We order on the kiosk and then a little robot brings our food. The restaurant itself was not fancy. The food was ok. I ordered flautas and they were good. My rice didn't have a whole lot of flavor but it wasn't terrible. We also ordered a carne asada burrito and there wasn't a whole lot of meat in it. We ended up ordering some salsa, guacamole and chips to go also. The staff was nice and there were a lot of people picking up orders! I would go again but only if I was in that area.

I'm certain the location hurts their business as it has other failed restaurants that have occupied the same space in the past. But if you go to the trouble of finding it, you'll be happy you did. There are a few "Mexican" restaurants in this area of town, but this is a "Tex-Mex" restaurant, which I prefer. I won't go into describing each individual item on the menu, I'll just say the food is solid Tex-Mex. I lived in Houston and San Antonio for a total of 10 years, so I know what Tex-Mex is supposed to taste like. Chapala could definitely hold their own in South Texas. I think you should give it a try.

Went to K-machos last night and tried the Beef Fajita, it was very well seasoned extra tender and juicy it was fantastic some places you go the fajita beef is dry.,This one was excelent beans and rice were also great tasting . One thing I have noticed that the food is not overspiced and the salsas are not super hot you can actually enjoy what you are eating I have gone there a few times. I know if you request hot sauce they will give it to you, overall the food is cooked just right and seasoned perfectly.
