The lady that was working at the register (which I'm guessing is an owner) She first said that they were closed, but then she went and check with everyone in the kitchen and they were able to squeeze in an order for us. After frying their chicken in their delicious mix, its then smoked in a charcoal oven. It adds a twist to the flavor. I tried both the tikkudak and fried chicken to try and both were amazing. The Soy flavor still has some kick to it. Eating the radish does help to clean your pallet to enjoy each and every wing. I will definately be back to try more of their menu. read more

I would say that their chicken is a lot better than Bonchon based on my experience. I think it is a little bit cheaper too but I would say I recommend almost everything they have on the menu. It is mainly a take out restaurant with tabled and chairs. The food was served on foam plates which is economical for them so they just throw it away after. We got spicy chicken wings which were definitely spicier than the last time we got food. It was very drenched in sauce today. We got the fried shrimp which tasted a bit different from the last time we had food from them as well. My 4 stat review is based on the 2 times I have had food there. They tasted old with sauce added. Wings tasted as if they were not seasoned at all. They soy lacked flavor. Ive had Korean wings in multiple states and this by far was the most disappointing. On our first visit we went with wings, trying them plain and with the spicy garlic sauce. The spicy garlic was really flavorful, with just a touch of sweetness and a nice, but not overpowering spicy kick. Even the plain wings had a nice spice coming from the breading or marinade. On the next visit we tried the whole chicken (came in pieces), which was an amazing bargain. Especially since it was buy one get one free that day. This time we tried the curry and garlic soy sauces. Both were savory and delicious with only a mild spiciness. We also enjoyed their fried dumplings as an appetizer. The service is also very warm and friendly at CM. Last night was the first time I had from this location, and I am already so excited for lunch today, so I can warm up my next plate of wings! The customer service they provided yesterday was amazing. When I called to place my order, I let them know it was going to be kind of a big one. They threw in free appetizers and sides with my order, and I fell even more in love with this chain! After receiving free dumplings, mozzarella sticks, and fries, I have decided that I will not be sticking with the normal rice and chicken order. In this case, I was treated to the sounds of the kitchen staff screaming at each other about "if you want to leave early, fucking Uber, you take a fucking Uber!" The poor cashiers didn't know what to do, and were very apologetic, but that doesn't cook the food any faster. Now, the food is amazing. We ordered the Soy Garlic wings and Soy Tikkudak wings. Also, until the end of July, if you order 20 wings, you get an extra 10 pc tenders. So hurry up and order!! As you may or may now know, Korean fried chicken takes a longer time to cook than regular wings so we called our order in prior to coming. It can take around 30 minutes so beware and order ahead to be smart. The wings and tenders came out hot and fresh! Worth the wait for sure! The spicy garlic tenders are on the spicy side but has a delicious garlicky taste with a kick. The Soy Garlic is extremely juicy and flavorful and I think it's as good as BonChon maybe even better. Decided to try this place last night with my fiancé and had very high hopes to love it. When we arrived the menu is behind the register and we had to wait to get close to see what's on the menu. I ordered the dumplings and curry chicken but saw they had a cheaper wing for $11 for the naked wings with the same flavor choices as the others instead of the $14 so I got these instead. While we waited the cashier made announcement to everyone that the lady who was at her check out attempted to order alcohol and she didn't believe she was old enough and announced to everyone she was 33 years old. That was awkward to put the customer on blast to everyone. None of us responded to her announcement since we didn't know the customer and it was not any of our concern what her age was. Came off very unprofessional & lacking good judgment for a business to put their customers on display like that. It appeared the cashier liked to have an audience and came off very unprofessional to say the least. When placing my order I was asked if I wanted the curry cooked with the wings or on the side and I confirmed I wanted the curry cooked with the chicken wings. When my order came out it was no curry on the wings at all and they were naked wings with no curry seasoning at all but instead a side of curry. I approached the counter to inform them that my order was not as expected and the lady said ok I'll put the side sauce over the wings since that's how you want them. I confirmed that I no longer wanted them at all and not interested in her offer to throw the side sauce over the wings & she began yelling and screaming at me very unprofessionally. I did not get out of character as she talked down to me & she continued yelling at this point I was about to just walk out and leave but she proceeded to return my money but she told me I could not come back and order wings from them anymore bc that's simply how they make wings which I felt very offended by bc we ordered multiple wings & although I returned one order as it was not as expected we still had other wings & I've never had a food establishment so unprofessional to make such a seen when a food order was returned. I actually love Korean wings but I do not desire conflict and this establishment does not put customer service as a priority nor do they care how they treat customers.
