I ordered my food to be cooked I was hangry and left with a triple wide big back. My seafood I picked was Alligator, Baby octopus, Basa, Catfish, Jumbo Lobster Tail, Jumbo Tiger prawns, Sea Scallops, and Oysters. I also ordered a bottle of Kim's Crack Sauce. My total damage with cooking fee was $130 it was well worth the price with the amount of food and the seafood per pound is great! I was told it was an hour wait for my food to be cooked and I was totally fine with it. Less than an hour later my food is done and I am handed 2 giant shopping bags full of food and head home. My food was still warm after driving 1.5 hrs home. I dig into the bags and when I tell you they cooked everything to pure perfection and seasoned properly they did their big one. I explained that the $49 was already pending and that the final order amount was only $24 because some items were unavailable. Instead of properly adjusting the original charge, they wanted to charge me another $24. When I questioned this, the manager became even more rude and was shouting at me. Mistakes can happen, but how you treat your customers when mistakes happen matters. A simple apology and professional communication would have made a huge difference. Very disappointing experience. I do not recommend ordering online from this location.
