I went in to Just tires this morning and was welcomed with an abrupt we open in ten minutes. Ok no worries so I walked around. Then a young lady came over to help. I explained to her I have a piece of glass in my tire. She said oh we don't fix that because glass splits the rubber. Ok could you look at it? Sure so she got a water bottle and wiggles the glass with I tire pressure monitor and sprays water and says it's leaking air!! We don't fix that and before she went on I said ok thanks. I then drove to Mountain View tire and service and met a nice man named Bob. Bob put the car in the air removes the glass and explained to me the glass did not penetrate the tire your all good no charge now that's how you should run a business with honesty and integrity not lies!! read more

I came here on a Wednesday at 4:20pm and there were 2 people ahead of me in line and 2 families sitting in the waiting area. There was only one person behind the counter and he took his sweet time helping those who were waiting. I'm all about giving each customer their due attention but damn. As we stood in line I heard no "I'll be right with you" or "thank you for your patience", you know, common statements to ease the building irritability in the customer. As I'm waiting I see the two signs: "tires in 80 minutes" and "tires in 120 minutes" and am confused. Which is it? Anyway, I get to the counter, ask for two front tires and he tells me they should be done in an hour and twenty minutes. My car sat there a good hour and a half then it was moved to the work area. There goes that 80 min guarantee. Smh. When 6:15pm hit, I walked up to the counter frustrated and waited another 5 min for the same guy to come to the counter. I inquired about my vehicle and he went to the back to check. When he returns he says "It's ready but you need a wheel alignment, did you want to take care of that today?" He couldn't have been serious! "No. I'm ready to go." I told him and left at 6:30pm. It was an irritating experience. They need to take those signs down and not give a time because both are inaccurate. I've been in and out of tire shops in 30 minutes in the past so it was annoying. read more

Please don't go here. My daughter purchased a new tire here and within two months, it just died. I called and spoke with Brandi - what a horrible person. It is as if she has memorized a set of statements to give to customers which have nothing to do with the problem. I am suspicious of a company which receives only "1" and "5" ratings. The tires were bad, the price was high and the service-OMG! Brandi told me that the Kelly tires she sold me were a "little sister" of a Goodyear tire - What does that even mean? The problem is a lack of ethics. I am now terrified that my daughter's car has their product. I purchased three times from them - "Little sister" tires that I can't trust. William was very patient with me, helped me to clarify what the problem was, brought me the mechanic and made sure everything got taken care of. After that, Humberto took the car and did a full inspection for FREE! They wanted to make sure I could get back on the road as soon as possible and be safely prepared for whatever might come next. I went in at 6:25pm (35 min before closing) so I can get an oil change; but I was turned down. So they lie when they say they close at 7:00pm. I explained to them I didn't realize I needed an oil change badly until that night. My engine had no oil in it when I checked the dip stick; so if I don't do an oil change ASAP it will ruin my engine. Knowing this they said I can come back the next morning and that's all they can do. The next day I returned for an oil change and it was a two hour wait. Oil changes don't take that long and they knew I was coming. Not to mention their attempt to sell me things I don't need like an air filter when the car is new and sell me tires even though I have brand new tires. Overall this place is clearly just money hungry and they don't care about their customers. read more

I went here last week because I had a coupon for an oil change for $17.95. It came out to about $21 with the "oil disposal fee" + tax, so still pretty cheap. (The coupons are on the back of the receipts at Stater Bros on E. Collins by the way). In addition to an inexpensive oil change - apparently my air filter wasn't the right size, they told me that whoever had put it in last used the wrong size. Well, at first when they mentioned it, I thought they were pulling the old Jiffy Lube scheme, where they bust out an air filter, sometimes one that's not even yours and tell you everything that's wrong with it and try and sell you a new one for $60+ - But that's not what happened at all!!! They ended up changing it for free and not charging me for it, and even went to the trouble to get one that fit (I drive an older car) from a shop down the street. I had an emergency where I needed to get two tires on my daughters car so she could drive back to Arizona the same day (started school the next day). I had an appointment at another tire dealer but I was 15 minutes late due to my job (yes, I too work on Sundays), and they said they would not be able to complete it that night. This was Sunday and all tire stores close at 6:00. Let me state here, I DO NOT recommend this but I called this store at 5:01 and explained my dilemma. The Advisor I spoke to verified they had the tires I needed and said if I got there in 15 minutes they could get it done. I was there in 10 (did not break any traffic laws), and they wrote me up. All 3 employees I saw jumped in and had me on the road in record time. Thank you all the staff for saving the day! read more

This is one of those experiences where you come away saying I didn't know people were still thoughtful like that these days. The team at Just Tires in Orange, CA IS WORLD CLASS. I drove in at about five minutes to closing with a slow leak in my drivers side rear tire which if not fixed would have stranded me at home the next day unable to drive to work plus the hassle of getting my by then flat tire to the shop for repair. The Team gladly took me in, stayed an hour after closing to fix my tire, and put me safely back on the road all for, get this, no charge!! I didn't realize I had ran over a nail and soon to have flat tire until a random Good Samaritan flagged me down in a parking lot and helped me with an air compressor so I could go and get it patched. I went to another place and called a few others because it was Saturday night and I couldn't leave me car overnight. The service I at Just Tire received was excellent; I called before I arrived and they were almost finished up for the day. Not only did they patch-up my tire, but it was less than a half hour and they didn't charge me. Nice guys, and they were transparent with expected time for a job/schedule. So there we were stranded with a badly punctured tire that our home kit couldn't fix. It was 6:12pm on a Saturday after the Irvine Regional park with a cranky and hungry 3 yr old toddler. They not only took us in before closing at 7 pm but also handed an activity book with crayons. They were amazing and made a very stressful and $$ situation a WHOLE LOT BETTER! I have never dealt with more incompetent people in my life. They didn't want to mount and balance brand new wheels and tires because they were not purchased there, and when i talked them into it, they came up with the most ridiculous number possible. It's a simple mount and balance, typically 25-30 dollars. They wanted to charge me $250! Stay away, these folks will rip you off! read more

I don't understand how this place has gotten bad reviews in the past. I have to give the manager, Art, a big high-five. He has been extremely helpful in getting my issues resolved with the Goodyear tires on my BMW. A problem that Shelly BMW has refused to resolve or work out, except asking me to pay $900.00 for to replace each tire (keeping in mind that I just paid over $100k for the car!) Unfortunately, I had to make three visits in the past 60 days, and in each visit they have accommodated me and have been very helpful with great service, even without an appointment. They took it upon themselves to contact Goodyear and get the tires replaced on each subsequent visit without any charge! Thank you! read more

Called this place on Thursday at about 6:30 pm, talked with Chris M. I explained to Chris that I was going on a long trip and needed an oil change. Please note that most other places were closed. Chris was very helpful and extremely polite! He told me to come in about 7:30pm with no appointment. I got to Just Tires at about 7:45 thinking he was going to say it was too late; although with no hesitation he accepted my truck in. Come to find out there was still one car ahead of me. While my truck was serviced me and my son went to grab a bite to eat. I received a phone call from Chris saying my oil cap was missing. I actually remember this cap giving me problems before so it may have fallen off. Chris took the time to locate a cap for me and even picked it up!! Thats awesome service! The store manager there did everything to find a way out of replacing one of my four tires I had bought there only a month before that had blown out due to a defect on the freeway. Luckily we survived the blow out that occured on the I5 with my whole family in the car. We had purchased four new tires for our summer vacation a month before our trip. Instead one of them blew outgoing 75 MPH. Luckily made it to the side of the road and we had AAA and a pump that came with the new KIA we had. There was a tire store at the next exit who said the tire was indeed defective and gave it to use to bring back to the tire store where we had them installed. We made room for it in our trunk to tote it back to Orange. They said the tire store would surely replace the tire. I had fully expected to be in and out in a half hour with full apologies for the mishap. Instead the Manager did everything he could to look for reasons why he shouldn't replace the tire. He asked about miles, tread and suggested that we had somehow been at fault by driving on the road with a bad tire. I purchased two levels up at least and didn't by the cheapest tires. He said Just Tires would not replace the defective tire I brought in because they don't replace defective tires. The Manager was trying his hardest to make a case for the tire company and not interested in providing Customer Service. read more

Do not know where to begin here let alone I don't even like writing reviews or do them so this is a first. Came in for a oil change for my cousins car who is in the military for our country. We dropped the car off at 11am and told the guy at the front we wanted an oil change and an alignment done with a tire rotation. First time around all they did was a tire alignment which took 2 hours for some odd reason. Got the receipt and read it at home because we had stuff to get done that day. Went through the receipt and saw they did not do what we asked for them to do and we went back to correct things. When we got back the SAME guy at the front who helped us before started to argue about how we did not ask for those services and I thought that was ridiculous to even argue with a customer for your mistake. We had to cancel our plans that day we had and waited for 2.5 more hours for them to make it right. We didn't receive a phone call of the car being ready so we went back one hour before closing and once again that SAME guy who has been helping us said he didn't know the car was done and didn't call us FYI there was no more customers and no cars being worked on. In reality the car might have been done a while ago. It was a complete joke to even go here from the start. *It's the same guy someone took a photo of at the front desk*. I walked in spoke to Eric I asked for two tires for my car and got a quote of TWO clearance Dunlop tires for $50 so I said sure! They said it would take 45 minutes to an hour so my daughter, two grandsons and I walked across the street for a 30 minute massage to come back and find they had not even started it so I waited and waited which turned into an hour and a half! So Mike from your post above about having to wait consider yourself blessed that you didn't have to pay because of your wait, I only wished they would have had some consideration with me, even a discount would have been nice! They shouldn't give a time or even an estimated time if it's not going to be even close to accurate! So I Come to the counter to pay and I get the total of $224.65! I was totally shocked because not what I was expecting AT ALL but having my daughter and two grand babies with me I just wanted to get out of there not thinking that I seriously just got had! When I got home and settled in I pulled out my invoice and started looking at the charges which I then realized were completely ridiculous so first thing this morning I started calling other tire shops near me FOUR to be exact and all within minutes from Just Tires, I even went so far as to text a picture of the invoice to two other shops and was told by them that because I was a female I was probably taken advantage of! One gentleman said were you wearing a hat that said "charge me anything you want" Because that's exactly what they did! I called this morning and spoke to Eric regarding my invoice and there ridiculous charges because they did not add up or make sense to me and all he could say is he could take off the road hazard which would be $40, $20 per tire which was outrageous compared to the other facilities who only charge $11 for the same road hazard protection but yet I wasn't over charged for that either right! My invoice says Parts total came out to $184.92, how is that for just TWO $50 tires which should have only been $100? road hazard charges of $40 (way overcharged for that too) so we're talking $140 + sales tax of $11.23 = $151.23 so I guess all the other charges of $73.42 were for auto lifetime with flat repair? yeah ok! Well if your a female and are not to knowledgeable on when your getting scammed from salesman who seek out there victims (females) to get what they can to make there sales! stay away from this place not honest or helpful at all, all Eric saw was dollar signs instead of being honest and being a man of integrity and obviously no heart for people that are in this day and age already struggling and the worst part was that his attitude was like "oh well we got your money can't help you!" Oh wait he did want to take my hazard repair away for $20 each tire! Have been bringing my cars here for years...need to reconsider my choices though. Made an appointment online for an oil change (full synthetic) which includes a free tire rotation. Purchased a 3 year alignment service so I'm already in to this shop for a few dollars. Took it in, counter staff friendly, but had a difficult time finding me in the system, odd because I've been a customer for more then a decade. Left the car, took a walk, got a call for some up-charges (they always seem to be selling you something) declined those and picked the car up. The $83.00 oil change was now $60.00 more ($143.00). I realize there's tax and disposal fees but when I looked at the itemized bill it had a fee for extra oil, an extra labor charge and the $83.00 was now $99.00, plus some other stuff. The counter person realized that sounded a little off, took off everything but the original oil change and applied a coupon which in essence covered the tax. I realize that was nice of him (he seemed pretty new) so I'll probably continue until my 3 year alignment expires. read more

So when my son came home from Flagstaff (spring break) I looked at his truck and realized that he needed new tires. I immediately thought of Just Tires. After all I've been doing business with them for years. So I had no qualms about taking it to the store in Orange. (4820) It also made it easier for me, since I work in Anaheim and that was the closest store I could leave the truck at for the repairs. 03-19-14, I made arrangements for (4820) to Install two new front tires, move front's to rear, pick the best tire on the rear as the new spare, alignment and balance the tires that they were putting on the rear. I was trying to locate a vibration. I even voice that to the service writer. The service writer assured me he understood exactly what I was looking for. By the way, the tire that they were re-installing on the rear was purchased from your Costa Mesa store in December. I left the truck with (4820) at 11:00 am. Your service order says it was picked up at 6:43pm. On my way home, via 55/405 Freeway. I noticed that the truck had the same vibration as it did in the morning. It also seemed to pull harder to the right then I remembered. Not having time that evening, I did not take truck back to the shop. Tell you the truth. If a company allows the vehicle to be release like this, I don't want them working on my vehicle. When I worked as a front end mechanic we always did test drives. (before-after) After I got home know that there are only two places on a vehicle to cause this kind of vibration, I.E. tires out of balance or bad U-joints. I slid under the truck and check the U-joints. They were in great shape! That left tires......... I proceeded to think about it that evening and fume on how very displeased I was on the truck repairs. It was also very discomforting that my son was now going to be driving back to Flagstaff!!! And if it was not repaired while in CM he had to drive back from Flagstaff to have it repaired. That's 1000 miles of fighting a truck that is vibrating and pulling!!! As an ex truck driver -mechanic. I know that is very tiring and unsafe to drive a vehicle in that condition. Since I was so displeased with the service I received at the orange store I decided I would take my receipt and see my friends at the Costa Mesa store. This is where I've always done my business before. After they listen to my rants and raves (bless them) they immediately started on my truck to find out if I was correct. Of course, this time my son and I stood outside the bay and watch all work...... They found some problems. April 5,2014 After I posted my complaint on yelp I received a phone call from the district manager wanting more information on my problem. I must say that I was quite happy to hear from the district manager of Just Tires. He was very concerned about my problem that I had. He did provide me compensation for my time wasted getting my problem resolved at another store. He also promised me he would look into the problems that occurred at the Orange store. I would still recommend the buyers be careful where you take your vehicle for repairs. (There are a lot of crooked shops out there) But I'm happy to say that I will continue to take my vehicle to just tires for repairs and if I run into a problem in the future. I had a tire blow out on the freeway and had it towed to Just Tires. I couldn't get the tire taken off because I didn't have the lug key for my tire. The Manager Jason was very nice and said I can keep it there in the lot as long as I needed, a few days later I went by and Jason helped me out and put a spare on and said he will continue to search for the tire online (since it was out of stock everywhere) until he could find it, which he did. Been coming here for about 6 years or so. I've generally had good service here. The last time I came here I walked in and gave them my information. The guy that helped me had a name tag that read "Junior" and he just seemed kinda lazy. I had a flat tire and had put my spare on and I needed a new tire. He said they didnt carry my tire and the earliest he could get it was the next day. I've never had that problem before and I've been there plenty of times. Then I asked if he knew where there was another Just Tires so I could go there and he said, "There's another one, but I think its kind of far." I asked if he could give me the address and he looked on a piece of paper he had and said "Edinger". I asked what the cross streets were and he said, "It just says Edinger....I don't know." Then he said, "You can call them and check." I said "You want me to call them?" and then he just looked confused. So I said "Okay, guess I'm headed to Pep Boys" and then I walked out. A few months ago, I purchased Tires, the Manager, Clay Randle, provided me with great service on 7/24/18. However, I returned today hoping they can patch my tires, since there were two nails. I was assisted by a woman by the name of Brandi. The minute I arrived, I was given attitude the entire time, and did not have the same great customer service as I did with the Manager. In addition, my portfolio was not in their system, and no proof was shown that I had purchased there before. She was not able to check if I had hazardous road assistance because according to their system, no one inputed my portfolio. To show proof, I showed my online bank statement, to show that I purchased the tires from them and still no portfolio was found. I was being patient assuming the employee was not having a great day. However, I was expecting to have the same experience as I did the first time that I went. As I was leaving, I asked the employee for her name and she responded with "Don't worry about it!" As a customer that was extremely rude coming from the employee and I did not feel respected. My tires could not be fixed, my portfolio was not in their system, and I was disrespected by the employee. I don't believe any customer should go through the experience that I did and would never want to go through it again. Since I was told that they could not fix my tire and I would have to purchase a new tire, I went to an independent tire shop to get a second opinion. They were able to assist me with what I needed and my tire is now fixed. read more
