Went here yesterday to have my flat tire patched. And the guy who talked me said that a small screw hole in my tire is not "patchable" and offered me to buy one tire for $180 which is the same price for 4 tires! and i told them that's expensive so he went to $150 and $120. Definitely very sketchy. All they care is selling their tires and not helping people. I went to a different tire shop and they patched the hole in my tire for $15!! Everyone here was super nice and helpful. I ran over a nail and my tire was super low. I knew I wouldn't make it home. I stopped here knowing nothing about the place. I was lucky by how fast they patched my tire and got me back on the road in 30 min. Total cost was $40 for patch on a run flat tire. My son went to Just Tires on my recommendation to have a nail removed from his tire. They told him that the nail was too close to the side wall and that he needed to have the tire replaced. I had seen the nail and thought this was very strange. I told him to leave and go to American Tire Depot. They determined that the tire was fully repairable. Furthermore, when they removed the nail, it was only superficial and hadn't even fully punctured the tire. So no repair was even necessary. read more

This place is one of the worst places I've ever taken my car too. I had a bad feeling about them when I walked in the door but for them to try to pressure me to spend 500 dollars on replacing my brakes that ended up being completely fine is ridiculous. I came in to fix a flat and asked them to check my brakes they came back and told me the pads and rotors were completely destroyed. These people are horrible and should not be in business. We showed up, with a flat tire because my tow service couldn't help us with anything but putting air in. We showed up and Armando instantly helped us, even though we had messed up lug nuts. He was still able to get them off , patch the tire up and helped us put the spare tire back up even tho we didn't have the correct tool to do it. He was fast and very helpful. Good, quick service. I got 4 new tires, an oil change, and an alignment which they completed in an hour. Every employee I spoke to was kind and helpful and they didn't try to up-sell or force purchases. I made an appointment online and when I went in they didn't have the correct tires that I had selected on the website (must've been a system error, not their direct fault), but they had a similar model in stock that I has previously looked at, so going with those wasn't a problem for me even though they were slightly more expensive. The new tires feel great and the service was incredibly easy on my end. They even stayed a little bit later after hours on a Sunday night for me to help me get everything sorted out. My rear tire got a nail in it and you can hear the air pressure coming out, I had put air in the tire to be able to drive to their location, I arrived at 6:20 pm and the sign said open unit 7 PM, the front door was locked and only the garage door was open. I walked to the garage door and called out to anyone there. The first person I saw said they couldn't do anything because they were closing soon. He didn't even bother to ask about the issue. I told him that the sign stated they were open until 7 pm and I needed service for a tire with a nail. They finally opened the front door and the person behind the desk asked me the issue, I told him and we went to my car. He said he couldn't repair it, so I said then sell me a tire, I need it fixed because I use my car daily and he pretended to look it up and said that they didn't carry my tire in under 15 seconds. As a woman going to a tire shop and the employee can hear the air leaking and provided no service whatsoever, he said he can order it but it won't be there until Monday. There were three male employees and no customers, they couldn't be bothered with me at all. It became obvious why there were no customers there. applied to just tires 3 times, the first time I had to glue the wheel, it usually takes a very hour in other places or less, the second time I came with the same problem, they again could not help me, they say leave the car for 1-2 days, which ? Our car broke down a few weeks ago and while it was in the shop, the people found that the wrong oil was used for the oil change. I can't believe Just Tires messed up on a simple honda oil change. They weren't sure if the oil change was the root cause of the problem but it may have caused another part in the car to have issues. Cost us $300 to fix. Skip this place. I've been to a few places in this chain and they're always professional. Recently I noticed the prices went up but still really a great deal. They're very quick (tire fix) and it's always possible to wait. No longer than 15 minutes every time. Went back to replace my tires after an accident. Ok, I'm angry, and maybe they deserve two stars, but so be it. I went to these guys for years getting tires replaced when they went bad and alignment work when necessary. Each time I bought a new tire they sold me a lifetime warranty, telling me I would never have to pay full price for a tire again. So today I went in with a flat, and was told that the warranty didn't cover my tire because it was damaged by normal wear and tear and not from something like a nail in it. They opened a pamphlet and showed me the small print on page three. But right in front of me was a huge sign advertising their lifetime warranty option for tires, with no asterisk or small print on it. That was definitely the message I was given when I bought the useless warranty. I don't like saying bad things without offering a better option, so here is mine. I took my car to Atlantic Tire & Auto on Fairfax near Santa Monica. They matched the "discounted" price Just Tires offered because I was so angry about the warranty debacle. Also, Atlantic Tire has consistently offered me rates on work far lower then I expected. So go there, or go anywhere else, just don't go to Just Tires. read more

Even after multiple follow up visits to address my issues, tires maintain their poor quality. One or multiple tires seem to be leaking air still and it's Goodyear's fault. read more

Wish I could say better for you guys. I went in to have the 19-point inspection done so I could drive for Uber. Your guy wouldn't pass me because of one small scratch on my front bumper and one on the back. Not one of my passengers has cared that I have scratches on my car. However 100% of them have loved that my car is in good running order, which is what your business should have been concerned about. I went to a different, shop down the street, and they passed me and I paid them the $20 you could have made, had you not been concerned only with my car's appearance. Hmmm...reading some of the negative reviews, we must have lucked out when we pulled up to this place Sunday morning of the LA Marathon to fix a leak in the hubby's tire. Didn't catch the name of the sales associate, but he was extremely friendly and helpful in regards to our leaky tire. No joke...15 mins in and out and we were done! Ah yes. Let me start by saying that Just Tires on the whole seems to be a fair enough place to get your tires services taken care of. I will put up a few that I frequent, that are unfortunately not close to where I live. That being said it's time to unleash the hounds. This particular "Just Tires" is a very much ran by swindlers, down right scum. Here it is... "DON'T GO TO THIS PLACE". You've been warned. I've been there on three separate occasions, and know a quite a few people who've been scammed by them. To quote another reviewer "Lesson learned, beware of the guy with the unibrow!!!" If you've been there, you know who she meant. I'm a "Hot Rod enthusiast". Which is to say I've rebuilt several cars from the ground up. I grew up working on my babies and I know my way around a garage. I deal with a fair amount of specialist, like muffler shops,tire shop, powder coating facilities,etc. I can go on and on(boring to most). I have the 'Life Time Warranty' from one of the other locations. I work at the studio's and run over drywall screws, self tappers and leg bolt every so often, but that where that warranty pays off big for me. When I went in to see these guys at the Highland store on three separate occasions with a screw or nail in my perfectly good tires. These 'gentlemen' tried to tell me my tires were too warn down to fix and I'd have to replace them all, and at a way inflated cost compared to most local stores. I guess I look like someone who doesn't know any better, so why not take advantage. On these occasions I just said"no thank you" and went to one of the other JT stores. Guess what! The other stores had no problem with fixing my tires. When I told the guy at the other shop, the stories about needing new tires, The guy smiled and said 'your tire are still like new'. Wow what a difference the next town over can make. Go to any of the surrounding service stations or shops in this area before these guys. Just Tires should do some quality control on its stores. Like most people that are honest, good mannered folks. We want the same from the people we trust to do the things we can't do at home or by ourselves. Dentist, doctors and even mechanic, we put are trust in to keep us safe. Is it asking to much? At this tire store "yes". Windbag out. read more

It's sad, but true... this location is shady! Super shady! I have purchased 2 sets of tires from them over the years and they were fine, not amazing or above and beyond in anyway, but average (3/4 stars). However the last 2 times I went in (both with in the last year), it was all attempted up-selling and lies. The first time I just chalked it up to one bad apple behind the counter and took my business somewhere else, no complaints or reviews. Last week I had a screw in my tire. I went there and requested they fix it. The guy comes out, circles my car and starts sighing. He proceeds to tell me, that it is far to dangerous to fix the tire, because my tread is so worn down. He then tells me that I have to get a new tire, but he doesn't stop there... all of my tires are dangerously low on tread and I need to get 4 new tires. My car is a year is a 2010 and has less than 20,000 miles on. I went down the street and had it fixed there.. easy! JT on Highland are super scammers. Perhaps they are under new management or there are new owners, because it is not same place it used to be. I can't imagine the JUST TIRES franchise allows such unethical practices. read more

Went to have preventative maintenance on my fleet vehicle which has a national account with Just Tires. The guy behind the counter, Harry, told me that they do not honor any National account whatsoever. I had a representative of my fleet vehicle company actually speak one on one with Harry and he repeated the same intentions. When the rep kept pushing for an explanation saying that they are indeed authorized to service my vehicle, Harry replied, "I don't know what to tell you, your client can always just go someplace else." Done and done. The rep afterwards confided that he had no idea why this location would not service my car, that the explanations "Harry" gave made no sense and that he was filing a complaint against the location for not honoring the national contract... which is just odd. It's sort of like buying a Target Gift Card then going to a Target and having them say, "We don't honor Target Gift Cards here. I don't know what to tell you, you can go to another Target though if you want too..." Not sure what's going on at this location but FOR SURE... never coming back. read more

The absolute most informative and seemingly honest guys I've met in the auto industry in LA. I e been kicked around by different places within a week regarding wheel balancing and alignments. These guys found issues with my vehicle and verified on a graph that Pepboys had done a terrible job with the alignment. I knew something wasn't right with my car and Eric went above and beyond with a kind attitude to help me find out why my car is vibrating at high speeds. Yesterday visited that location to change the tires. It took only an hour to make everything done and 20minutes for adjustment. Great service and quality! I also really liked the office, very clean and friendly staff. The manager Alik (hope I remember it right) was super helpful with professional attitude! The mechanic I spoke to was rude, condescending and he even pretended like he couldn't see the nail! I knew it was a quick and easy patch job, so instead, I drove up the street to Firestone on Highland and I was greeted with professionalism and fantastic service and I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Went in for an oil change. They were able to get me in right away and had me on my way in about 45 mins. A little long for an oil change I thought considering I was the only customer there. Waiting area is small and is the same area where everything else goes on (paying, walking in, etc.) but since I was the only one there it wasn't a problem. Brought my 95 Nissan hardbody 4x4 here. Was having a hard time finding a place that could do older vehicles. They were GREAT! Saw me first thing in the morning. They checked it out and gave me the green light they could do the alignment for me. They did a spot on job and my car drives straight as an arrow! They were vary helpful and friendly. I had a visible screw in my tire. No loss of PSI, but wanted it checked out by a professional. The team at this Just Tires location were able to extract the screw, and note that there was no puncture. They then adjusted all of my tires to the correct pressure and sent me on my way, all free of charge. I'll definitely be back to this location when I need new tires.
