K and C movers are hands down the best movers I have ever had (I'm on my 7th move). Tracey and Rob arrived on time and were professional throughout my move. They were fast and efficient. What really makes them so amazing, is that they provide service that is hard to come by these days: When we arrived to my new location, it was determined that my couch would not make it through the door. They literally tried everything to try to get it in which I really appreciated. They took off the front door, tried the balcony entrance, took off that door, moved the washer/dryer, and tried every possible angle. Anyone else would have given up long before they did. Alas, there was no way it was going in. What they did next saved me from what could have been an awful day. They offered to take my couch back to my apartment and bring back one of my smaller sofas (I purposely left furniture there that I was planning to donate). This is a good 20 min drive both ways. The best part is that they insisted on doing this for FREE. They stopped the clock so I would not be charged for another hour. I never expected this or anticipated it. Hired K and C First Class Moving after reading the reviews and getting a fair quote from the owner Kenneth. I'm so glad I did!!! Other companies quoted me a like price but wanted to charge me a fuel fee and a truck fee but I didn't need a truck so why did I have to pay for the fuel? I was just transferring to a different apartment down the hall. I explained it all to Ken and he understood what I needed and brought one of his best guys Robarrow to get the job done. Ken and Rob were scheduled for 12:30pm but we're delayed due to rainy weather and traffic. I didn't mind because Ken communicated the delay and the guys showed up promptly at 1:00pm. Rob was so kind and he kicked butt moving and grooving! Ken was good too but moved at a slower pace because he was a bit of a talker/singer lol but everything really heavy got moved! The guys were professional, careful with our furniture, and didn't mind taking directives. I will be moving again in June and then again in November so I plan on using these guys for both of my upcoming moves. This was the least stressful move I've had thanks to Ken and his team. Their prices are the same as other main moving companies, but they don't just bring anyone on the day of the move. Instead Ken brings people he's worked with for a long time so there are no surprises on moving day in terms of experience or ability to work well together as a team. They packed us the first day and were more meticulous than I am when packing myself. They were great at communicating about everything. Any time there was a question, they'd come to me and go through what I wanted instead of assuming and having annoyances or wasted time later. They arrived exactly when they said they would on both days and worked so hard without a break in the 100 degree heat walking up and down 3 flights of stairs at one house and 2 at the other. I really appreciated their positive attitudes throughout and the fact that they accommodated anything I asked for. They even cleared a room of furniture they had already placed in order to put down a carpet I'd forgotten about, then re placed the furniture exactly where I wanted it. After getting to our new house with our big yellow Penske truck, I started looking around for moving helpers to help us unload what was nearly an 18 wheeler. I wanted a company who were professional and, most of all, careful with both the furniture and boxes but also all the walls of the house so they didn't get smashed. K&C had good reviews but I was still a little hesitant since they didn't have tons of reviews but that's the case with most moving companies here. Needless to say, after speaking to Ken on the phone, I knew I was in good hands. I had 3 guys come out. I was estimating around 3-4 hours to unload. Boy, was I wrong. Not only were these guys careful, but they were also super efficient! Ended up finishing in 2 1/2 hours. Also, they were pretty cool guys and we made convo between passes. They did an amazing job and my furniture survived the unloading process with minimal damage and walls intact. Would 100% recommend K&C to anyone interested in a moving company. read more

I used Ken to help me move a client from Houston to Denver. He and his crew went above and beyond what I was expecting. First of all, he was very flexible with his timing with me and was able to complete the job in the timeline I asked for (it was a little last minute). Ken came to the office to pick up a piece of furniture that needed to be taken up to Denver with the rest of the load. They loaded the truck very efficiently the day before the move. They made it to Denver before the promised time and all items were in excellent conditions. Ken and his crew met us at the storage facility in Denver, unloaded everything in the snow, were very efficient and made sure everything was organized in the storage facility. They then drove to a second location to unload the rest of the belongings at my client's apartment. Ken and his crew were very professional, upfront, and easy to work with. We were so happy with their efficient, conscientious and affordable service that we called on them again this year to help our son get loaded for a move back to Phoenix. We used this company not once but twice! The owner, Ken is so friendly and communicated everything with us from start to finish. The first move we drove our own moving truck and him and his team met us and unloaded the truck into our apartment. The second move he met us again (with his moving truck) to help move us out of the apartment into our new home. The move went great and all items arrived undamaged. You can't beat the price! This company came in and saved us when we had one day to get movers ready for our new apartment. They showed up right on time and were able to unload our 16 foot box truck in under three hours, with no damage to any of the items, and they moved them into the rooms in our apartment that we asked them to. I was able to call the five days before I needed to move, and they penciled me in for an early morning move that Saturday. But with Ken's professionalism and positive attitude, he made the actual experience of unloading 2 moving trucks into storage units as pleasant as moving can be. Ken you're pretty sneaky I'll give you that! Warning to all who use this company! He will tear up your stuff and he will not pay you for it and he will overcharge you for the quote that he gives you after showing up to the job and going very slow. I had Ken move my family stuff and upon doing so we had another company unload it to find out that he had improperly stacked all of our stuff and tore up more than half of it. After contacting Ken the owner, he has blocked my number and refuses to speak to me and then he goes and gets my reviews removed to try and hide from his work. Do not use this company. read more

I was referred to K&C by a friend of mine and reached out. Ken was quick to respond and very courteous on the phone. I asked for a 3 man crew to get the job done quickly (moved from a 2 story to a 3 story). I also had the boxes labeled/color coded by floor to ensure extra efficiency. Took about 8hrs. I was impressed. K&C wrapped everything and packed up the 2 trucks like tetris. The team was very courteous. I have already recommended them to some realtor friends.
