I have spent so much money every month here over the years, and I'm so disappointed in how they have changed and their lack of customer service. Some of their employees are really nice--I don't want to discount them, but the women working at Westgate the other day were ridiculous. I called back to make sure my order was voided (because of a crazy long wait for my pay ahead online order... an issue in itself), and one woman laughed "whatever" and hung up on me. Got a hold of the manager who was apologetic but didn't offer any discount or action. These are the ones who give millennials a bad name - lazy, entitled, and downright rude. Go take a course in customer service or work somewhere where you have zero interaction with customers. Not to mention they have the balls to ask for a 15-30% tip on anything you buy (case/packaged items included). read more

When did this open up here?! I used to live down south for a couple of years and just recently moved up north. Every once and awhile I will go down south and today, I so happen to see this gem here. On a Friday at 5:00pm, it was pretty empty, the workers are nice and my Ta Tonka came out really fast, I wasn't expecting to get it within five minutes of ordering. It was delicious, by the way. Juiceland is going downhill in a big hurry! My husband and I went there today and ordered 2 Bam Bams and 2 blue dreams. For some reason they were so BUSY with no cars around. Anyway, we were in the car for quite a long time waiting for our drinks. We received them brought in a tray and went to grab them in a tray just for the girl to hand me my drinks touching my hands were here nasty gloves. What's the point of the tray if your going to make contact with me? I am pregnant and needed to use the restroom and since I have to pee a lot business have been allowing me to go to the bathroom. Even through this Covid phase. The young girl blatantly denied me access to a bathroom and I turn I wet my dress because of it. I can't use your bathroom but you allow the workers to touch people with their nasty gloves that they are touching everyone else with? I hope I'm refunded for those gross blue dreams we sent back they were not made like they use to be. Covid has people and business loosing their customer service skills. I won't be returning to Juiceland. My bill was $25 but the service was crap. read more

A great place to get healthy food. I was surprised to find that they have some salads and wraps in addition to smoothies. I love that they have a lot of different protein options including hemp, soy, rice, pea and of course dairy. And as a chocoholic the cocoa nibs are amazing! Plus the staff is always in a great mood. My second time to a JuiceLand. First time to this location. I decided to go to this area, and boy, I'm glad I did. Parking wasn't an issue when I went, I was able to park right in front of Juiceland and order my smoothie, and head off. THe interior design is very bright and welcoming, and I enjoyed checking out the sports cards while I waited for my drink (which wasn't long!) My smoothie was the Moontower, and that will be my go-to drink for when I want to go to Juiceland. So good! It didn't taste to sweet, but just sweet enough to really enjoy it. I didn't taste much of the rice, which is great, and it didn't leave me feeling too heavy as some smoothie does after I drink them. I highly recommend it. read more

I used to visit this JuiceLand quite frequently but not anymore after my experience today. I ordered a couple of smoothies one being a peachy green no kale. Drove thru to pick them up and the peachy green had kale in it. This isn't the first time this happened but I had time today to go in and let them know. Instead of a "opps our bad, let me remake that for you" the guy proceeded to take the smoothie to the back ask if they made it without kale, brought it back to me and said whoever made it said they didn't put kale in it. Seriously? Why would I go through the hassle of coming back in if I wasn't sure it had kale in it. I proceeded to tell him again that it had kale in it, a very distinct flavor, told him to taste it if he didn't believe me to which he replied "I'd rather not". At this point I offered to pay to have it remade correctly. They finally obliged and I left with my smoothie but making your customers feel stupid because you made a mistake isn't an ideal experience. Thanks but no thanks, JuiceLand. read more

So I learned the hard way today that a pick up window is not a drive thru. I waited in line for 5 min behind a car and then pulled up to the window. I asked for a menu and was told that it is a pick up window for online orders only. I could go around back and place an online order, then pick it up...what?!?!? My baby was sleeping in the car, which was why I didn't go inside. Regardless, I won't be coming here again. Still don't understand why I couldn't get JUICE at the window?!? read more

came here as a recommendation from adriene (yoga with adriene) and yum!!! i got the peachy green and it was delicious. you can taste that they use a lot of greens, which is nice because i've had many green smoothies that were way heavier on the fruit than i would have liked. it was my first time here and the cashier was very kind and helpful since the menu is big and everything seems amazing. i wish it was cheaper ($5 with tax for the small size) but oh well. if you are headed for this location, there is lots more parking in the back! read more

Like the smoothies, the service is generally pretty good as well. Would give 4 stars but I really dislike when places don't stay to posted hours. Supposed to be open until 9 on Sunday but they decided to close at 5 today. Reliability is a big thing when deciding where to spend my money. I will return again read more

Learned the hard way that if you don't tip, god only knows what you get. I requested celery juice and ended up getting some dregs that they had left over. I don't understand why tipping, on a drink that they are paid to make and is overpriced, is my job. Maybe management should pay them decently if that is a problem. Why not a 5 star review! It's amazing from the first day of ordering my shot of Ginger root and Turmeric I was greated by employees whom to the customer seemed to love what they do. My second time going there they knew exactly what I wanted and always make it fast. I have been to a few other Juicelands in the surrounding area but feel the vibe when I go to this particular one. It's not a Deaf friendly drive through place to order. They refused to accept my order and ordered me to go inside. It's NOT accessible for me. I'm pissed. I prefer Slaughter and Brodie place better. The service here is always friendly and I love the drinks. I usually go with a Thai Coconut or the Watermelon juice. Plenty of other good drinks here. Keeping this one short and sweet.
