I used to love coming to Juice Crafters for an açaí bowl with pineapple. Unfortunately the last 3 trips have been awful. The people are still very nice and service is fast. They keep the line moving. For such a busy place, there's hardly ever a wait. The problem is on 3 separate occasions i get a bowl full of sour pineapple core and sour strawberries. I end up picking out the fruit and just eating the banana granola and coconut flakes. Sadly I won't be coming back. 3 strikes....they're out. read more

I buy a $12 protein smoothie here every morning and today I called ahead of time to order so that I can grab it on my way to work.. yes it was ready when I got there and the service was great but wrong smoothie, unfortunately I didn't figure it out until I got to work. On my break I called and we decided she must have misheard me over the phone so she agreed to give me the one I wanted no charge... well I get thee and it's ready but it's the wrong drink AGAIN... the same one they made me originally.. the woman (didn't get her name) seemed very annoyed at me or irritated at least, that I pointed it out again, I said thank you and got no response or acknowledgement of the inconvenience .. These guys really deserve your support. They have such great smoothies and bowls and are extremely friendly. Not only that but they are taking steps to be more environmentally conscious and I can not commend them enough for that. I reached out to them about some concerns I had about some of their disposable products and not only did they respond but they actually changed it almost immediately! This was such a pleasant surprise and not always easy especially for a food vendor that mostly does to go orders! I work nearby and I've started to use their smoothies as a meal replacement for lunch. I'm already feeling healthier, their customer service is EXCELLENT, and a lot of their drinks are really unique, creative, and substantially palatable. this is my all time favorite juice bar! the Lily smoothie is my number one choice, but that's because I love dates and bananas, with almond milk. Everything I've tried here so far is really good. My favorite is this blueberry banana protein smoothie that I could never the name of. It's delicious and keeps me full for a while surprisingly. The customer service is usually good it depends on who is there at the time. They also sell the protein powder they use in their drinks and other snacks on the side. My only complain is that I wish they had smaller sizes. I always end up either sharing my smoothie or throwing it out because it's just way too big for me. I'm a teacher nearby and I ran here on my lunch break. I got an açai bowl a week ago and it was so good! This time however, the açaí was watery and melted, not cold and thick like last time. Its almost like they blended the açaí earlier in the day and just poured it in the bowl when I ordered it. The granola was soggy immediately and the açaí was room temperature and if I didn't have to rush back to school I would've gone in there and complained. So disappointing. read more

I really like juice, so I drink a lot, and try lots of different combinations. Juice Crafters is good. They have cold pressed in bottles, and conventional made fresh. They aren't cheap and they aren't organic, but their juice is good and the people are nice. The bowls are Honestly, if there was a closer place, I might go there instead. It's juice.
