This is by far the worst place to do your nails the manager was awful and I got a fungus! I also use the bathroom and I open the door once I was done but I was only washing my hands...she yell at me for opening the door while washing my hands!! I love this place!! Been to many nail salons and my toes have never lasted this long. I have been coming here for years. If I am out of town and have to get my toes done, they never last. The ladies at Kacie are refreshing. Always laughing. Helen does a great French pedicure. Heidi is super friendly and everyone at the salon can do gel manicures. Super clean. No chemical smells. Try it. Get the extra massage. And they even have 10% off for new clients. Thought I would update. My favorite nail salon has had a makeover. Looks great! Same great service! I'm kind of surprised at the number of negative reviews here. I've only visited Kacie Nails twice now, but, each time was great. Personally, when I have my toes done, I don't want to talk to anyone. I just want to relax and read my book. I have no problem with them "ignoring" me. All the women working there today were kind and attentive. Worst nail place I've been to in Southern California! Just went in with four girls for pedicures and gel manicures. Charged my friend extra for a spa and barely did anything to her nails, had tons of dead skin on the bottom of her feet they didn't scrub off even though she paid extra. My gel nails looked HORRIBLE even after I asked lady to fix them! Blatantly talked shit about all of us, called my friend a liar repeatedly to my mother cause she said she didn't feel like she got what she paid for. Everyone left feeling unhappy with service reviewed. With the hundreds of nail salons everywhere DON'T GO HERE! Unless you want to leave feeling badly treated and ripped off! read more

Been here many times hoping the next time would be different ( never a different experience only terrible) nail techs only talk to each other. Super rude and don't care about your business. It's like you're putting them out by coming in! At the end they will charge your card and yell out" how much for a tip" puts you in the spot( even when I tip more than 20%) all I know is I found a much more relaxing place closer to my house !never giving them any business ever again. read more

Worst job ever! Kim was my nail artist. It was $35 for acrylic & gel polish. My nails are not buffed evenly & they came out like duck nails, smaller on the cuticle side & wider on the tips. Also, she cut them too long when I kept saying "shorter please". DO NOT Recommend. read more

My roommate and I love love love Kacie nails. If you are looking for a high end salon with fancy massages and white wine, you probably want to go elsewhere, but if you are looking for a FABULOUS mani/pedi for a very reasonable price, then this is your nail salon. I have tried more expensive salons from time to time thinking they might be better than Kacie, but I always come back since my nails look best and last longer after I get them done at Kacie. I've been coming here seems like forever, I love this place. I've watched the girls kids grow up, celebrated many holidays and New Years with them, they are like family to me. Heidi is so wonderful with my nails and Kim with my toes, I just go in put my headphones on and nap while being treated like royalty. They suggested I have acrylic on my toes since the nails are so soft and the paint never stayed on. This was the best idea ever! I go 3 weeks with perfect toes, pretty amazing...The place is super clean, everyone there welcomes you with big smiles, the pricing is great and I will never go anywhere else. The workers there, were all was really sweet & the shop environment is good. I have been going to Kacie Nails for over 12 years. Heidi is my technician. In all my 12 years I have NEVER had a nail lift and I do use my hands for cleaning and other household chores. All of the girls there are super friendly and cooperative. My husband also goes there for a manicure and pedicure. This place is wonderful and best yet, Heidi recently purchased the place. I went here out of convenience with being short on time, and having a sitter at home -and since this place is next door to my grocery store that I also had to stop at. I walked in and one of the ladies that works here was in one if the spa chairs, and another sitting down chatting with her. Neither got up greeted or asked why I might be walking in uninvited- but they craned as if I were and intruder and glared. I said 'do you do gels here?' They reply 'Yes', and go back to talking to each other. 'Then I asked are you open for an appointment now?' They reply 'Yes' and go back to talking to each other. I ask 'ok, how much is a set of gels and pedicure?' Then the auctioneering begins... One lady shouts $28. Another lady suddenly jumps out from behind a curtain in back and says $37 if you want a manicure with gels. Ive never had a place try to charge them as if separate. So I say 'ok fine' out of desperation of not being able to get a sitter again soon. Then I start walking towards a spa chair and the jumping out of curtain lady ushers over to me to shoo me away into a regular chair and says 'if you want spa chair it cost you $45'... I looked at her and I said 'you know what, I'm going to my regular nail salon this is crazy'. I'm used to the nail salon up selling deal but this place is ridiculously out of hand, rude rude people not to mention crappy on the inside! My husband & I have been long term customers of Kacie, he for a manicure and me for a mani/pedi. we've always had good service up until yesterday afternoon. the operator (I do not know her name) who was doing my pedicure had done the pedicure except for the polish. at about that time, a man came in for a spa pedicure. Long story short, it would have taken her five minutes to finish my polish. instead, she stopped what she was doing and took the time away from me to setup this man. This is poor customer service. I am a customer too, but apparently he came first. going forward, out money will be better spent elsewhere. read more
