The manager who was unshaved and looked unkempt looks like an ugly version of Danny Trejo (Danny Trejo ain't exactly good looking so this is saying a lot!) couldn't even find the time to check with me what the problem was. He saw me looking at him and just proceeded to walk away and go inside his office. When I got to his office, he then proceeded to walk away and go back to the service bays! I mean, what an A-HOLE! When he finally had the decency to come up to me and ask what the problem was (I just stood there for some time from giving up catching up with him), he told me that it would take an hour and a half because all of his people were going out to lunch. I mean, for one simple tire fix that would take 10 minutes to fix, you would make me wait an hour and a half?! This guy basically is screaming "take your business elsewhere because we don't need it!" Buying tires for your car can be so overwhelming but not at this location. Many locations are only in it for that sale. This location was so different. From the moment that we stepped into the location, we felt like we had been going there for years. Mario Jimenez asked the right questions on what kind of tires I wanted and made sure that I got what I came in looking for. When something was not understood, he was quick to answer the questions and clarify. Even when my five year daughter was talking about random stories he related with her and took the time to chat with her. Not many places are so friendly and welcoming to kids. Mario is a total ripoff artist. Left my car there for an oil change and got lunch. Came back an hour and a half later, when he told me that I needed a strut replaced and they could do it for $588. Wow, if the people here didn't know how to install a tire and put the spare back without wrecking everything, then i would have liked them to have told me so that I could just do it myself. After attempting to rip me off by trying to sell me more than I asked for, they utterly failed at their job by going into my trunk and shredding up my car cover. Very unprofessional. I bought 4 new tires with the Road Hazard Protection (Free Replacement). Totaling $645. I ran over a screw today while doing errands in the morning. When I stopped at my storage unit I noticed that the front driver's side tire was now on the ground without any air in it. I called the office where I purchased the tires to let them know what happened. He instructed me not to drive it if the air had all been released or I would damage the wheel. Since they were so close by I walked over 4 blocks with my original receipt to explain what happened a second time. He told me to bring it in. There happened to be a mechanic shop next to my storage unit so I had him remove the screw so that it was drivable again. Just tire was down the street 4 blocks away. When I went in to let them know that I brought the car in. He took one look at it and informed me that since I had a mechanic plug the hole and "fixed it", that voided the warranty. I read over the paperwork that I was handed. It does not say that anywhere. He refused to replace the tire as stated in the original purchase. It states that within 12 months it is free. It has only been 11 months. Within 24 months I would have to pay 50% of replacement cost. Within 36 months I would have to pay 75% of the replacement cost. They are running a scam and should not be trusted. Buy your tires from anywhere else. read more

I have been coming here for about 5 years and have never had a bad experience. They are friendly, professional, and don't recommend unnecessary work. I'm not normally one to ever give bad reviews, but I don't want anyone to get fooled by all the the 5 star reviews on here. Yes, Mario was very attentive and polite, probably quite the salesman to those that aren't in the sales industry or familiar with it. It took 3 hours for my oil change and tire rotation, when he was very aware that I was on my way to Fresno for a wedding. He called telling us that I absolutely needed to pay them $400 to change and replace my brakes and that they would have it done very quickly. As I repeated that I did not have the time to do so, he then told me that it would be another hour and a half before the oil change was finished. I'm not from this area, and normally, my oil changes are always only about 30 minutes. I walked back to the shop after waiting the 3 hours it took for them to call me, and by the time I walked back, they were barely starting the oil change. I don't want to be the one that points any fingers, but as I remember, Mario's opening line was "You guys have never been here before? No worries! It won't be your last." As that is a polite and eager way to say "Our service here is so awesome, you'll definitely be back for more." Now as my truck battery died on the way to Fresno, and then after paying about $600 to replace my alternator, my battery, Ubering to the nearest Autozone (there are no Uber's in Fresno by the way), and towing my truck to a local Fresno Pepboys, all that resonated with me was that this all started with that damn 3 hour oil change and someone insisting that I "would definitely be back." I'm not saying they did anything sketchy, or wrong at all. But it's almost convenient that my truck has never had any kinds of problems like this. I've changed the battery before, as well as kept up with my oil changes and regular maintenance. No, I won't be back, definitely not. And if any of you are reading this awfully long review, you'd stay away as well. read more

I came to the shop ten minutes later and then Mario, Jeffery, and the crew changed my flat tire and did all the paperwork in less than thirty minutes. After having been a customer for many years, I am moving on. I have now had multiple sets of tires fall FAR (50%) short of their promised mileage warranty. For the second time in a row, Just Tires has refused to honor the warranty stating that the tires had not been rotated frequently enough. They don't recognize rotations done by other shops and point to that as a reason to not honor their warranties. When you pay for a tire with an 80K mile warranty, you should definitely get more than 40K miles of tread wear. On this last visit, I had a tire with a slow leak. First they told me that there was no leak. When I asked them to re-check, they found not one but two pieces of metal in the tire - and then refused to honor the incremental damage warranty waiver that I had bought for the tire. Instead they offered me a measly $15 discount for a new tire and then charged me $7 to turn off the tire warning light. I don;t know about you, but I've never ever been charged by any shop to turn off a warning light. The only reason I give Just Tires 2 stars instead of 1 is because they do accommodate scheduling needs (but that's probably because they have more availability due to their dwindling customer base). This shop used to be good, but they've gone downhill in recent years. I recommend American Tire Depot down the street. They seem to be more honorable with better prices. read more

Bought pair of tires from here supposed to last 60,000 miles and warranty on the add said 60k but at 13,000 miles found the bubble, went to change they said no warranty on it,spending almost $250 for two tires. Very poor customer service from Mario ,telling me that this happened because of the curb hit!!!! By the way no damages on the rim and this was a defective tire. I have been coming to this location to get my tires fixed for about 3 years now. They always handlers my problems in a professional manner. However today I came to just simply tighten my bolts because I couldn't fully tighten them myself. A couple employees there at first didn't give me any trouble and said they would help me out in a second. Then another employee came and gave me a hard time just to simply tighten my bolts. He claimed it was a liability issue and he wasn't going to let them do it. So I got very mad because I've done this before no problem. They've always been nice and understanding. Not my usual tire place but it was open on Sunday and my girlfriend's tire had a nail in it. Luckily the nail was short and didn't puncture the tire but better safe than sorry.
