I recently went to this just salad at the Boca location because I had to drive my girlfriend who was part of the Yelp Elite week. This location is very easy to find right off the road with very nice amount of parking in the lot. Upon entering this establishment, it is insane how much space they have and that's a good thing! There are many 2 topping for top tables and along the far wall is the location where you go to order your food. The staff here is very friendly and take the time to explain everything that you order or any questions that you may have. For this trip I decided just to get the Avocado toast because I wasn't that hungry. I opted for one of the two choices and the choice I got had come with pickled onion corn and a spicy aioli style dressing The avocado was ridiculously fresh and all the flavors Blended and very nicely. The pickled onion was the perfect amount of sour And gave the entire thing a well-rounded flavoring. My only concern with the avocado toast was the toast was not crunchy enough. Upon biting into it. It was more of a squish than a crunch and I had to fight the bite to pull it off of the rest of the food making a little bit of a mess along the way. Overall, this is a very nice just salad, which is insanely clean! I was lucky enough to be able to try this place out as part of Yelp elite week. I am a huge fan of places like Bolay and Beehive and so this is something that greatly appeals to me. As you can guess by the name of the store this store offer just salads, and healthy smoothies and juices. We came on a Saturday around lunchtime and it was sliw. We walked up to the counter and my husband ordered one of their menu salads. I myself chose a build your own. They have three categories of ingredients. Greens, of course, then vegetables and lastly proteins. You get to pick a certain number of each one, but you can add more if you like, only you will have to pay a little extra. But believe me the options they offer included in the price are plenty. By the time you've made your choices, you end up with a gigantic bowl of green goodness. My salad was amazing I picked a gingery dressing and ask for it to be light, but it didn't lack any flavor at all. We also had an avocado toast that we couldn't eat so we had to bring it home with us, even the next day it was really good. I got a green smoothie that was amazingly refreshing and low in calories. Service was good I had a little trouble at the salad bar because there's just so much to choose from, and the girl just wanted to get me going along. So if you're in a rush you could just pick one of the salads they have in the menu. I myself like to take my time, but that's just me. I saw the manager but she wasn't very active as far as helping employees or interacting with customers. Even so,everything was running smoothly. The lady in the dining room was very nice and courteous. I would totally recommend this place if you are into eating clean and like the healthier options. Food - sooo many salads to choose from. Everything is customizable. The options seem endless, and ingredients are of the highest quality. Tried the shawarma and ahi tuna, both were absolutely delicious. Not feeling a salad? There's wraps, bowls, smoothies, and even avocado toast. This guy, who swore he'd never succumb to the avocado toast craze, had one and was blown away by how great it was. Stopped by for lunch a little after 1pm. There wasn't a line but there were a few people sitting and enjoying their meals. I ordered the chicken poblano salad-regular size. It was delicious. It was a very big portion, only ate half the salad. It had a zesty flavor. The chicken was breaded but it wasn't fried (or didn't seem to be). After about a year, we tried this place again. Same thing! Order placed at 6:35 and given a pickup time of 6:55. We get there at 7:00 thinking it'll be ready. Nope. Place is empty with 1 customer giving her order. As I waited there like an idiot, the one customer got her order filled and left! The server said she was waiting on the bread to finish my order. Someone came out to bring out the bread, and the lady helping me totally forgot about me. By 7:10 I just told her "forget the bread, I need to get back home." The salads and soups are still 5 star but this location has terrible customer service. The employees do everything to not look at you or acknowledge the customer thus keeping you waiting and waiting. I've noticed people walking out of the store as they get tired of not being even acknowledged even when the store is empty. And they all seem to have that malaise about them where behind the scenes they really hate the customer. And if you order for pick-up it usually not ready and you are forced to ask for the order from employees who are super unfriendly. No smiles, no thank you and they are always clustered looking at the back of the house and not to the front where the customer is. They avoid eye contact. Also a recommendation, the salad dressing on the side is too small for the salads and the bread they include is also too small. I got the beyond tex mex salad and it was okay. It wasn't great enough to say I would order it again. The sauce definitely has a kick to it. I like that they ask you how much sauce you want when creating your salad or wrap. It seemed as if I had a new associate making my dish because I had to remind her to add my meatballs and she also didn't know what the trx mex was let alone where it was on the menu. So I'm dropping a star cause I feel like she needed better training it was obvious she needed help but she did her best. also got smoothies the detox cleanse and berry smoothie, I wouldn't recommend them soo I'm dropping another star. They have the ingredients for each smoothie prepared in cups inside of a refrigerator (like the banana is already peeled) so all they have to do is toss into the blender. Used to go to Just Salad at least twice a week. Prices are high, but the food quality was always good. I'm not going to sit here and bash their salads or their wraps. Both are divine and always a great choice. What I will say about the Just Salad in Boca Raton, Florida is the staff are probably the meanest people you will ever meet in your life. In there today at 1 o'clock to go and pick up my salad and my drink. When I arrived, my order, I placed previously was not even close to being completed. I placed pick up time for 1 o'clock and by the time that I got there, it was 125 and my food was not even done yet. When I spoke to staff members about this issue that I was having They looked at me like I had six heads and claimed that my food was already picked up. Once they found my food on the shelf buried behind various other names they claimed that I had all my food already prepped in the bag. They made me fully open all of my food all of my drinks everything in restaurant my takeout order in restaurant in front of their massive line they had out the door. I was fumbling all of my food everywhere and drinks just to prove that one item was missing. When they discovered that the item was missing, they gave me attitude and conducted to make another one. Then they continue to rummage through everything else that I had in my Just Salad bag for pick up. They were nitpicking everything that was in the bag to prove that there was something missing because they did not want to take accountability for forgetting one item in the bag. I would not have mine if they just remade the order and put it in the bag and sent me on their way, but they had to make a bigger deal than what it was. The ladies were nasty and when I say nasty, I mean, nasty if I was a manager or owner of a Just Salad I would be embarrassed. If I heard any of these ladies talk to my children this way, I would've made sure someone was fired. They were nasty. Their attitude was nasty and I'm sure the food that they made is nasty too. I will not be consuming any more Just Salad from the Boca Raton region, but will be going to other branches because I don't wanna detriment just salad. I know that salad is good. Just the Boca one needs some sticking up with their staff. Hopefully, this review will get noticed by the managers and possibly owners so that they can addressed their staff accordingly. Boca Raton is a very populated area with many tourist. I would hate to have someone feel offended when going into a restaurant like this if they're just traveling by. Luckily I live in the area and work in the area so the Bococa attitude is nothing new to me, but it shouldn't have to be dealt with especially in a work environment. Overall would never go back to that salad. Some their food is good, but you could find better somewhere else maybe try fresh market up the road would never go back would never step foot in. They have many options but as it was our first visit we wanted to try the salads. I ordered a Zoodle Bowl with beyond meat meatballs which turned out to be amazing. The meatballs are perfectly cooked and taste wonderful. As a new restaurant that emphasizes on great customer service along with healthy food options all employees are focused on giving customers as much information as possible to pick the best salads to try. The General Manager was going to every table to check that we were satisfied and if we had any feedback. Excellent 5 star spot close to work. Will make this one a regular. read more

I can't believe I am saying this, but I am actually obsessed with a salad/health food restaurant. I was lucky enough to try out Just Salad last week through the Elite Week event. My husband and I both got bowls, smoothies, and split an avocado toast order. Everything we tried was insanely delicious! We legitimately could not wait to come back... so we did... like 3 days later. This time we did take out. I ordered the Keto Salad (from their online menu) and Sam ordered the Keto Zoodle bowl, which is actually the same thing he ordered on our first visit. We split an order of the avocado toast again too (they have two types of avocado toast- we get a slice of each). Once again, the food was fantastic! My Keto Salad had so many ingredients- a spicy avocado dressing, grilled chicken, toasted almonds, hard boiled eggs, cheese, and pickled onions. I even let my 11 month old have a few bites and he couldn't get enough! He basically ate all of the chicken. The food is so good here, and luckily for us it's only a short drive away. They also have wraps that taste so fresh, not at all limp. The place is brand new and quite attractively decorated. While I'm not a salad person, Just Salad makes me want to be one. I came here for an elite event with Yelp Fort Lauderdale a weekend or so back, and decided since I was in the area to give it another shot given how well the first time went. Their salads are filling, their avocado toast is the MOST flavorful and interesting I've ever had, and their smoothies are fresh and tasty. I have no complaints. The servers are really nice and helpful here. The establishment is also very clean with a modern look. Behind the counter you can see all of the leafy green choices to base your bowl with and build your salads. Consistent with my first visit, the best things here remain to be the avo-blast avocado toast which features pickled onions. I didn't know I would be obsessed with the flavor until I tried this! It's two large pieces of toast and it's great to share as an appetizer, but you could also eat this as a small meal for yourself. It's packed with flavor. The best smoothie here is the peanut butter banana which has pumpkin seeds in it. You don't taste them but it's the only explanation I can come up with as to why it tastes amazing! The employees were. I horrible you didn't even want to be in there. They wouldn't help you and wouldn't even look in your direction. Just miserable people who hate their jobs. My daughter got sick and they charged me $69 for 3 bowls and 2 drinks!! I went to the salad with a friend and my daughter who is 6 years old. She loves veggies and The lady was asking her what she wanted and my daughter was just adding everything she was suggesting. I then ordered mine. We both got warm bowls. My friend orders a salad and they let her know she has 3 essentials to choose (they never told me this). We get to check out and it took 15 minutes for them to ring up everything and the total comes to $69 . I told them no one warned me that I was paying for every item my daughter was adding and same with me and they just said sorry. We go to eat and realize they also charged for chicken when it should have been included. Instead of just refunding the three dollars they had to refund the whole order and then ring it up again for another 20 minutes. My daughter took a bite and said it tasted weird (she's not picky). So she took another bite just to make sure. On the way home she was screaming In pain with stomach cramps. Later that night she threw up and in the middle of the night she was using the restroom every 10 min. I complained to corporate and they basically told me no one else at that location got sick that day and wouldn't refund me her $25 bowl!
