Took my wife's car here for a standard oil change (synthetic mix approx $50). During the service they checked air filters for both engine & cabin and said they were dirty. I didn't doubt them but their quotes were literally double ($40 for engine $30) what you can buy the filters for at an auto store and just slip them in yourself. So I declined. Drove the car home, popped the hood to look the filters for myself. Realized they didnt even snap my old filter encasement back on! They just thre the old filter in and left the cap on top so it wasnt even tight. I understand it was a bummer to them that I didn't jump for their rip off upselling.. but to not even finish their job and leave my car in a condition that could jeopardize my engine air intake is unacceptable. What if I hadn't check? Basically they are not trustworthy. Makes me wonder what else did they miss while doing the oil change... read more

Just had my tires replaced today and couldn't be happier, and it's a Sunday! Took about 2 hours, they were kinda busy today but they have a nice waiting area, tv and free water and also a bar height long table with charging ports for your phone. Just read the quote carefully, it had a $100 "toad hazard warranty" amongst the charges. It can be declined tho. I purchased the 3 year alignment, on my last visit I got their around 40 minutes to closing time, they brought up my vehicle, looked like they worked on it, i check out my vehicle and couple weeks after I noticed the my front tires where wearing out. So I went to another just-tires shop, they checked you alignment and found out that my toes where in, they fix it. Problem solve. So to me looks like they just pretended aligning my alignment, they didn't care about customer service and satisfaction. Never going there again... read more

I amend my previous review. ;-) Went in for a tire rotation, alignment and oil change. These guys are THE WORST!!!! All went well until I got home and realized they hadn't rotated my tires after I pointed it out on the invoice. The gentleman (Junior) says I must have "misheard" him when I stood at the counter and confirmed the tire rotation. I'm in the service industry and hate to complain-hate hearing complaints even more but just stay away from this place. I've given them enough chances. If they can't rotate tires I sure don't trust them with anything else. "I like this place, been going here for a few years with multiple cars. They messed up a wheel sensor once on wifey's Prius but I lagged on taking it back to get it taken care of-my bad. Pretty quick with their service and decent work. I found my car had a flat tire in the morning when I got off a 12 hour shift. I put on my spare and drove to Just Tires which I have visited before years ago. I told them my situation and they said it would be an hour to two hour wait. I was a little bumped at this because I just got off work and wanted to sleep, but didn't want to drive on the freeway to someone closer to my house. I waited in my car for them to patch my tire. Thirty minutes later they said it was ready. James helped me out by getting my tire in quicker and so I could get home safely. I've been here twice to take care of my car (2010 Nissan Rogue) and my girlfriends car (2000 Toyota Camry). I've had new tires from this shop, as well as tire repairs and oil changes. Each time I've been in, staff is attentive and helpful. Prices are average for the area, and they aren't pushy at all with up-sales. For instance, I had a low tire pressure warning for my car and spotted what I thought was a nail in my front driver side tire. Turns out it was just a staple, so they didn't charge me at all for that. Just the oil change. While checking over my car, they noticed that my belt was a little old and needs replacing. They printed me out an estimate, and let me know that they couldn't say definitively how long the belt would last, but that I'd need to change it at some point. I believe the estimate was around $150. I recommend this shop for tires & regular maintenance. Not at bad thing to say about the place. My only complaint comes from other customers, but that's just people being people, and you can't fault the shop for that. read more

Big whoops. I've taken my truck here several times. They always tell me it's going to be a long wait. Not a huge deal. Relatively friendly staff pretty clean and a convenient location. My trucks tire kept going flat I finally investigated and found a large slit. I took it in and I told them it holds air for a while but when dropped to around 16PSI you hear the leak. Three hours later I was told there was nothing wrong with the tire. I was confused but he assured me they checked it. The next morning the tire was flat. Took it to another shop they called me and said they found the slit and patched it. Was done in less then an hour. They repeatedly mentioned that with the size of the slit they couldn't believe it was missed. With all the tire shops in the area Just Tires has fallen to the bottom of my list on places to go. read more

My granddaughter took her car for some work on the brakes and rotors, a front end alignment and a oil change!! The car was pulling to the right when she took it in! They took the car in early and they had to call them back at 8:00 pm cause nobody called them to say it was done! When they got there they charged her more then she was quoted! On the oil change! I stopped at this location today because it's on my way home from work. I typically use the location in Yorba Linda mostly and Irvine on occasion. This location is my last resort, if it happens to be on the way and I'm in a time crunch. The first time I came here I told them I needed to check my balance and in turn they told me my balance was fine but my alignment was off. I left thinking my car was fine but continued to have the same issues. Took it to the Yorba Linda location immediately and they told my my balance was off, and that a weight needed to be replaced and the tires rebalanced (exactly what I asked for in orange). Today I stopped because my tires sounded louder than normal -(typically my drive is smooth and fairly quiet, also to note, it's been about 8 months since the 1st visit). This time Clay, without a test drive or even pulling my car into a bay for a full examination told me I needed 2 new back tires because they both had "signs of cupping". This is after I took my car to the dealership on Saturday, who gave me a clean report after a full diagnostic (since im getting ready for a road trip alone) and after I stopped by my Yorba Linda Just Tires to get my tires realigned. Also as they were checking me I out I specifically made it a point to ask the Yorba Linda location if I needed new tires yet (I'm super ocd when I know I'm driving on a far trip, alone). Anyway, today I stopped by because my car was louder than normal and Clay (or it may have been Clayton) preceded to tell me I needed 2 new back tires. I didn't believe him after seeing both the dealership and the just tires in Yorba Linda days before who both told me my tires were just fine. Took my car back to the Yorba Linda store after leaving the orange store for them to tell me my tires were over filled and they rebalanced the tires and took it for a test drive to make sure the noise I was hearing was no longer present, on top of checking my tires for "cupping". Lo and behold after all was said and done, letting some air out and rebalance and my car is golden. Shame on clay for trying to upsell me for 2 new tires I absolutely did not need. I will NEVER stop at this store, nor have a car towed to use this store ever again!! Also!! To add to the insult he told me he could do a deal for $399 for both tires to "help me out" even though the quote online is for $50 less for the exact tire brand and size! To note I do already have the 3 year alignment warranty with Just Tires that is current, my tires are fairly still new, I have 44570 miles total on my car so even if tax wasn't equated, adding tax would only make 2 tires with installation, disposal and roadhazard about $378. Shame on Clay (Clayton). Management should definitely do something about employees like these that make their location look unbecoming. I will absolutely be reporting to corporate! read more

I drove to Anaheim to visit my school and unfortunately my check tire light went on and my skid plate underneath my car started coming off during my drive. I was distressed, as a 20 year old girl with no family in the area I wasn't sure what to do. I went to Americas tire and was turned away from two of their stores. Finally I came to just tires where I was greeted by Johnny. The staff was all super nice and willing to help me zip tie my skid plate and get me back on the road. This is probably one of the nicer Just Tires you'll come across in SoCal. What's nicer is the Store Manager and crew are just as nice! The waiting area is clean, the bathrooms were clean, the walls are white, the tires smell like fresh...tires...and the outstanding smell of a garage doesn't make itself known to the public there. Shout out to Tony Holland - he was very pleasant and charming to talk to, and Junior alongside him was quick to answer the phone when I called and asked if I could walk in for an oil change. It was great to see fantastic people enjoying their work day with ease. I usually go to a location in LA, but I think I'll be going to this one more often. Plus, there's an adorable and yummy coffee shop right next door to get caffeinated while you wait. If you're really daring, you can also get a quick tattoo across the street. read more

I didn't buy anything here but I stopped in one day to get an oil change and it was too Late in the day to do my oil change. However, the employees were so very kind and checked my oil level just in case. I was a little low so they poured in a little oil to make sure I got home safe until the next day when I planned to get the complete oil change done. In short, I just wanted to say thank you to Jason (the new manager) for being awesome with his assessment and recommendations to make sure my truck was safe and operating perfectly. Proceed if you'd like the long version of how I've come to trust Jason and would highly recommend him for any auto service needs if you're in the Orange area. I brought in my 1989 Toyota Pickup to repair a flat tire with a nail in it. Now for those in the know... this truck is deemed as "indestructible" at least engine wise, which led me to neglect some of the other wear and tear parts such as the brakes in this case. Jason was very thorough with his explanations as he identified the issues with my front brakes without making me feel bad for driving it (with the screeching sound) for at least the last 1000 miles or so. I had let them go for so long, they were past the point of re-surfacing the rotors since it was down to the point of metal on metal rubbing. Jason didn't push or try to up sell in any manner, just gave me his honest recommendations since it was a matter of safety and that I should get them taken care of. I proceeded to let him work on my truck which he was very diligent in keep me informed as they opened up pandora's box. Jason kept me well informed as the work was being done on my car as requested. I brought the truck in at 8:15am (without an appt) and they were done with all the services by 3:30pm. My truck is running like a champ and I can't thank Jason and his team enough for working on my truck. I live up in LA area with family down here in OC, but plan to schedule my truck maintenances around when I'm in town for the pleasure of doing business with Jason and his team. read more

Brought my car in for an alignment. I told them there was a shaking in my steering wheel and they said they could fix that by aligning the front tires. Sounded great, and the price was reasonable. I come back to get my car and I drove it a block or so back to my house. The next day, everything went to hell. I get on the freeway and my steering wheel is still shaking. Then, suddenly, something falls off the bottom of my car, the stick shift lodges itself into the side of the passenger's seat, and I can't shift into fifth. Then I notice that my steering is acting funny. My car starts changing lanes on its own. Now, to me, it's more than just a coincidence that this happened immediately after I took my car to a garage. On top of it all, my car wasn't even aligned. Nothing changed other than the balance in my checking account. All I wanted was a refund, seeing as they clearly didn't fix anything in my car, but my car is now unsafe to drive thanks to them, and they said they can't do anything without looking at it first. They obviously destroyed my car, yet they don't even have the decency to refund me for the work they didn't even do. I have a feeling the good reviews for this place are written by people who work there. I should have listened to what other's said. read more

Just Tires or Just Liars? I took my car here to have them look at a tire that had a slow leak and let me know if it could be repaired. It was the back passenger tire. I had to wait 30 minutes, just to have them come back and tell me that the tire was bald and I need a new one and it could not be repaired. They then proceeded to tell me that the front two also needed to be replaced because they were bald. (The driver's side rear tire did not need replacement since it was recently replaced.) So, according to them, I needed to purchase three brand-new tires that day. I told the guy I wanted to do more research on what kind of tire to buy and he told me they had the one in stock that I'd purchased before for the rear driver's side tire. I told him I still wanted to research. So, I left, just thinking I'd look at this Consumer's Report page I had printed up awhile ago and then come back to them. I remembered I had saved a tire place in my Yelp bookmarks that had a lot of great reviews. So, I thought, well, I will go see what they suggest for type of tire, because the consumer reports list was unhelpful since I didn't know if those exact tires would be good for my car or even in stock anywhere. Basically, I just knew nothing at all about tires and purretty sure that Just Tires could see SUCKER written all over my naive face! Well, fortunately, I found the Yelp bookmark and drove over to Fullerton Discount Tire. So, keep in mind, I have to wait 30 minutes only to have my tire LOOKED at by Just Tires and I had arrived there around 5, just like the time I arrived at the Fullerton Discount Tires. Well, Discount Tires was completely done in literally 10 minutes. Vick told me it would be 15, but seems like it was only 10! AND guess what? He said my right rear tire could not be repaired and did need replacement BUT that my two front tires were still good for another five to seven thousand miles!! Yes boys and girls, 5,000-7,000 miles MORE!! I thought, how many times have I taken my car here and been ripped off and not even KNOWN it!!? Well, NEVER again. Thanks you crooks. read more

Lousy. Stay Away. Just moved to the are, looking for a new mechanic. Came here for a quote on tires and an oil change. Eric, the MANAGER was very rude with me. Remarkably so. He was curt, short, and temperamental. I felt very unwelcome, as though by patronizing this establishment was in some way an inconvenience for him. Trying to ignore it, I asked of there was an outsitting area where I could wait. Without looking up from his computer I got a very abrupt "No.". Unfettered, I asked if I could please take one of the chairs inside to the patio so I could sit in the sunshine while I waited (more than anything I just wasn't comfortable being around him). "Fine" was the cold, one-word reply. I'm a lady and was dressed in heels and a skirt, ready for work. Could I move the chair across the huge lobby, use my heel to wedge the door open while trying to finagle the chair outside? Sure. But Eric could and should have provided enough customer service to hold the door for me at the very least, or heaven forbid move the chair. This was not a busy morning. There was one other customer "bothering" Eric, a gentleman. As I sat outside and did my crossword in the sun and away from Eric's uncomfortable glare, the other patron came out and said "Man that guy's a jerk!" referring to the way Eric had treated him as well. So, 100% of the customers that came to this shop that early morning were offended by how Eric had treated them. Yet somehow he's MANAGER. Manager. As in, the boss, the standard set for the store, the one the others answer to. Poor employees. I will certainly never put myself through that again, it's such a shame someone has to actually work for this guy. read more
