That's 20 minutes late, that's not acceptable. I completely understand you can't rush and grill chicken faster but if my promised time was more accurate I would have arrived later and wouldn't have had to wait so long. Please make some adjustments so this doesn't happen to anyone else, some people only have 30 minutes for lunch.
