No one at the manufacturer would speak to me, return my calls, or e-mails but Angel and Jeremy with Justo kept me up to date daily.

All of our boxes and furniture were carefully moved to our new home. Both of them were extremely friendly and offered us the best moving experience possible. Thank you again!! I do not recommend this business! I moved from California to Oregon, so I chose to utilize their full packing service in addition to the 1,000 mile journey to my new home. The team of five arrived promptly and took about six hours to pack everything inside and load it into their truck. My husband thought to put a tracker in one of his items and this is where the confusion and lack of communication began. We never got a straight answer on this given the singular phone call in two weeks, but from what we saw on the tracker our stuff made 5-10 stops across Los Angeles and San Francisco during the week that we had assumed they would be driving. Our best guess is that they were unloading and reloading everything into a bigger truck to accommodate more items (and more $$). They packed us on July 26th and I gave my first available delivery date as August 2nd. After the initial contact on the move out day, I didn't hear a single word from them until August 4th after trying desperately to get ahold of anyone at the company. Does anyone actually work here? I only ever received emails from "Jim," but he would stop responding as soon as I asked for a phone call. I feel you would have happier customers if you OVER communicated, given that you have most of their worldly possessions. On top of the complete lack of customer service, the team packed our household items terribly. Nothing is labeled, items from rooms in a bunch of different boxes, several items broken or lost or wrapped up in a shoddy fashion - which is making unpacking an absolute nightmare. The company also just hires random local people to unpack the truck (two men and one older woman- peculiar choice), so while they were helpful they had no idea what each item was. Since we were all totally clueless, it took double the time to unwrap/unbox every single thing. We were moved in on August 8th; the sixth day. I'm now realizing they do this on purpose with their "7 day guarantee," so take that into account if booking. I would urge you to look elsewhere, as Pure Movers was not worth the enormous $15k price tag for me.

Exceptional Service - Highly Recommend Robert & His Team!…read more I cannot say enough good things about my recent experience with Trek Movers. Moving is usually incredibly stressful, but Robert and his team made the entire process absolutely seamless. From the moment they arrived, they were professional, efficient, and incredibly careful with all of my belongings. Here is what stood out the most: - Punctual & Hardworking: They arrived right on time and didn't waste a single minute. - Expert Handling: Everything--from fragile boxes to heavy furniture--was wrapped securely and handled with the utmost care. Not a single item was damaged. - Fantastic Attitude: Robert and his crew were friendly, polite, and went above and beyond to make sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it in my new home. If you are looking for a moving company that is reliable, honest, and does an excellent job from start to finish, ask for Robert's team. I will absolutely be using Trek Movers for any future moves!

They moved my stuff in record time and took care of everything really well. However.... after the move, some shiesty things happened. They said that they couldn't take a credit card and would only accept Zelle, but charged me the credit card price which is $20 more per hour. The owner tried to say that there's some sort of fees, but there are no fees for Zelle. The difference was well over $200 so this is why they're getting three stars and almost got two. As a business owner, I can't really refer them just for this reason.

Complete Failure. Paid for experience, received inadequate labor…read more I hired All Service Movers expecting a professional crew capable of handling a move involving stairs. At $210 per hour for a three-person crew, they were the most expensive company I considered. I chose them mainly because I expected the quality to match the price. I got burned on this one. When scheduling the move, I explained it involved one flight of stairs at the pickup location and two flights of stairs at the destination. The heaviest items were standard household furniture including dressers, a sofa bed, tables, and similar items. There were no safes, pianos, appliances, or other unusually heavy items. When discussing how many movers would be needed, I was told two would probably be enough. I chose to pay for a three-person crew mainly because of the stairs, expecting they would handle it better. From the beginning, it was obvious the crew struggled navigating the stairs, repeatedly stopping to reposition furniture and moving at a pace that unnecessarily extended the job. I even found myself carrying heavy boxes over my shoulders up the stairs, and also taking items to the garage myself while paying for a three-person moving crew. I did this not only because I couldn't bear to watch the crew struggle, but also because the clock was ticking and every unnecessary delay was costing me more money. The move lasted 8 3/4 hours, went into overtime, and I was charged for the additional time. Even after that, the move was not completed. Furniture still needed to be placed and assembled. I chose to end the job once I witnessed the dolly scraping on my newly installed flooring. That's when I flipped. Told them it's time to go. It didn't dawn on me that they'd been using an unprotected dolly throughout the move. Once they left, I started unpacking and inspecting my stuff further. I discovered additional damage to my freshly painted walls, new and existing furniture, stair trim, and a scratch on my newly installed sliding door. To put this into perspective, Home Depot later delivered multiple large appliances up the exact same stairs using only two delivery personnel. They handled the stairs confidently without repeated stops or hesitation. I have also used another moving company in the past, and the difference in capability was obvious. The effort the movers put in is not in question. They worked hard. The issue was the lack of experience, strength, proper equipment, and overall capability needed to handle this type of move. In my opinion, All Service Movers failed to assign a crew capable of handling this type of stair move. Their lack of efficiency cost me additional overtime charges, resulted in unnecessary damage to my home and belongings, and left the move unfinished. To make matters worse, after documenting the damage with photographs and submitting a claim, the company offered only $100 toward an estimated $400 in damages. And the $400 estimate was generous. I cannot recommend All Service Movers based on my experience. A professional moving company should assign a crew capable of performing the job they were hired to do without causing unnecessary damage, unnecessary overtime charges, and an incomplete move. Still unpacking. Hope there's no additional damage.
