After checking the tire I thought was having an issue...they didn't find anything.(front left) They checked the front right tire and found a screw and fixed it for me. I worked for Goodyear in a previous life and have owned a car dealership for over 10 years. This location has either recently switched Management or simply had a change in ethics. I called in the morning with make of our minivan, model and tire sizes I needed, I spoke with Tony who told me he had 8 of the tires I needed and quoted me $109.00 each "installed", so I gave my Wife the green light to head down there because we had an upcoming road trip, we've used this Just Tires for years with success. Once she arrived the price on the tires doubled to over $200 per tire, I told her, "just leave" and she spoke with Tony while I held on the phone, suddenly, magically the tires were down to $109.00 again. How much profit margin do they have? Later my Wife texted me about an alignment and an oil change, looking at about $540.00 plus tax so I texted her "OK". Then once the car was done there were all these "extras" for valve stems, wheel balance, tire pressure sensors, I spoke with Tony and said, "What happened to the 'installed' price I was told this morning?", he went on to lament how "Goodyear sets the prices" and he has no control over all that. Then the more I spoke to him, and the more my Wife spoke he kept changing the prices. Suddenly the tires were down to $94.99 to absorb some of the balancing and other costs. So he has control or he doesn't have control? I mean which is it? In the end everything was very shady and we had to confront, kick and scream to get close to what we were originally told. There used to be an employee there named Noel, (not sure I spelled his name right I just remember the name) and he was a much more straight forward person, what he said was what happened and that's why we went back so often. I'll have to see if he is still there and deal with him, if he's at another location and go there, or just find a new place for tires, there are plenty on Tustin. We personally own 8 cars total, plus the inventory that passes through my Dealership that occasionally need tires, brakes, or other work done. I'm sure we can do better than this experience. read more

Today was a 'wow thanks and Merry Xmas' kind of a day. We've had these guys do our tires - for my Corvette and other cars - over the years, and whenever I've price checked they're pretty well been in the right place. Service has always been good and pretty fast (it does take time to fix a tire I guess ). I was there a few months ago and had to get a new tire on my Corvette as it was punctured, and it being a run-flat they can't fix it - and their price, as usual was fine. Today I went there with my wife's GMX Denali which had acquired a box cutter blade picked up from some road works near the house, and asked them to fix the tire, and put the spare back where it belonged. Half an hour later, I was presented with a bill that said "$0.00" and a 'we like to look after our good customers' - so I owe them a great review, and we'll be back there for business as usual. The guys here are really cool and prices are low but the last couple times I've come in I've had to wait 2-3 hours for and oil change.

All I wanted was a quick oil change... ...so after checking reviews I called Just Tires in Orange. Wilson said if I made an appointment he could handle the oil change when I came in so I booked 6:00pm. I showed up at 5:55pm, filled out the paperwork and took a seat. 25 minutes later I decided to check to see how close they were to finishing so I went to the service desk. I waited a minute but no one came to help. The manager saw me from the parking lot and gave me a nod. Still no one came to help. 5 minutes later the manager showed up and said he would check on my vehicle. He came back and said it would be another 15-20 minutes! When I objected that a simple oil change shouldn't take that long he said, "There were other vehicles ahead of yours." I replied that I had a 6:00pm appointment and if he's going to take appointments then he needs to honor them - not put walk-ins ahead of those previously scheduled. He gave me a blank stare and said he would see what he could do. And that was the last I saw of him. Another five minutes later Wilson returned and said all they had to do was check the alignment and they would be done. The alignment?! All I wanted was an oil change! So I told him to stop doing anything not related to an oil change and get me out of there. It took another 10 minutes but I finally got keys in hand. It was a 55-minute ordeal that Valvoline or Jiffy Lube could have handled in 15 minutes. Just plain incompetence! And not even an apology! I will never return or recommend this store and its messed up customer service. Just Tires should stick to...well, just tires! read more

I have done oil changes on two cars recently and just bought 4 tires in the past couple months here. This place seems to do best when you schedule an appointment. They have always been professional. What really caught my attention is the honesty. They told me what I needed and what was coming up on my scheduled maintenance. I was very impressed overall and would recommend them. read more

What can I say, I came here for a tire change and must say what a great spot this is. I had a donut on my car and asked if they could put my regular wheel on. The manager was friendly and quite helpful. He asked one of the guys to change the tire real quick. Took all of 5 minutes. Fast friendly service, what more can you ask for! read more

Well, I'm glad for the service I got on my 2001 Toyota Camry. I purchased it used and I knew it needed tires and an alignment. Got Goodyear tires with roadside hazard insurance for them for 36 months, got the alignment, which was really necessary and got 3 years of alignment paid upfront so every 6K miles or 6 months I can get it checked out and maintained. My friend who is a gear head, took his vehicle to a different tire store and wished he'd gotten the services he needed from here, it was a better deal. read more

Came here on a Saturday afternoon, after stopping at 6 other tire stores, wasted 2 hours. I had a big screw sticking out of my front tire, most of the stores said they couldn't fix it, they said if they tried and it didn't work, I would have to buy a new tire, and that would cost around $95 to $105, they also said the tread was worn down a little bit. I said no way I will take my vehicle somewhere else, so here I roll up to JUST TIRES, I go up to the front counter and talked with this young gentleman, I explained to him about the tire, we went outside to take a look at it, he looked at me and said give me about an hour, he said he had a few cars ahead of me. An hour later my tire was fixed, and it only cost me $18, compared to the $95 to $105 they wanted to charge me for a new tire, by the way the young man that helped me, his name was (Josh) he was a very helpful, friendly person. I got here a little over an hour ago... A little bit before they opened. The garage doors to the shop weren't even open yet. I only came in for an oil change. Other than another gentleman that is here, there have been no other customers. I feel like they're taking way to long for an oil change. If I had been here later and there was people in front of me, I wouldn't be complaining. Today I can't give this place more than 3 stars for the long wait. I came in on a saturday afternoon at 3:30 for basic oil change. They weren't very busy and price was fair ($23 including tax) employees were friendly and didn't try to sell me stuff i didnt need. I gave them 3 stars because of the price. For some reason it took 2 hours for an oil change. I have had good and bad experiences here depending on the person at the counter. We have three cars that have been here for oil changes n tires over the last 5 years. They are competitive, will meet or come close to Costco price. We always have a coupon for the oil change. Hey can't beat the $19.99 for our Corolla n Honda. It gets pricy for the synthetic oil $64.00 for the Truck... Overall they are informative as I ask a lot of questions n they at times run thin on patience, we all have those days. read more

A friend recommended this place to me to have my brakes done. They got me in and out same day. Jiffy Lube had adamantly told me that my brake pads were fine and were all over 60%. Two weeks later they were metal on metal. Bottom line Jiffy Lube should stick to oil but Just Tires is a good place for brakes. read more

On 03/25 I bought 4 new tires. I was skeptical on buying the tires in the first place because they were "discontinued" however, I was assured by the representative that if the tires went flat or were damaged they would be replaced. I verbally confirmed that the tires were under warranty before I left. On 04/10 (16 days later) I noticed that the left rear tire was flat. I took the tire back to the shop where the same representative was behind the counter. After having the tire assessed he told me that i would have to buy a new tire due to "side wall damage" after assuring me upon purchase that it was covered under warranty. I asked about the warranty that it was supposed to be covered under (on my invoice it says "balance-auto-lifetime w/flat repair"), to which he replied that the tire wasn't covered with the roadside warranty. The manger was present during the conversation between me and the representative and didn't bother look into the dispute. read more

If it were possible to leave this place zero stars I would. Please save yourself the trouble and do not take your car here. I took my car here for the first time, a few weeks ago for a routine oil change. It is conveniently located down the street from my work, so I took my car here instead of driving 30 minutes to my mechanic. That was my biggest mistake. I should have never trusted Just Tires with my car. My car appeared to be fine when I left, but I got a horrible surprise a few short weeks later. My check oil light came on and I checked under my car to discover it was leaking oil. I had taken my car to my mechanic a few weeks prior to the oil change, for an unrelated reason. He did not mention then, or at any other point in the 4 years I had been taking my car to him, that my car was leaking oil. This is an issue that any mechanic would be able to identify by merely glancing at a vehicle. I knew that the damage to my car occurred when I took it to Just Tires at 410 N. Tustin Ave. I went back today during my lunch break and explained my issue to Erick Myrick, the store manager. He immediately seemed annoyed at my presence, told me to sign a few papers and wait for him to look at my car. I waited for 20 minutes before he went outside to look at for car for less than 1 minute. He told me that the oil was leaking, but the leak was not caused by anyone at Just Tires. I explained to him again that the car had never been leaking before, my check oil light has never been on in my car, and the mechanic at just tires who changed my oil made no mention of the leak. I told him that this leak was caused by the mechanic at just tires and I needed it fixed. This is when he got angry and told me that he would absolutely not be fixing the leak for free and wanted to charge me over $200 for the repair. This was such a horrible experience for me and I will never stop telling people not to take their car here. read more

I came in as a walk in. They were busy, but they did their best to accommodate them and service was great. The man who helped most people in the front was named Ray I believe. He was very nice and had a good vibe. Like someone you trust from back home, or an uncle who fixes peoples cars. He treated all of the customers well and had a helpful friendly disposition and seemed trustworthy. I'm originally from the Midwest so I am usually tough on California's customer service because it's lowsy compared to every other state, but Ray surprised me. I would definitely recommend this place, trust my car with them and for sure know I won't be ripped off. read more

Made an appt... the assessment took forever even tho I had an appt but once I let them know I was in a hurry they rushed to get my car taken care of. The service person was straight up and gave me options. I didn't feel like I was getting taken advantage of like most car places do. They walk you out to your car and show you what's wrong so you can see with your own eyes. Good service, just don't plan on it going very quickly. Lobby is a little dirty as well. Spider webs on "display tires" and chairs. You can tell they never move anything to clean, roof tiles missing. Bring a book or something to do while you wait. read more

I have been bringing my Nissan Armada here for the past three years for oil changes and vehicle inspections that they claim are part of the oil change package. On my last visit I asked them to make sure all of my fluids were ok because of a long road trip I was taking. One week later my heater stopped working and I had to take it in to an auto repair shop. They found out that my radiator fluid was almost a gallon low and was showing the color was very old and thick with a wrong color to it. This caused my heater valve to gum up and fail from lack of fluid flow and system not being able to pressurize due to the lack of fluid in the system. My repair cost was over 500.00 and was told this is what happens when you neglect your fluids. I spoke to Just tires and asked how I could be driving around with a gallon low and dirty radiator fluid when they just inspected my system a week earlier. They claim that the inspection was done correctly and they did no wrong doing. I spoke to Barbara in the corporate office in Ohio which happens to be Goodyear, and was told they are siding with their technicians since all of the paper work was filled out and checked off showing the inspection was done correctly on my vehicle. I was also asked why I don't take responsibility of my own car and inspect my own fluids. I told here that I thought Just tires was doing this for me since they say they are doing a full 19 point inspection on your vehicle when you get an oil change. I also told here they are not doing these inspections otherwise they would have found that my fluid was low and dirty over the past three years of service they had done for me. She had no comment except that if I felt I had a good case I can chose to take it further with the courts. I am so amazed how such a large company like Goodyear couldn't take the time to look into this further than just reading the check list from the technician and taking his word for it. It is so obvious that they are not inspecting these fluid levels correctly otherwise I would have know my system was as low and dirty as it was. I will never step foot on the property again because these people are taking obvious shortcuts not doing what a customer is paying for. If this is how I am going to be treated after taking all three of my cars and purchasing tires and servce from them over the past three years then they need help on their customer service. read more

I have purchased tires and services at this location for the past four years for all three of my cars.very good tire selection, great service and prices a always very compitive. The reason for writing this review is I Just purchased tires for two of my cars again (we drive a lot of miles each year), and after a couple days I noticed the rear tires were rubbing the wheel wells a bit. I called Raymond who was the associate that helped me. He told me not to worry he would have another set of tires ready the next day. That's is great service!! This location has just been great. I bought 2 tires for the front of my vehicle. Less than 2 months later and 7,000 miles, the left front has hardly any thread, looking like a slick. I took it into just tires on tustin ave, where I bought the tires. When I explained the situation to Andy at the front counter first thing he mention was alignment. He looked at my receipt and said, "you pay for alignment". I replied that they checked it for free and it was ok. He then saw that on the receipt. I asked about tge warranty on the tires. He laughed and only said "these are cheap Chinese made tires." He got the keys and placed vehicle in bay. After About 20 Minutes he returned with print out of alignment. He showed how front was out of alignment. I again asked about warranty and agsin got no answer. He did say he can help me with the problem. He did work on computer then showed me a print out of 2 new tire for $110 each. I asked him if this is how they handle a warranty. He just kept trying to convince me to buy the 2 new tires. I asked what if alignment goes out again in another 2 months will I have to buy 2 new tires again. He would not answer, just continued saying what a great deal these new tires were. I left empty handed and totally disatisfied. Never will I go back to a Just Tires store. read more

I have been going here for years with 5 different cars and today will be the last. I went in with a slow leak, which they normally fix for free, they fixed it and called and said it needs an alignment and it would be $79.99. Took in a coupon for $25.00 off of any service of $50.00 or more and then they proceeded to charge me $25.00 to fix the slow leak and said this is a new policy.....bottom line is they had to look somewhere to make up for the coupon savings. I also had the car at the dealer on 8/22/15 and there was not an alignment suggested and on inspection sheet the steering, etc was in excellent condition. We have 3 cars in our household, soon to be 4 and you have lost our business 100% after over 6 years of loyalty to you over $25.00.....hope you are satisfied and it was worth it! read more

I went there I have always got a nail in the tire fixed for free... this time they called me and told me all the tires were out of balance. I just had them looked at a week prior at the dealer and no problem, but I hesistantly told them to fix it. When I got there I told him I had a 25 dollar coupon and the guy told me to take the nail out is 25 dollars?? I complained he gave me 10 dollars off,but this is not the first time they had done this to me or relatives we moved on. I don't like the service there. read more
