I have to say this micro juice bar is wonderful. It is cute and adorable inside. I love their packaging the bottle can be reused for something else. I went inside to search for a juice for my cold. The girl recommended the Feeling better which had carrot, oranges and ginger. I love that their juice is completely organic and made fresh daily. Their menu is constantly changing and they have juices that target a specific ailment which I love. Also if you are unsure the staff was knowledgable and let you try samples. I was recently referred to Juice Core by my girlfriend and my first visit there was fantastic. For most of it I was on the phone trying to figure out what to buy for her when her co-workers chimed in. While they checked out the menu I was treated to as many free samples as I wanted! It was so delicious and I even ended up enjoying juices that I was skeptical about. The "Kick Some Acid" is my favorite. Much thanks to James for putting up with the confusion that came from the three orders I had to piece together via text message. If you're looking for more than just a glass of AJ, OJ or GJ (yes...GJ) this is your place to go! Be sure to try the Elixirs, they come with chia seeds which are delicious and taste like the gummy version of the drink you're having. Don't expect to walk out with change in your pocket. I've only been here once but had an enjoyable experience. The lady working was very friendly and helpful. It's a small shop but laid out well. I ordered the "24 Karat" which was delicious. Like most juices, it's pretty expensive but this place is a few dollars more than other shops down the street that offer fresh juices. This is my FAVORITE Organic Juice Bar in Arizona! I get my green juice there a couple times a week and the quality is amazing. I have been to other juice bars and this is the best quality and freshness. When I travel I seek out organic juice bars and love that I have such a great option here in my home city! Mother Earth is my go-to, but all their drinks are really good. I love that it is all organic and they are committed to keeping everything organic. I have been to other juice bars that have organic juice, but their other food is not necessarily organic. I also love that it is vegan. I am not vegan, but lean that way. I know I can trust everything I get at Juice Core. I think the owner's commitment is to offer the absolute best with quality her customers can trust. She does not compromise on her promises to customers. I cannot say enough how much I love Juice Core. The ONLY thing I would change is that I prefer glass bottles, but I know that is hard to do. I have not see an organic juice bar in the Phoenix area offer glass bottles. My go-to spot for 100% organic cold-pressed juices made on sight. I can count on the ingredients being top quality and feel good about what I'm putting in my body. My favs right now: "Flu Shot" (includes ginger, lemon, turmeric, oil of oregano, black pepper and cayenne), The Hulk (green juice), and the Pitaya bowl with bananas, strawberries, mulberries and hemp seeds. I was only in Scottsdale for 1 night and concerned about missing my daily dose of pure, organic celery juice. Luckily, I called Juice Core and spoke to the owner. She was friendly and very knowledgeable and helpful. She made me 64 ounces of the celery juice without any added ingredients and had it ready when I arrived. I went to pick up a 6-pack of juices for me and my gal the other day and walking into this joint you get hit by the fresh smell of veggies and fruit. I am not going to lie to you and make it sound like I am some health nut. Far from it, I eat burgers and drink martinis! Since I tend to treat my body like a bar more than a temple I figured I should give this juice thing a try. Been drinking odd colored and odd smelling drinks for a month now and I would have to say I do feel better and look like I am maybe 4 weeks younger! He allowed me to sample all the flavors availabe and provided me with a day to day drink schedule. He was absolutley amazing. This was one of the spots and after my first visit, I knew that I didn't need to go anyplace else! I tried several of the cold pressed juices and the easy breezy smoothie. The juices are fresh and delicious. The juices come in 2 sizes and are pre-pressed and packaged. They seem to rotate what is on the menu, but all are fresh and delicious! Their juices are fresh, their mixes are amazing, and their staff is highly knowledgable and obviously passionate about the product. They regularly update the juice menu with different favorites. The juices are so nutrient rich that you walk away refreshed and revitalized every time. They recently started offering food as well - all vegan and organic. I recently discovered this juice bar on a visit in downtown Scottsdale. I was pleased with the service and selection of juices. The bottles with caps provide a convenient way to take it home. It is open early (6am) and on weekends which is nice for those of us who work. I've found that the selection is a bit limited at the end of the day, but they still have much to offer. The location is a bit off the main path but the juice is delicious and well-prepared. All ingredients are on the labels. Good stuff! read more
