    Just had my "brand new, just doesn't have a box" washer and dryer delivered with a huge dent in the washer. I immediately called the store and was told that "maybe" another appliance had been in front of the dent when I was in the store? I was also told that items in store may have "cosmetic" damage. I reminded him that HE told me this was a brand new appliance- it just was "out of the box". I asked him what my options were- he told me he would exchange washer when he got in another shipment. If that happens, I'll change my review.

    I went in bought the set I wanted. They were friendly and very responsive to concerns. I had an issue and they immediately addressed it going above and beyond all expectations. I couldn't thank them enough. I'm really glad we chose Kaady appliances. I would definitely recommend them, we love our washer and dryer

    Great up front service. Marginal after sale service. Questionable products. Excellent prices. Had multiple issues with our dishwasher. Their techs that came out basically told us the unit notoriously has issues and didn't fix anything (didn't charge us for that wisdom). Took it apart myself and saw that the dishwasher didn't even come with a few of the screws. Blatant oversight on Kaady's part.

    I bought my Washer/Dryer here 4 years ago as a "cheap W/D we will buy now until we save up for new…read moreluxury ones" Well, it's 4 years on the cheap clunkers and I can't seem to kill them. We had one repair during our 6 month warranty and it was super easy to work with them and that was years ago. After the warranty ended the same thing happened and the tech was able to tell us what he did so that we wouldn't need to pay for a service , so we have repaired it ourselves, very easily since(something come in aligned and we just have to move it back) Anyways I really came to make this review because we recently had our fridge(not purchased here) break and we called about Appliance Repair service. They were very economically priced for the diagnosis and were so nice working with me to set up a repair. Luis who did the repair was super great at his job and I felt very comfortable with him in my house. As far as service men who have done work in my house he was by far the most polite. He's probably the same guy who helped us with our W/D who I'd remembered from years ago was so delightful which is why I called them about the fridge. Community Appliance is such a treasure in this neighborhood that I do recommend them out frequently. I hope everyone realizes they should be the first call when they have an appliance need.

But recently I bought a refrigerator that has had to be repaired three times for the same thing. The second time my renter told me that the repairman said that the problem couldn't really be fixed and that it would happen again. So now we are on the third time and I let the woman who answers the phone know that I would come in and pick out a different refrigerator and that I would be happy to pay the difference if the new one I bought cost more. Tonight, I received a call from the owner who told me that he had picked out a refrigerator that he would take over to the rental, but that when the warranty expired in three weeks there would be no further warranty on the new refrigerator. I told him this was unacceptable to me, clearly the refrigerator was damaged beyond repair when purchased. He repeated several times that there would be no warranty and that he would choose the replacement refrig. He interrupted me and spoke over me repeatedly. He also said that he, himself, went out as the repairman the second time and that he never told my tenant that it would not be possible to fix the refrigerator. I asked for his name and he told me Louis. I asked for his last name and he refused to provide it. Then he said I was yelling at him, which I don't believe I was. I simple repeated my request for his last name. I also asked him to spell his first name and he refused. It's easy enough to find his name with a search through the Oregon Secretary of State website. It is Luis Urueta. I certainly will not ever buy another appliance through Community Appliance.
