Don't go there. They are slow, rude, dishonest and unprofessional. Don't trust them - they don't keep their promises. My experience with them was absolutely terrible. 1. They came 1 hour late and promised to give me $50 discount for that. They charge $75 per hour. Initially I asked $ 75 discount. As a result they gave zero discount. 2. They disconnected the bed and were not able to assemble it back. The owner wanted to charge me for coming and assembling it, though it was their job to do it, their responsibility to assemble it after moving. Besides he wanted me to pay them for the time when they spent trying to assemble the bed and failed. At around 9 p.m. the owner Andy came mostly to pick up his employee ID. He didn't know how to assemble the bed either until I showed him YouTube video and found written instructions how to do it. They present themselves as professionals, but they are not. I spent the whole day with them. I had neither lunch nor dinner. They didn't give me even a chance to buy a sandwich. 3. After receiving money they start shouting at you and hanged up the phone. HIGHLY recommend Andy and his team!! I moved from San Diego to Newport Beach yesterday (2/7/25) and Andy was my HERO! In the chaos of my move, I somehow scheduled them for the wrong day (Sunday), when I had meant to book them for Saturday. As I was giving Andy updates on my arrival timing, he realized what was going on, and confirmed the move was for "tomorrow". I called in a panic, on the verge of tears, and within minutes, Andy and his team were able to move things around to accommodate was essentially was a last minute request! Less than an hour later, Andy was at the desired location, and in UNDER an hour, unloaded a PACKED 15 ft truck, and moved everything up to the 3rd floor, NO ELEVATOR. Andy was truly my hero yesterday. he and his team were kind, careful, and incredibly respectful. I was moving into a unit with brand new carpet, and they were mindful to make sure they stayed on the paper I had laid out. I have never seen such hustle and dedication, all with a genuine smile the whole time! If you are looking for someone trustworthy, reliable, and hard working, you have found them! What they charge is more than fair!! While I did not ask them for any assembly (this would need to be discussed and planned out in advance to account for adequate timing), I trust they would have handled it beautifully and with care. junior & his movers steal! I booked Junior through Uhaul Helpers in December 2022 to help load my Ubox for me and my children to move across the country. As a single mother of 2 young children I needed help with both packing and moving. Junior and or his movers stole my children's ipad out of my dresser. Before i could fully remove all the items they had already wrapped it in moving plastic even after i stated i was still cleaning the drawer. It wasn't until i received my shipment 3 weeks later that i noticed the iPad was missing. I believe it was deliberate and that you all should beware. From juniors moving we got a a father-son duo that came to help unpack a 20 ft uhaul truck for my grandfather who was downsizing from a 3 bdrm house to a 1 bdrm senior community apartment. It was filled to the brim and they still did it in less than 2 hours! They were on time and so efficient and careful with our belongings and using their own dolly. We had a lot of big, heavy, antique furniture pieces and they did a good job of unloading everything safely and helped organize the furniture, placing it where we asked them to and helping us arrange it all, and place it where it should go. We found them through uhaul.com but they delivered great service that was really affordable, so I just had to share here too. When you're stressed out about moving, having good moving help is essential and these guys were fast and efficient. My grandpa didn't pack things very well, and there was one broken item and he came and showed me and apologized about it. I appreciated his honesty and being forthcoming with me, even when I knew it was really not his fault (who throws fragile items in a bag without wrapping them?! Old people that are losing their minds.) Moving out is stressful. I get some people get so overwhelmed it just makes them crazy. But thanks to them I didn't have to do it alone. This is my 3rd time using Junior's Moving Labor. The first was in 2018. The staff was responsive, on time, very professional, and worked super quick. They packed my U-Haul from my storage and unloaded at my new place. Instead of just placing items in the living room they asked where I wanted everything to make it easier for me when it was time to unpack. There was still extra time after they finished unloading the truck so they offered to set up me and my child's bed and help get rid of the empty boxes I already went through. The second time was also in 2018 about a month later when I had a sectional couch delivered from Living Spaces. Though I paid extra for delivery, the guys were lazy and refused to take my couches up and left them in the garage. Yes, I lived on the 4th floor but the pieces were able to fit in the elevator but the guys just wouldn't. I called Junior's Moving Labor && once again they came to save the day. They took the pieces up to my place in the elevator with no problem, put the couch together, ( legs had to be put on && it had to be clicked), and removed the plastic and other packaging that came with the couch. Now here it is 2022 and I made sure I kept their information for my next move. This was a pretty stressful move for me that Junior's Moving Labor made stress free. Im a high risk pregnancy who could very easily go into preterm labor. For this job, I wasn't gonna be able to drive the U-haul which I expressed and they were more than willing to do it for me. A family member was able to do so last minute which worked out. The move consisted of quite a bit of travel time considering the time of day. They started at a storage in Corona to pack some items that they kind of had to go digging for, once they were done we went to my main storage in Westminster where things weren't packed the best, then unloaded me in Tustin. They worked so fast, none of my items were damaged, they had such positive attitudes, && were so patient with me. And when I asked your guys why I hadn't been called the day before, they said "it got busy, but we put it on our schedule" So they even acknowledged they had not called. Regardless, your man quote $185 immediately prior to the job and at the end, we were charged $275. This is the only mover in yelp that doesn't require 3 hours minimum so I picked them. The movers arrived really early and were wearing masks. They were very quick and friendly - they finished in 1 hour. Everything was great loading untile we were about to move to the new place, they said it will be $3/mile additional. I WAS NOT informed of this quote prior to booking them even though I said where I would be moving when I asked for a quote. I'm not going to pay almost $1k for movers so I did not ask them to unload which was very inconvenient. The movers also caused some damage on my stuff. read more

We are very disappointed with our experience using Junior's Moving Labor. We hired two movers for two hours to help with loading our truck. Not only did they show up over an hour late, they were extremely rough with our belongings, even though we had boxes marked "fragile" and repeatedly told them to handle with care. They ended up breaking off one of the legs on our dresser. Since then, we have tried to contact the company to be compensated for these damages and have yet to hear back.
