This place needs to be deep cleaned. I can't even rate the food because I was so grossed out by the shabbiness of the place. The bathroom was horrendous. There were stains on the walls of the restaurant around the tables. My husband wanted to try it because of the reviews which is the only reason I sucked it up and kept quiet. The food might be good, but again, I couldn't keep my stomach from turning at the sight of the filth around me. Add to all of this that it was probably 95 degrees inside. To people aspiring to come here to dine, take it from me and DO NOT COME HERE. To start off, the service was absolutely terrible. It took 20 minutes for a server to come and take our order, and it would have probably taken longer if we hadn't chased a server down ourselves. This shows no lack of attention towards customers. Second of all, the server brought is CHIPPED PLATES. I go to a lot of restaurants and sure, sometimes I have been served dirty plates; however, I have never received a broken plate. Why would you serve your customers broken plates? Also, the server paid no attention to detail about how many plates to bring. We were a party of 10+ people and he only brought us 5. Are half of the people supposed to stare at the other half of the groups faces while eating? The thing I liked about this place is the food, but the service makes this restaurant horrendous. When you come to a restaurant, you're supposed to be served properly, not like this. The service fee was also pretty expensive and doesn't match up with the quality of the service we received. It also took way too long for the server to come with the check. Also, it isn't stated anywhere that you're supposed to pay for parking, and we had assumed that it was a service that came with the establishment. If you are going to ask people to pay for the parking, there should be a sign somewhere that states so. Overall, the food is good but the service just ruins this entire place. There are better options out there with better food and way better service, so I suggest all of you go there instead of here. I came in asking for a mixed platter since it's on their paper menu and they said they no longer do that and only sell per item. We got 3 skewers each, a large taboulih, one water, and a can of soda. The taboulih was decorated on the outside but when you eat it, it's literally just dry parsley with no flavor for $15. Our total for everything was $70 and the guy called back on me because he forgot to charge me for a skewer after I placed my order and sat down which I told him to go ahead and cancel it but he insisted on making me buy it. You can go to any other Arabic restaurant and get triple the amount of food for the price. They could've at least included more sides such as rice or fries. The flavor is good but it's nothing special and not worth it in my opinion. read more

I told him to cancel the order and refund me the payment and they agreed. They canceled my order but never refunded me and now I have to go through the hassle of going through my bank. We went in to order our food to go on this rainy night. There were a couple of tables of men seemingly just hanging out. Service at the counter was polite enough. It took them 20 minutes to make our order of grilled half chicken, a skewer of shish kabab, and 2 skewers of kofta. When we got home and opened the containers, we were so disappointed, and this is before we even tasted the food. The chicken was burnt and dry, the shish kabab was tough and chewy, and the kofta was dry and salty. There are too many kabab restaurants in the area, as it is, so if a place that is willing to send customers home with burnt food doesn't last long, it will not be a big surprise. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars it would be 0 stars! Terrible customer service and food! Small hole in the wall literally! Don't let the people waiting or lines fool you like they did us, they have no seating. They should be embarrassed charging people the prices they do for such little food and the wait time! You have to wait over an hour for your food regardless of what you're ordering. The portion sizes are smaller than a kids meal! I don't know how this place is still open and running. For $13-$15 you can find better food options nearby with actual seating and food. We had the shawarma, chicken and the kafta and they were soooooo skinny and small. They don't comp you for the wait and all you hear is 10 more mins and those 10 mins turn into 20-30-40... they don't apologize for the extended wait time either. They don't give you free fries or anything while you're waiting. People wrestle you to get a table and sit there for hours. One and done, never again! read more

At first the owner told us he has hand slaughtered halal chicken, then couple weeks later I go to order from him and he switched up and now regularly he does non halal machine slaughtered chicken and the hand slaughtered would be special order. I don't trust a guy like that with the food that I am putting in my body, a person that doesn't fear Allah on feeding others non halal meat will be punished for such matter in the hereafter. I wish I took photos but I paid $19 for a tawook plate, which consisted of 5 pieces of chicken pieces, 1 thin bread, some pickles, and garlic sauce. I really wouldn't call that a plate.
