Found this next to our hotel, and was very impressed. After trying many different places and food in LA and being disappointed, it was nice to finally find somewhere with great service and a beautiful ambiance for me, plus my man loved all the tvs with sports on. Went yesterday for cinco de mayo and we left before the food even came out. We order a michelada, 2 margaritas flights, and 6 tacos. The michelada was super watered down and gross. After over an hour and a half of us getting the table, only 2 of the 6 tacos came out AND THEY WERE COLD. We returned the tacos and left (the margarita flights never came out). I usually don't write reviews, but I felt very compelled to write this after being surprised by the quality of the food and service after dining here. Seeing that this restaurant was rated highly on here and on Google, my boyfriend and I decided to give this place a chance. It was genuinely the most mid tier Mexican food I have ever experienced and at a huge price point. We both ordered Enchiladas and at $25 per plate, at that price point, we were looking forward to delicious, authentic restaurant quality. It felt more like a Chili's- although I would have rather eaten there. The rice I was served was cold and hard, clearly the last of an earlier batch. My boyfriend's dish came after with fresh rice and the serving size of the side was twice its size in comparison. We had also ordered hot cheeto nachos for the novelty, and they were surprisingly the only redeemable dish of the night- although I wish it had more than 6 chips. Now onto the positives. The vibes of the establishment were great, and I could definitely see this being the perfect late night spot to meet with friends. Granted, it was mentioned that the menu was new so perhaps the food and prices have changed between the time of previous reviews, but I would love to see better prices points and higher quality dishes. In addition, staff was friendly for the most part but towards the end, we had asked for some boxes and waited for the check. We put the cash down and waited a good 15-20 minutes, even making eye contact with the waitress but she instead sat another table down and walked around. I'll say each time I come it's always been the guy with long hair who is always doing everything and is a great guy/manager. My server tonight was Izzy who was amazing as well as everyone else who helped out. Then there was this guy (bar-back) "no-ie, Know-ie, know-e, no-e" whatever he name or position was. He has a LA tattoo behind his ear and they have tons of LA stuff but I was watching the angels game on one tv which was literally in front of just me at the bar and no one else. I'm watching the same tv for over two hours. He sees me watching the angels game and no one else is, so he goes and changes it to the dodgers game. I said hey, can we change that back to the angels game I was watching it and there are literally like 30 other tvs which I didn't say out of respect. He said what then walked away, changed the other tv to the dodger games and turned mine onto the Washington nationals. Never talked to me once, never acknowledged me, nothing. All he actually cared about was talking to all the girls that worked there. Owners/managers before you reply, watch your cameras and see what I'm talking about. He was rude for no reason (well sorry if I like the angels and we are in Fullerton) but so disrespectful. The manager guy with long hair knows who i am and he's a cool guy but this other dude who literally was rude, disrespectful and then put something up as a joke to me when i just said hey I was watching the angels game. Don't remember her name but she was the only server who wore glasses, was very professional and had a beautiful smile so kudos to her. She definitely stepped up her game by suggesting what she thinks is really good and if there is a menu that overlaps, she will be honest with you, which was a great help and made our experience more enjoyable. She even encouraged us to try both sauces for the Costa Azul, which both of them were scrumptious. Almost took one star off due to the horrible service but she is the reason why it got saved. Oh, by the way, you might be wondering where our original server went. She came back after the other server took our order and asked what we want to order like nothing happened. If she was going to a break or something, she should have at least let the customers know and have other server take over but not only she didn't do that but also there was no apology after we told her that someone else took the order. Very rude, unprofessional and careless. We pretty much ordered all of their popular foods such as the nachos, Costa Azul and tacos and they all didn't disappoint. We came here with friends per their suggestion. I had never heard of this place and I work a short distance away. Not that this place seems like it has a large lunch crowd but I would have thought I would have known about them. We got here on a Friday just before 6:30 PM and the place was empty but within an hour it was pretty packed. Our waitress Clarissa was very professional and friendly. When we asked for a customization on the Chile Relleno taco with shrimp instead of beef, pork or chicken she went back and asked and they complied [it's the first Friday of Lent]. We started with some drinks and I had the Bincado just because it was such a unique drink and I really enjoyed it. My wife ordered the Old Fashion, which has been our drink of choice in the last couple of months, and it too was very good. She likes it a little sweeter but I tasted it and it was a standard Old Fashion. She's used to the ones I make at home that are more personalized. One of our friends ordered the ordered the House Paloma but got some other drink. A different type of Paloma. When we looked at her as to why she was drinking something she didn't order, she said "It was good and so I didn't want to send it back". She is the one that wanted to come here and why our party was at this restaurant/bar. The thing was the bartender came over with the correct drink in hand and said this is what you ordered if you want it.... BUT I have to take your other drink back. Why. He knew he messed up. She explained she didn't want to cause a problem, didn't think the drink she got was bad so she let it go so he walks away with the drink. That was a strange encounter. What did he do with that drink? Wait and hope someone orders it. Drink it? Give it to a buddy at the bar? Very strange encounter and it kind of stopped the great conversation we were enjoying. But we did continue and the food was amazing. As mentioned we asked and were granted substitution of the Chile Relleno [cook is probably a good Catholic :) too] and I also had the amazing amazing pulpo taco. Both were really good but the pulpo was really good. But it was not the best thing we tasted that night. The Agua Chile landed that honor. My wife is a picky eater and she absolutely thought it was great. We agreed that if we get back, we would share an Agua Chile and one taco each; that would be enough food. She didn't eat one of her tacos, partially because she was full and damn that red salsa is HOT. I mean really CALIENTE. No more gun powder for us! read more

My friend brought me here telling me about the michelada flight and that got my attention. It's is a small business center and parking is not an issue . The decor in this place is cool, somewhat spaced out tables and you can sit at the bar or tables. They have a bunch of TVs playing all sports . Went with the michelada flight and the chicken mole enchiladas.. maybe because i went you the dos xx for the beer, the micheladas had a weird flavor and all of them were sweet. If you like more sweet than salty , then the flight is for you . Presentation of both the flight and the food is very good, service is good, a little slow but good. Food could have used some seasoning, taste was good but was lacking flavor , their salsa did help a little. We had a party of about 8-10 people and it was a Friday night as well as St. Patrick's day so we thought it would be a long wait. We were seated fairly quick and the drinks and food came out fast as well. To start we had the Guacamole and chips, pork belly bites, and the costal azul. Let me tell you, I wanted to keep ordering the costal azul lol they were bacon wrapped shrimp stuffed with chicken served with these amazing two dipping sauces that I could literally drink. The pork belly bits were good but a tad bit over cooked. My boyfriend ordered the asada dinner plate and he said it was good. I ordered the grilled salmon and that was on point and super tasty. My friends ordered some sushi rolls and the nachos and also had no complaints. Overall the food and variety of drinks were good. The final cute touch was that they also brought us free shots for the birthday girls with a large sign and sparkler lights, as if we were about to get bottle service. We had the best time at Juicyladas - with our babies and all. My sister & I took our families to Juicyladas around 7pm on Friday night. The restaurant is a quaint size & the feel of the restaurant was super welcoming & fun with good music playing. The servers were very attentive & explained each dish that we had questions about in great detail. We ordered the pork belly bites, poke nachos, regular nachos, and some drinks. Everything we had was delicious. My favorite was the poke nachos. They were spicy and definitely had a unique flavor, but it was very good & made you want to keep coming back for another bite. We had our little ones with us until we left around 9pm. They were running around at times (trying not to make a scene, but they're 1 & 3). Everyone was SO nice to them (both employees & customers). I was nervous that we were going to be told to keep our kids seated or at least be told to keep them in our seated area, but everyone loved interacting with our kids & giving them "knuckles" and high fives. If it was more crowded at that time, I would have reined it in a bit, but everyone seemed sweet about it. When we left around 9pm, a ton of people started coming in. Juicyladas is a fun energetic place to have a drink and hang out with friends. I tried two of their margaritas, mango and a pineapple margarita, which were really flavorful, and their green tea shot and purple rain shot were strong and smooth. Clarissa was our server for the night and she did an outstanding job, she was very welcoming and helpful by suggesting different types of drinks to my liking, and made sure I was taken care of. Here's what we ordered: ** Q's Passionfruit Paloma: I loved the presentation with this and the rim was very delicious. On the sweeter side, but you can definitely taste the alcohol. This was bursting with flavor and I cannot recommend it more. (5/5) **Spicy Salazar Cantarito: Loved the spicy kick with the jalapenos. Very great quality and flavor. (5/5) **Pork Belly Bites: These are served with corn tortillas, pico de gallo, guacamole, and pickled onions. The pork belly bites were so crispy and seasoned well. The flavor combination for this was awesome, 100% recommend. (5/5) **Tijuana Style Asada Tacos: These were huge. The amount of meat was generous and so was every other topping on the taco. The red sauce was alright but the green sauce was delicious! (5/5) **Enchiladas Verde w/ Shrimp: This was served with a side of rice and beans which is always a plus. The sauce on top of the enchiladas was on the saltier side but very good flavor. I also liked how they didn't charge extra for shrimp.
