I park under a tree where aphids leave sticky sap atop my car. I also apparently caught a squad of birds with food poisoning bc they yakked all over my car. It was STUCK on there. I didn't want to talk to anyone, and this is one of the only self serve car wash places near me. They have a cool dinosaur theme going on and was reasonably priced. Great wash, friendly staff! The machine takes credit cards and was easy to use. Sundays are pretty busy so plan accordingly!

The dog wash station is a scam. No water or anything comes out of the hose and there is no one to help or give a refund.

Machines rarely maintained so routinely giving the dead beat owner money for nothing. Replenish your shampoo machines or disable them, crook. Your cheesy decorations don't make up for shoddy management and theft. read more

I normally love coming here to wash my car, however I brought my muddy pup to the dog washing station, and tied him up while I quickly vacuumed my back seat. Out of nowhere a dog walked up to my dog and literally viciously attacked him, pinning him down. I tried getting the dog off of my pup and then one of the workers comes out from the back and finally gets him. I don't get why'd you bring your dog to work, unsupervised, and NOT tied. I advise if you plan on bathing your dog and washing your car at the same time, watch out for dogs. read more

Not only is it a car and dog wash....but Martin, the attendant today went above and beyond for me, saving a stone that I accidentally vacuumed. Little acts of kindness go a long way and our language gap could have allowed him to not help me, instead he did all he could to go above and beyond. I'm so thankful! The price is good for a car wash and the vacuums have a strong suction lol...this is the only place in austin I go! 10/10! read more

We will be regulars at this car wash because my three year old is obsessed with dinosaurs . He lost his mind seeing the dinosaur "spit on my car " and then getting out and see the animatronic dinosaurs move and make sounds . We paid for the second the cheapest drive thru wash - it got the car mostly clean . We did have some window marker left on the windows a little but honestly I was pleased with our experience just because the place is so cool . If you have a young child , check it out for sure ! read more

This place rocks!!! The gentleman is incredibly helpful and friendly and he presoaks your car before going in. I had a VERY LARGE bird dropping on my hood and it took care of it with ease. I came here for the dog wash station because Petco up'd there self wash station and didn't really expect much but wow this little pet wash is great! They have a lot of different shampoo options - which is awesome. The dryer is actually very powerful & gets the job done. They even have a little vending machine for treats! Only thing I wasn't too fond of was the 11 minute time crunch you have to bathe your dog. If you have a large fluffy dog it can be kinda a sprint! Other than that I would recommend! read more

Be cautious with the automated cash machines at this location. I paid for the premium, $10, car wash drive-through (which I really needed because my car was reallyyyyy dirty), but the automated cash machine ate my money. Fortunately, there was a staff member on site; however, when I complained, he said he was unable to open the machine to retrieve my money and said he could only grant me a downgraded, lower-cost car wash service. 30 minutes later, and after getting ahold of his supervisor by phone, he magically retrieved the keys to the machine and I was able to get me the premium wash I originally paid for. read more

When I pulled out of the deluxe car wash my car was still dirty and half wet and so I proceeded to purchase a shammy. When I did that the machine stole my money. The attendant gave me my 2.50$ change and when I dried my car noticed 3 huge giant scratches that I am sure were not there before as I am very aware of my car and the appearance of it..needless to say I would not suggest or refer this car wash to anyone read more

By far the worst car wash I've ever been. There is no one working, so if you have issues, there isn't a real person to speak with. The car wash gladly accepted my money, but the wash never turned on. Sat there for 10 minutes and nothing happened. And again no one to help with the issue. When I spoke with the owner of a nearby business and she said that the car wash is very unreliable and has spoken to quite a few customers with the same issue. Save your money. Go to a working car wash. read more

The best place to wash my car and dog! Their dog wash station has a window so you can vent the wet dog smell. There's also a hose to shampoo your dog (that also contains water, so that expedites the process). The dryer is AMAZING. My Great Pyrenees hates getting a bath but feels at ease here. You can even choose your radio station. It's only $10! The car wash does an incredible job on my car- it always leaves looking perfectly clean. It's the cheapest car wash around that does such an incredible job. Plus the dinosaurs are a huge plus. The t-Rex even squirts on your car before you enter. It's so fun! read more

It's convenient, fast and I'd rather wash my car than go through a car wash any day. I love the Dinosaur theme because I'm still a big kid at heart. Too bad I'm too old to ride one of the Dinasaurs, lol. Anyway, make sure if you use your credit card you understand there is a small fee hold to make sure your wash is covered but it is removed the next day. Highly recommended! read more

Pretty good car wash, everything worked nicely. It's super clean. The only thing that I didn't like much is that it's up hill a little and my car is pretty low for that. But I'm sure trucks and other bigger cars wouldn't have a problem with that. Over all I'll probably use it again lol read more
