First time ordering here and I'm not impressed. Ordered the Pad Thai & Spring rolls. The latter was crispy, light and had an okay sauce (pretty typical). With the Pad Thai there was plenty of noodles and peanuts, it was lacking in flavor. I thought there'd be a little bit more sauce (not doused in sauce, but enough that the noodles weren't so dry). Here's where I'm upset....I ordered the crispy chicken with my Pad Thai and RECEIVED DRY, STALE OVER-FRIED CHICKEN LEFTOVERS. Can't eat at a place that thinks this is okay to serve. read more

Was very disappointed with the yellow curry. Got it without meat and they basically put a fajita mix in my bowl with no juice/sauce.The service was polite but I did not stay to eat inside. I will never eat there again. read more

Finally a Thai food spot near me in Dorchester! We ordered our 3 standard dishes that we try every time we visit a new Thai restaurant: drunken noodles (pad kee mao), red curry, spicy eggplant. First, I appreciated the preparation of the noodles--sometimes restaurants go overboard on the oil and the sugar, so you get a dish that is just slippery and way too heavy. This dish was spicy, bright, and perfect in texture. I personally thought it was a little noodle-heavy; I would have preferred more veggies. The red curry could have been seasoned a little more, but the flavors were so good. The eggplant was good and not mushy. As a side, our carry-out bag was very heavy--they really packed in the food into the containers! Can't wait to order again and frequently. This place will enter our regular rotation. Ordering over the phone was quick and our order was ready in 15 minutes. Support this business because we need some more variety in Fields Corner! PSA: Restaurants are so hard hit by this pandemic. We love this place!!! The JTK wings and pad Thai are our go-to items, but haven't had one thing we didn't like when we tried it.

this was our second getting take out from just thai since they opened. both times, the portions were really little, but of course the rice dish had more rice than meat- usually a thin layer of meat. the chili lo mein had a good spicy-ness to it. but the dish had too much peppers and cabbage- more veggies than noodles and meat combined. the wings were ok, nothing special. we had the JTK wings, that sauce was overwhelming for us. the pork chop was short of dry. they were tiny pieces too. once again it just was too much rice but not enough meat. read more

Never disappoints. Unlike so many restaurants, JTK actually doesn't try to cook everything from the Thai cookbook. They instead limit their menu and focus on making those well. Thumbs up, JTK! read more

i've gotten takeout from this place a few times over the past few months and so far have loved everything i've had! in particular i recommend the fried coconut shrimp and anything with the crispy chicken. this is the first time i've ever gotten takeout curry so i don't know if this is commonplace, but i did appreciate that there was a plastic wrapping around the curry container to catch any leakage. i've had limited interactions with the man at the counter since i've only ever picked up my food and left but in those brief experiences he was quite nice. someday i'd like to sit down and eat in the restaurant itself, because although it is small and seating is limited, the interior is quite nice. looking forward to eating from here again! :D read more

Service at this place is top notch. I tried the pork over rice (khao moo dang)and it's pretty good. It's kinda like Chinese char siu with a sweet and sour glaze sauce. Veggies is lacking as there is only 1 piece of bok choi for $15. The portion is a lot smaller compare to some other places and it will not fill you up. overall a good experience. read more

Best Thai in Boston! I always order the same 3 dishes because they are perfection... Beef Drunken Noodles, Chicken Street Fried Rice and the Chicken Pad Thai. The owner of this place must have OCD and a total germaphobe. They even have a hands free door that allows you to open it with your foot. Had the Chicken Pad Thai and the Pik Pow Fried Rice. Ive eaten Pad thai at at least 10 Boston spots and many at other place and in comparison their food is sub par. Chicken Pad Thai was a little sweet but not savory so 3/5 The Pik Pow Fried rice he said was mild/medium but when I was eating it, it has almost no flavor. Bland and no spice at all. This place was horrendous. We came there and ordered food. The people before us got their food within 5 minutes. We ordered two items right after those people and we waited for 40 minutes and we still did not get our food. All of this while everyone else who came in got their ordered fulfilled. The big joke was the owner acted as if it was our fault that we could not wait. We asked twice for him to check our order and then requested a refund. He could not say sorry. I have never been to a place where I had to cancel the food order because the owner and his staff refused to care. read more

This has been my go to spot for Thai food since they opened. I only order from uber eats to deliver since I'm in Quincy and food always come hot. My go to dishes are usually the kapow, pad see ew, and JTK wings . Both dishes have a generous portion and the flavor is simply amazing.
