I'm a big fan of Yogurtland, but for some reason this Yogurtland was not as good (Friday evening 6-18-26). The yogurt seemed more icy and less creamy, as well as more artificial looking with strange coloring. The girls were in the back even though the place was busy. The Pistachio was out and they lost a sale because that was what my friend was going to get. I mentioned it to the cashier when she came out and she asked, "Do you want me to refill it?" It seemed like an effort, so my friend said no, but if someone asks, wouldn't you just say, "Oh, no problem, let me refill it!" Maybe not? I don't know what the protocol is. Anyway, it was still tasty. Just not as good as what I'm accustomed to at the other Yogurtlands. I'm sure I'll go again in a bit and update if it's better. Mine was a combo mango and some sort of berry yogurt, topped with sweet mango boba, heath bar crunches, and granola. Oh my, it was so refreshing and yummy! Everything you'd expect from a yogurtland. The inside was clean and organized. Some of the tables had a bit of crust but it was easy to get rid of. The main flavors always stay the same but sometimes there are special or limited edition flavors which are very fun. The toppings are sometimes stale which makes sense because they've been out all day. The service was great and a smooth transaction. I don't know what to say. I use to love Yogurtland. The prices have gotten truly outrageous though at $0.80+ an ounce (I remember when it was $0.30 per ounce a few years back!). $26 for my family of 4 to have 4 smallish bowls of yogurt -- inflation has been high, but not THAT high! At least they are transparent about the price I suppose, but that brings me to my next complaing... the frozen yogurt often seems runny and not nearly as delicious as it used to... I find I have to go for their ice cream flavors because the Froyo is just runny and gross... which defeats the purpose of going to get Froyo. At this point, a half gallon of Tillamook ice cream at Vons seems like a steal and much better quality. I hear many Yogurtlands are being squeezed out of business... feel like it's only a matter of time before this one disappears. I certainly won't be eating there very often anymore... which makes me sad because it used to be so great. read more
