel welcome. No language barriers like what you sometimes have to deal with at nearby Goodwill. The store post signs on the door and on their website for 40% discounts On certain days of the week for "entire" store. But, when you there to shop. The staff said this and that are not on sale without any signage. It you advertise entire store 40% off. Doesn't that means everything in the store. False advertising of worst kind to consumers.BBB complain here I come. They get stuff donated for free including myself.and they get greedy. I stopped by this store to do some picking. This is a very fun store. I usually end up getting something, but they have great deals. If you can catch them on a day when they their sales, it's an even better deal. It's not as big as the Goodwill less than a mile away, but it also doesn't have a ton of foot traffic either. I feel I can comfortably look for things then worry about someone shoving me to the side as they're aggressively looking for some hidden treasure. Will be visiting again soon. read more

This is without a doubt the CHEAPEST-priced thrift store in the area. I absolutely LOVE their sales and the prices of their items. It has two stories, and it is so worth it to try and hunt down a great find--you're bound to find one here! It gets a little hot upstairs...Or maybe that's because I'm always carrying an armload of great items I've found. Small, non-chain thrift store so don't expect a huge selection on men's clothing. But their prices are very fair compared to Goodwill or Value Village. Snagged a nice Nike t-shirt for $1.99, which would have been around $4-5 bucks at a chain thrift store. I'll swing by more often to check out their stuff. read more

I had gone in here because a customer of mine told me this place was worth checking out if i liked thrift stores... I love thrift stores but my experience was not like others here are just the things I saw off hand they had an ice cream maker the one that is the shape of the ball well it didnt have a price and it was missing a vital part to it which rendered it useless garbage. while I was observing the ice cream maker my boyfriend was looking at board games when I notices a woman standing there watching us I figured she needed to get by so I asked her and she said she was the owner so then I figured she was watching my boyfriend and I because she stereotyped us and assumed we were stealing (I am Hispanic and my boyfriend is white with tattoos and piercings) that was irritating seeing as though my boyfriend and I are both educated and honest. Other things I noticed were items missing parts and high price for what it was like a crock pot for 20$ I got mine at walmart NEW for 15$ (I know because I went there right after to price check and also no walmarts in Issaquah where I live) also saw a cast iron pan that was neglected to no end 20$!!! again wallmart sells cast iron pans NEW for 5 dollars cheaper...and yet another item my boyfriend was looking at dance pads for the PS2 (old ass gaming system) but we still use it some times to play GTA missing the game for the pads the only thing i saw decent there was the furniture but if you are truly in to bargains,CRAIGSLIST! I still find better HIGH END furniture off of there. maybe Bellevue people are use to high prices and like this store because they think they are finding a deal but coming from a person who looks deep for TRUE bargains there is nothing thrifty about this thrift store!! read more

I felt the same as another reviewer who was unsure if she wanted to share her secret, but it's a charity, so yeah. This place is fun and fabulous. Less so than at the Goodwill, but you do have to look over the merchandise to make sure all the buttons are there and there are no small stains and so on, but they do a pretty good job of triage. It's a great place with great merchandise and it's very close to the Bellevue Goodwill so if you don't find what you want here, head over there. I like to bring a donation and they give you, with the receipt, a 25% off one item coupon. They are a great charity, well respected in the community (so donate some nice stuff). There are some sweet people working here - another enjoyable aspect of the place. Lots of parking, and across the parking lot is Fred Meyer so a lot of errands can get done 5 stars for sure. read more
